On Sunday morning, my parents took me to the zoo. We dint go there for a

long time. Last week, my classmates told me that the zoo added some funny

entertainment facilities. I was very curious. So, I asked my parents to took me

there and they promised to. We got there at 9 oclock. There were many people.

Most of them were parents and children. We first went to see the animal. I like

parrots most. And then we saw the animal shows. Elephants, tigers, lions and

monkeys did wonderful shows for us. People were happy, especially the children.

After that, we went to experienced the entertainment facilities. My mum was too

scared to be with us. So, only my dad and I played. It was so exciting, but I

was a little dizzy. However, I was very happy. It was a great day.

Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and

helping others is helping ourselves.We may come across some trouble and need

others help some day.If everyone isnt willing to help us just because we are

strangers to them，its hard to imagine what our world will be like.However，some

are afraid that helping others can sometimes bring us trouble.Sometimes we are

just misunderstood and even have to pay the cost of kindness.In my opinion，we

should try our best to help others when they are in need of help，but we should

also protect ourselves from getting into trouble.If everyone tries a little

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special.

I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

最近几天天气都是出奇的好，在内江若不是三伏天是决计少见这样的好天气的，天气变好，人的心情也会受天气的影响，今天依旧是7：30起床(周末刻意给自己的优待)，先在床上大概计划了一下今天的日程安排，便迅速的起床了，洗漱完毕带上两本vfp参考书以及《土力学与地基基础》作业本离开宿舍，前段时间因为心思不在这上面，以至于有些题因为疏忽或忘记而遗漏了，应该是早得完成的。

早餐依旧是面条、三个包子、一个鸡蛋，均衡搭配，身体健康嘛!然后来到图书馆，外面依旧很多来学校西区礼堂开会的大小官员们，学校停了不少的高中低档的小车，其实我个人是很反感这种无休止的会议的，我不太认为这些人在一起能够商议出多少大的举措来，因为回忆中据说很多的人不在状态，这种形式主义充斥着我们生活的这个时代，不能改变的我们只能试着接受与适应。

悠闲踱步的我突然看到车流中的一个亮点，所有人都开着车来，唯独有一人是乘坐出租车，我不知道他是没自己的车还是可以低调，但我还是比较推崇他的心态的，下车后的他仍然是怡然自得，和身边的人有说有笑，流露出一种威严与气质，在大力实施的反腐倡廉的洪流中在此人身上得到了完美的体现。

今日图书馆人不是太多，一改往日座无虚席的状态，今日天气如此明媚，据说白马桃花盛开，丰富的.活动吸引了无数的人前往，或许学子们都被吸引去了吧，同样是来到熟悉的书架下取下那本书，这次我是直接带到二楼去找了一个相对安静的地方阅读，读了一篇之后，突然有种想要出去的冲动，说走就走，将书整理好，取下身上一切束缚放在上衣的口袋中，将衣服搭在椅子上就出去了。

出来之后，初春的阳光照在身上暖暖的，沿着河边漫无目的的行走，三桥的那个老爷爷每天都会在桥上放风筝，有人坐在桥上垂钓，自然我知道他们钓的不是鱼，而是一种心态，假如我有一天老了，是还是像如今这样疲于奔命还是有这样一份怡然自得的心态呢?当然未来太远，我也来不及也没办法思考，只有做好现在的每一件事，为未来的一切做好充分的准备，实现那个梦想是我如今唯一追寻的。如果可以，我希望一直这样走下去。

走着走着，已经一个小时了，再回到图书馆已是9：00左右，此刻心情也是极好，看书也是极为有效率。我得出一个结论，在看不下去书或不想做某件事的时候，先暂且放下，即使去做也只能事倍功半，得不偿失，心情也会受到压抑，去做一些喜欢的事吧，音乐、运动、打打球......当你有一个好心情再回来你会发现效率顿时有了，这就是我们俗称的事半功倍。

11：50去四食堂吃饭，打得凉菜回寝室吃，开门月月在门后下了我一大跳，原来他是在做俯卧撑，对的身体是革命的本钱，吃完饭睡了一觉，1：30出去，下午要给一个高二的同学补课，因此我得先去备课，无论怎样都得尽到自己的责任，我带的学生不少，从大一到现在少说有十个了，每一个学生我自己都会掏钱买一些辅导资料和打印些许复习材料，从不会向他们或家长报账，因为从他们身上我看到了我以前的影子，我是真心想把他们每一个人教好，作为过来人我也深知他们父母挣钱的不易，虽然或许这些对于他们来说不算什么，但我只求一个心安，权当是在做好事吧，有时候我觉得自己挺傻的。

补课的地点是在三教，这孩子比较聪明，许多东西一点就透，只不过缺少点拨而且不善于总结，再就是练得题少了，我针对她的特点为她制定了一套辅导计划，效果是明显的，看到她因为明白一些题目灿烂的笑容，我也特别的开心，觉得很有成就感，其他的得失并不那么重要，每次的两个小时都会因为想要给她多讲一些就拖到了2个半亦或是三个小时，但这些无妨，还有一年他就要参加高考了，能多帮助一些就多做一些吧。

5：00送她离开学校。临走之际，给了她一份我替她制定的学习计划，希望她能坚持下来，听着她感谢的话语，心里甜滋滋的。

图书馆看了一会儿书，5：50去食堂吃饭，路上看到班主任和他的家人以及学院的几个老师，打了招呼，最初以为他们是去白马玩了，再回图书馆又看到班主任在天一广场，聊了一会天，才知道他们一行是去大自然玩了，是没浪费这样好的天气。

再去图书馆看了一小会儿书，小月月也在我隔壁的桌子上看一本叫作《藏地密码》的书，据说还不错，八点半和月月回去，月月去找班主任请假，明天考科目二。回到寝室先洗了一个澡，按了指纹，全身舒畅无比。将换下的衣服发好，明天有时间就洗了。

9：20倒下一杯水，继续一天的总结。

寄语：我没告诉你会有怎样的困难，因为不想你就此退缩;没告诉你会有怎样的方法去调适，因为一切都要靠你自己。我只说那一个态度：坚持!

The food in Shanghai disagree me. I think the food in Beijing is the most

delicious. Seafood in Beijing is very fresh. Prawns in restaurant are all alive.

And there are many food that you can’t see in other cities. It is very cheap

that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you

are. Maybe my stomach is ill. Whatever food I eat, I am still thin. And I am too

thin, I want to be a litter fatter. So I must eat more.

食物在上海不赞同我。我觉得食物在北京是最美味的。海鲜在北京是很新鲜。大虾在餐厅都活着。而且有很多的食物，你不能看到其他城市推广。你吃海鲜在北京是很便宜的。你付出的更少的钱，更多的愉快你。也许我的胃就是生病。我吃什么食物，我还是薄。而我太瘦了，我想成为一个垃圾箱腰包。所以我必须多吃。

Last week, I have three days off, so I planned to travel to Guangzhou. During the three days, I witnessed so many things, I open my vision and gain the knowledge. The trip to Guangzhou makes me realize that I could go to anywhere by my own.

Before I went to Guangzhou, I made many plans, I searched the Internet, just to make sure that I wouldn’t get lost, because I never went to travel by myself. Going to the strange place, at first, I was very afraid, I tried hard to remember the road, sometimes I dared not to go far away. But I found the way, I realized that every main site would have the subway site, so if I took the metro, I could go back the place nearby.

As I got familiar with the road, I went to many sites by the metro, it was so fast and convenient, I could see many sites in a day. Guangzhou is so big, I saw many foreigners, it was full of vitality. The college town is so big and clean, I love it.

由于我熟悉了道路，我通过搭地铁，去到了很多景点，地铁是多么的快速和方便啊，我在一天之内能看到很多景点。广州是如此的大，我看到很多外国人，这座城市充满了活力。大学城也很大并且很干净，我喜欢大学城。

今天早上的英语课上老师不一样了，在这个时候就会有人需要注意了，因为在这个时候的人大多数就是玩手机和睡觉的，因为我们需要回答问题！

老师在今天早上突然之间不知怎么回事就让我们回答问题，让我们在这个时候就有一些难以接受，而且我们也不好意思说一句不会，因此在这个时候就需要努力对待了！我和大家原本是一样的，也属于在这个时候玩手机的人，可是没有想到的是老师让人回答问题的时候会站在面前，根本就不得不认真负责，而且她总是在这里来回转悠着，因此过来的时候就不得不注意了，而不知怎么回事，今天早上回答问题的人大多数就在我们旁边，因此在这个时候就需要小心谨慎，而且她让我们一起翻译，而由于我们根本没有仔细阅读，根本就不会翻译，因此我们几个人在这个时候就用手机百度了一下，不过这节课的翻译一下子就出现了，而我们在这个时候就需要努力看看就可以了。

老师多次在我们这里问答，在这个时候就需要认真对待了，而且由于老师在我们旁边，根本就没有人在这个时候还不认真负责，因为一下子就会轮到我们了，当该我的时候属于突然发生的情况，不过由于我这个人在这个时候看了一下，在这个时候还是有一些印象的，而且我的舍友在这个时候还是打辅助的人，我还得到了这个人的帮助！

告别家乡，告别亲人，我踌躇满志地踏上了南下驶往北京的列车。似乎没有过多的感伤与留恋，我满心充斥着的是欣喜与兴奋。这个场面在我的脑海中已经设想过无数次了，为了这一刻我期待了很久很久。

Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because it is so dirty. Then I cleaded it again. After that, I cleaned the floor and swept it. I thought it is dirtier than windows. Then I cleaned the tables and lots of chairs. We washed all of the clothes and quilts. Until four o`clock, we tidied all of the rooms up. My room was the cleanest and brightest. I was so happy and satisfied. Then my mother said: "You`re successful."

Today is my shopping day. I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. I liked eating bananas, straw berries, pears and watermelons, I wanted to buy some books, I thought they can help me study not long after my holidays, I wanted to buy a pair of golves for myself because my golves were lost. I got up early this morning and had breakfast quickly. Then my mother and I took the bus to my grandmother`s home. My grandmother was glad to see me again. She gave me candies and a cup of milk. My college is inside the biggest university of Guangxi so that everytime I have to across a big campus to go out. At first Iam upset about that, but later on I get used to it. My college looks modernization in general. When I arrive at the school gate, the first thing is the boys’ dormitory and then is the playground. Look up! I see the canteen. I see the girls’ dormitory turn left. But where is my classroom? I look around but can’t find it. It turns out that it is separated by burrows. It’s strange,right? While I go across the burrow, I see another two big playgrounds and a tenniscourt at my left side. What is in my right side? Turn right, I see rows of teaching building connecting with the library. This is my college. I like it notonly because of the evironment but also the people there.

Both the teachers and students there are very nice. My roomates always help me in the daily life, the thing they usually do is wake me up in the morning. Other classmates always help me, when I meet trouble in study. My teachers are all kind and knowlegeable. Especially my head teacher, he talks with us and plays sports with us in order to make us get used to the new life.

These days I have beenleisure but bored after finishing the final exam. In fact, I really don’t likethe way I have lived in these days, because I feel like a foolish that cantfind my values and have to be supported by others. That made me crazy.Therefore, I consider that people should find and achieve their values in lives,especially female. Obviously, work is an important way to achieve our values.However, why is work important in our life?

Firstly, work isthe only way for us to satisfy our basic needs. In order to get food, clothesand other living conditions to live happily, we have to work hard. In thisaspect, work is a natural responsibility for us, for our families. But usually,those who just consider work as a kind of responsibility regard work as a heavyburden in their life and they will feel really tired after a period of time,even some of which will choose to renounce the responsibility they have.Therefore, workmust have other positive meanings in deeper respect.

In addition, I strongly feel inthese days that work is an important way to achieve ourselves. Just as Maslowsays that human has five needs: physiological needs, safety needs, love andbelonging, esteem, self-actualization and self-transcendence. In my opinion,work is relative to the higher hierarchy of needs. We always need to achieveour value and worth to gain esteem or recognition from others by some ways,especially by work. Our school art festival is held once a year. I think this year’s was excellent because a lot of students and teachers took part in it. At first, the students of Class1 Grade6 danced the Gangnam Style. How wonderful they were! Then, English teachers had an English Choir. How good they were! I liked these two programs. Finally the students of Class3 Grade7 sang pop songs. They sang so wonderfully! At last they won the first prize.

I remember 9 months ago, I was in a hurry to prepare for the college exam. I was afraid I couldnt get to my favorite school at the time. But at last I realized my dream. Now I study Chinese in my favorite university, Hanoi University.

After going to college, my life didnt change too much. Because I live and study in Hanoi, so I dont have to leave the family or rent a house. My home is not far from school, just 15 minutes by bike. But, to be honest, I prefer to live away from home, because I can live on my own, and I can feel the feeling of homesickness.

After the study, everything here is very new to me. I study in a new environment, know a lot of new friends, learn a lot of new knowledge, and so on. At first I felt a little nervous. But now Im getting used to it. The classmates of our class are all very united, often help each other to learn, there is a collective activity, we all join. When I came to school, I felt that I was not very nervous, but more and more knowledge was needed to learn. 我记得9个月前，我还急急忙忙的准备大学考试。那时我担心我考不上我喜欢的学校。但是，终于我实现我的梦想了。现在我在我喜欢的大学，河内大学学习汉语。

上大学后，我的生活没有太大的改变。是因为我生活和学习的地方都在河内，所以不用离开家庭，也不用租房子。我家离学校也不远，只要骑车15分钟就到了。但是，说实话，我更喜欢离家的生活，因为那样我可以自己生活，可以体会到想家的感觉。

上大学后，对我来说印象追深刻的是图书馆。我学校的图书馆很大，也很漂亮。这里有各种各样的书，也很安静。所以每天下课，我都到那里学习，看书。我学校还有大大的体育场。每天下午，我都会跟朋友去那锻炼身体。比如打篮球，散布等等，感觉很轻松。

大学期间，我只有半天的上课时间，所以我用剩下的时间打工赚钱用来增长经验。大学期间，除学习外还可以参加社团活动，这很有益与我们帮助别人，因为我们都是热血青年。

学习在大学不仅学习知识，而我可以学习经验。我希望四年学习在大学可以使我更长大。

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries.
