每当我们上英语课的时候，老师就会教授我们丰富的知识。我越来越喜欢英语了，因为在英语学习中我找到了许多乐趣。首先是记单词的乐趣。以前我最痛恨记单词，那么多单词像一锅粥似的搅在一块儿，根本分不清谁是谁。有时是和汉语拼音混淆在一起;有时是单词之间互相混淆，把这个单词记成另一个单词;更糟糕的是，我根本不知道自己在拼什么。可是，自从我学习了音标后，我就发现了许多记单词的窍门，比如，许多发音是由固定单词拼写而成的。比如ph发[f]的音，C常发[k]的音。有了学习方法，我觉得英语学习轻松又有趣。它不仅使我多学了一门语言，更为我开启了一扇通往异域文化的大门。现在，我的阅读面扩大许多，不仅看中文故事，还试着读一些英语小短文，我尤其爱看英语幽默，笑话，常常乐得开怀大笑。第一，当然是故事有趣，惹人发笑;第二是因为读懂了，高兴地忍不住想笑。渐渐地，我的阅读理解能力大大提高了。以前，看到文章中生词多，就觉得头晕眼花，有畏难情绪;可现在呢，我不再拒绝新单词了，因为我会根据上下文的意思，猜个八九不离十，即使猜错了，也不影响对整个故事的理解。哈哈，会双语的感觉真好!上课时我们用心地配合老师读单词、学习句子、掌握知识点……老师上课时，当我们回答对了一个又一个的问题，老师嘴里就会不停地说着“good”(棒)、“OK”(好)之类表扬的话，大家完全沉浸在英语的海洋中，欢声笑语久久回荡着。

英语课是我最喜欢的课程，它不仅给我带来了不一样的学习乐趣，而且丰富了我的生活。我真希望和同学们一起分享学习英语的方法和乐趣，一起取得更大进步!

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2007.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

英语，大概是我们90后孩子的必修课程吧。不知道大家的英语班是什么样子呢?为大家介绍一下我的英语课堂吧：

它，容纳的人数并不多，只是简简单单12个人;它，学习场地并不大，只是普普通通60平米;它，平凡却不平庸。每个周末的10点——11点30，都是我一周来最盼望的时间，因为这个时间段，会有11个朋友陪我学习知识、听我倾诉心声、看我释放心灵。他们，就是从幼儿园时代便和我亲密无间的老师、同学!算算看，他们和我相处的时间，比我和爸爸妈妈待在一起的时间更长;想想看，他们和我之间的对话，比我和其他人说出的话语更多。我们在一起共度了9年的时光，以后，我们还将继续……

课堂是学生获得语言知识，提高语言技能和培养语言交际能力的主要场所，因而使得教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具，又是学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师，感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说比较是非母语，怎样才能在课堂中更准确，更流利，更自信地表达自己的想法呢?这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现，真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高，有据可依的范本。

该书提供了英语教学中最基本最实用的表达句式。Part1中介绍英语课堂中常用句式。Part2中介绍在指导学生4种技能及词汇、语法、发音时需要用到的表达方式。Part3中介绍在练习、游戏、文体活动、分组活动等各项活动中需要用的英语表达。Part4中收录了教师与学生之间常用交流句式。此外，在附录中还为学生们整理了不同主题的英语课堂常用语，这样更有利于师生之间的互动交流。

在课堂用语的表达中，常常存在一些问题。比如，在课堂中往往表达比较随意，用语不够规范。再则，表达时词汇单调，显得乏味，不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之，对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性，如何在这方面得以改进提高，是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先，还是要规范自己的英语表达，先做到正确无误，不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响，在表达时，句式，语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达，使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次，要深入浅出，根据学生的年龄和知识特点，选择适合他们层次水平的语言，但要略高于学生的水平，这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇，句子等等，让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题，让学生拓展思维，去进行互动交流。

再则，教师语言要生动风趣，幽默灵活。这样的课堂，教师往往能利用自己的教育机智，让课堂变得更加活跃，消除学生的紧张情绪，创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后，教学语言也可和板书，肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富，让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达，更容易地互相交流。

接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师，我们的语言真的非常重要，相信我们多些学习，更关注下自己的课堂用语，对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用，相信他们也会更爱学英语。

今天听了教研员张小海老师的讲座，是有关于高效课堂，我的体会是高效的课堂是课堂教学的主流也是我们一线教师永恒的追求。高效课堂就是让学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂;是学生充分发挥自主学习的课堂。教师在高效课堂教学中起着关键的作用，课堂是教师最重要的教学阵地。如何在小学英语课堂教学中促成高效的课堂，我认为：课堂教学应从华而不实走向注重实效，从天马行空走向有的放矢，让学生学会用英语做事和表达思想，确保高效课堂的实效性。只有突破以“教材为中心，教师为中心，课堂为中心”的旧教学模式，关注全体学生，拓展学习英语和运用英语的渠道，才能培养新时代的英语人才，因此只有构建自主、高效的课堂教学模式才能突破现代课堂教学的难点，提高教学效率，让每个学生都能乐学、善学并能学有所获。

如何在40分钟内发挥最大的课堂效益，使课堂教学更有效，是我们教师都在苦心探索研究的。我在教学实践中就如何培养学生的自主学习，自主发展能力，如何提高课堂教学效率等方面进行了一些学习和探索。

备课是老师的富有创造性的复杂的劳动过程，做好了这一步，也就做好了成功高效课堂的第一步。备课，包括备教材、备学情、备教法，另外还要备学生的学法(学生的操练)。备课时，首先要钻研教材，熟悉教材的内容;把握知识、技能目标，找出教学的重点和难点，要整体地、清晰明了地把握教材，才能在课上得心应手，备课时一定要结合自己学生的特点，学生学习和接受能力是不尽相同的，备课时要注意全面性，包括内容上的全面和对不同层次学生照顾上的全面。我们对学生的反馈还要进行预设，尽可能多的为学生提供多种答案信

息。我们要重视课堂教学的整体设计，精心设计每个教学环节，从课堂组织语言到每个活动的导入、设计，力求删除无效环节、达到最优化，从而实现整堂课的高效。教师还要把握好活动环节的节奏，以使整堂课节奏紧凑，高效而有弹性。这样，我们的课堂才会具有目的性、高效性。

我想，在每个人的学业中，都曾有过英语课，我爸爸常对我说：“学好英语有助于你以后的事业。”因此我下定决心要学好英语这一门课程。但一开始学英语十分的困难，连写字母都要按要求来写，我真是快受不了。

来我们班上英语课的是一位姓陈的男老师，他在其他班教英语都是十分的出色，几乎可以与城市里的英语教师相提并论。他刚走进教室门口，我喊：“起立。”没想到竟受到老师的批评，为什么呢?原来在上英语课时只允许用英语，不能用普通话。这时引来了同学们的一番大笑，也是，我毕竟做错了，心里感到一点儿自悔。老师并没有说那么多，只是叫同学们翻开课本第一页，学习二十六个字母的写法，这太简单了，以前在三年级时就已经学过了，写出来更熟悉。由于是学过了的知识，大部分同学都没认真听老师说，只有少数几位在听而以。讲完了，就叫一个个同学在黑板上各写一个字母。我是第一号，所以由我先写，“l”是二十六个字母中最容易写的一个，为了节省时间，我就选这个字母在黑板上一竖，搞定，这真是太容易写了，当我走下讲台时，老师叫我站住，这次我又做错了什么?老师抓住我的手，说道：“同学们，你们看，这就是不认真听讲的后果，这们同学写出来的字母一点都不对，二十六个字母中的‘l’虽然易写，但也有要求，就是这个字母的尾端要加上一个钩，这才对，不是随便画上一竖，就好了。”由于我上课没认真听讲，写字母又写错了，因此老师罚我把这个字母按规定的要求写三十次。天啊!只是写错了，就要写三十次，英语太难学了。当我回到了座位上，有几个同学在笑我，我惭愧地低下了头。老师连续叫十到二十号的同学上来写，写完才发现只有两位女同学正确。老师越看越气，往讲台上一拍，说：“不用写了，我从来没见过这种班级，我还以为能教出一班尖子班，这实在让我太失望了!各位同学听着，每人各写三十次，明天上交，不交就别上英语课了。”如果再加上三十次，那我不就是要写六十次了吗?这时下课铃响了，老师气冲冲地走出了教室，我马上拿出笔和纸，写了三十个字母，跑向英语老师的办公室，拿给老师看，老师一看，对我说：“不错，知错能改，这才是班长的风范，去吧，这次算通过了，不过，下不为例哦。”我点头说了一名英语：“yes。”

这一堂英语课，使我向英语人生跨进了一小步，使我明白英语真正的困难度。不过，我决定了，英语，我一定要学好，为我的未来做基础。

过完暑假，我就升三年级了，因此妈妈想让我去学英语，刚好有位邻居阿姨向我们介绍她女儿上的英语补习班，所以我们就决定去试听。

英语班的老师上课很有趣，她用联想法教大家认识英文字母和音标，她说A长得像铁塔，在铁塔旁种了小绿豆就是a，小绿豆长大开花了，飞来许多蝴蝶，大家看到蝴蝶很开心，所以笑得嘴巴都裂开了。老师也会用夸张的动作，吸引大家更认真的听课，但是如果有人上课不专心，老师就会不客气的拿出水枪对着他喷水呢!

每次上课，老师都会小考，第一次小考时，我有好多题不会写，我紧张得哭出来了，老师不但没骂我，反而安慰我说：“不会写没关系，我们就是不会才要来学呀!只要回家再多练习就好了。”回家后，妈妈每天帮我复习，我一遍又一遍的练习，到了下一次上课时，我终于考到一百分，老师称赞我进步很多，我听了好开心!

上英语课有很多作业要写，也要常常复习，不过老师说，虽然现在比别人辛苦，以后就会比别人轻松了。所以我要继续努力坚持下去，把英语学好。

英语作为一门新兴的综合性课程，走进了小学课堂，要学习它就如同幼儿学习母语一样，一切要从头开始。教师不仅要懂得课堂教学规律，掌握一定的教育学、心理学知识，还必须关注每一位学生，运用一定的组织艺术，努力调动学生的有意注意，激发学生的情感，使学生在愉快、轻松的心境中全身心地投入到学习中去。在课堂上，应注意以下几个方面：

尽量避免用母语进行教学，是进行外语课堂教学的原则之一。语言是思维的工具。为了使小学生的思维尽快地与英语联系起来，在英语课堂组织教学中要尽可能使用英语，做到课堂英语化，以排除对母语的依赖和母语的干扰。小学阶段是学习英语的关键期之一。尽管他们刚涉及英语，掌握的单词和句型甚少，但我们应该从第一节课起，坚持用英语组织教学。由于这时所学一般都是词义具体的单词和简单句子，教师完全可以借助于直观手段来教，帮助学生尽快对内容的理解。在课堂中教师可以充分运用眼神、手势、动作、表情等形式。以此来培养学生直接理解、直接学习和直接应用英语的习惯，初步形成直接用英语的思维能力。

3、教学做到情景化。

小学英语课堂教学必须尽最大限度地引起学生的学习兴趣，为学生提供足够的机会用英语进行活动，让学生感受到运用所学语言成功地达到某种目的后的愉快。这是小学生的年龄特点和英语学科的特殊性所决定的。要使小学生能够在 40 分钟的时间内保持良好的学习状态，教师必须根据不同的教学内容创设各种情景，做到教学情景化。

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

高效的课堂是时下课堂教学的主流，也是我们一线教师的追求，在听完仇海云老师的讲座后，感想很多如何让孩子们喜欢上这个第二语言，学在其中乐在其中，如何才能提高教学效率，打造高效课堂，我有以下几点浅显的认识：

一、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

新课标指出：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，是学生建立自信心。养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神：是学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合运用语言的能力，培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象力和创新能力，帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异、拓展视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。

“兴趣是最好的老师”。这毋容置疑。作为小学生的启蒙英语老师，我们有责任有义务培养学生的兴趣，这个兴趣应该是具有持久性的、积极向上的特点的。而物质刺激的方法对任何人都适用，甚至是宠物，其所产生的兴趣只是短暂的，比较低级的。因此，老师应该从小学生的生理和心理特点出发，精心设计教法，把英语课与活动课相融合，让学生在活动中快快乐乐学英语。同时，教师可根据小学生好胜心强的特点，开展适当的竞争性游戏，通过小组竞赛的形式，采取加减分数、抢得红五星等多种方法，使学生在竞争活动中获得成功所带来的满足感、成就感。而且，这类活动还能增强学生的团结协作意识，培养学生的合作精神。

二、有效提问是提高课堂教学效率的关键

提问是触发学生思维的引言，是激发学生觉悟的契机，是教学检测的手段。提问的质量制约着教学进程能否推进，决定着教学效果的好坏。要运用好提问，应当注意这样几点：

1、提问要有计划性。一堂课要提问几个问题，对于所提问题的切入角度都要进行精心的构思。先问什么，后问什么，教师要胸有成竹，精心策划。提问要由表及里，由浅入深，步步深入。教师思路明晰，也对学生思维起着潜在的导向作用。

2、提问要有启发性。提问要促进学生思考，要减少或避免走过场的应答式提问——简单地问“对不对”、 “好不表面热闹，价值不大，好”这种应答式的提问，思维的含量很少，而这样的提问在教师实际课堂教学中大有存在。

3、提问要难易适度。有效备课中有个环节就是“备学生”， 学生接受能力有差异，所以我们说要因材施教。提问要根据学生的实际水平，不可过浅，以免走过场;又不可过难，以防学生茫然失措，产生畏难情绪。

三、采用丰富多彩的课堂活动

小学英语教学内容更多的是以日常交流语言为主，带有很强的情境性。而由于孩子随意注意稳定性较差。这就要求我们将枯燥的教学内容还原为实际生活，将课堂教学活化为交流情境。而丰富多彩的活动正是英语教学的情境化中介，是优化英语课堂的关键，是教师了解实际的策略，更是教与学的中介。英语教学活动化，教师应真正树立为学生服务的观念，遵循学生的心理发展和认识发展规律，精心设计课堂的每一个环节，采取种种方法，充分调动学生主体参与的积极性，做学生学习与活动的参谋者，引导者和组织者。从实际出发，精心设计各种新鲜的活动，全身心地投入课堂，对学生的差异要心中有数，对出现的问题及时发现，及时解决，要使学生乐于参与，使他们能够在学习中尽情地发挥自己的才能，充分地表达自己的思想，勇敢地阐述自己的观点，真诚地表露自己的感情。这样，才会有利于全面发展，使他们喜欢英语，喜欢上英语课。

四、及时的给与多种形式的积极评价

教育是一个从量变到质变的不断发展的活动过程，需要根据情况变化及时做出判断和决定，由此产生相应的教育评价。评价是英语课程的重要的有机组成部分，是实现课程目标的重要保障。传统的评价重结果，轻过程，忽视人文性，往往使很多学生一旦失败几次，从此就失去了学习英语的兴趣和信心，课堂上再也见不到往日的微笑和高举的小手。苏霍姆林斯基说：“成功带来的愉快是一股强大的情感力量，儿童想当一名好学生的愿望就是依靠这个力量。”每个儿童都渴望成功，渴望得到老师的表扬，哪怕只是一次微笑。这就需要在平时的教学中注重形成性评价，注意发现每个学生学习的潜能，让他们自主地参与活动，完成学习。

五、及时反思是提高课堂教学效率的保证。

教学反思是教师以自己的教学活动过程和课堂教学实践作为思考对象而进行全面、深入、冷静的思考和总结，对自己在教学活动过程和课堂教学实践中所作出的行为决策以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程。本人认为，每堂课后，及时认真的进行课堂反思，总结得失，是一种不断地优化课堂教学，提高课堂教学效果的很好办法。

总之，我们只要在教学中以灵活多变的教学方法吸引学生积极参与课堂活动，激发他们的学习兴趣，我们追求的小学英语课堂高效就会慢慢实现。所以，我们要在教学中不断摸索，在摸索中不断前进，为学生将来的学习奠定坚实的基础。
