The view there was very beautiful . We tasted many famous delicious Beijing foods . such as Beijing Duck .I also bought some souvenirs for my friends .Although we felt very tired ,we enjoyed ourselves very much .

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

praized us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had

My campus life is rich and colorful.

今天的主要内容是学擒敌拳。教官们把拳法难的都减掉了，我们学的都是简单的。一共16动，我们只学了8动，分别是：贯耳冲膝、抓腕砸肘、挡臂掏腿、砍肋击胸、缠腕冲拳、上架弹砍、接腿涮摔和横踢鞭打。教官一丝不苟地教我们，先是演示、接着一步步带我们、再讲讲细节。最后让我们自己体会。我们学的也很认真。对于我们怎么也记不住的接腿涮摔，教官则起了个“海底捞月”的名字，方便我们记忆。我们用心体会，一点一点把拳法练熟。

有两个同学接受地慢，于是，教官又细细地教她们，我们就坐在他们后面，多看几遍，记得更牢。这8动虽然简单，我们学得也认真，但是动作不到位，有的甚至做到一半忘了，更有的总记不住老是出错。

第8动横踢鞭打是我们最弱的一式，我们总是不会转方向，不知道做完动作变成“格斗式准备”才算完成。教官喊破了喉咙我们也没记住，无奈地坐在地下，每一式的名称越喊越小，我知道，他对我们十分失望。一个简简单单的动作，我们学了一下午也没对，真是枉费了教官一片苦心哪!不过，只要对自己有信心，不放弃，不就是一个小小的动作吗，我们一定能学好!

晚上回到宿舍后，我迫不及待地打电话给爸爸。爸爸当过兵，擒敌拳16动应该会的，爸爸可以指点我。这样我一定能把擒敌拳打得漂漂亮亮的!只要把名称记住，擒敌拳就会打，它的名称与招式都有关系的。

今晚，我要把擒敌拳练得熟熟的、正确的、到位的，明天让教官省点心。今晚好好练练，明天就能学得更好，我一定可以成功的!我相信自己!

Before I went to Guangzhou, I made many plans, I searched the Internet, just to make sure that I wouldn’t get lost, because I never went to travel by myself. 上午的空气凉爽得像秋天,没有汗水的衣服跟军训这个字眼不太搭调。但说实话，闲坐在一旁的我也能感受到迷彩服下那一双双眼睛所透出的疲惫的神情。单调的步伐练了不下百次，但却没人退缩。接着又是半小时的站军姿，随着时间的推移，腿开始僵硬，手脚开始酸痛，但只能忍耐着，只有教官示意放松的时候才能舒展一下那紧张疲惫的四肢，这一切都看在我们旁人的眼里。作为后勤人员，我们无须参加队列训练，因此各中滋味并不能彻底体会，但我们知道军训真的很累很苦，不光从室友的抱怨声中可以明了，你们那汗水湿透的衣背更是有力的证据，我们帮不上什么忙，所以只能用微笑为你们鼓劲，用杯水为你们解暑。

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。
