当然，在英语方面，我也是犯了一些原则性的错误。前几天，老师突然在早上检查起了作业，要知道平日里老师是很少用课堂上的时间来做这样耽误时间的事的。可是那天，也是因为我的一些失误，作业有些未完成的没有告诉老师(再说句实话，告诉老师，真的很得罪人，就是因为怕得罪人，所以.....可是，世界上哪里有不自私的人啊?!!)也是被狠批了一顿，并跟着他们被多布置了几遍作业。对此，我很是心服，我也当然知道这是不对的，是害了同学。可是我却是因为怕得罪同学，我觉得这是我思想上的问题，今后我也应当正确承担起课代表应付的责任，真心为同学服务，所以，这也应了一开始我就说的话，老师对一切同学都是一视同仁的!

这便是我的英语老师，一个能够一视同仁，为同学着想，一个真正让我心服的老师!

“哒，哒，哒……”一阵急促而又有力的高跟鞋声音伴随着清脆的上课铃声传入我们的耳中。“Good morning my class。”这是我家大大每天必说的一句话，音调从“Good”开始上扬，突出强调“my”，又从“my”开始音调逐渐下缓，这抑扬顿挫的声音，仿佛在很严肃地告诉我们，“来，我的同学们，令人期待的英语课到了，赶快把心收收，认真学习精神粮食吧。”轻快的语气来提醒着我们。这句话对于我来说，则是一整天的“兴奋剂”。虽然我曾多次模仿，但从未超越过。

大大就是杨春梅老师，我的英语老师。大大的个子中等，一头乌黑的头发，白白净净的脸上有着一双炯炯有神的眼睛，仿佛可以透过我们的眼睛直击我们的内心世界。大大的衣着也很平常，但即使是再平常不过的衣服，也能被大大穿出“大大式”的风格，经得起我们的细细品味。而作为英语渣渣的我，被分到大大的班级，感到了十分的幸运，而大大独特的教学方式，刚好可以“抑制”住我的“渣渣”。

大大在教授英语方面有很多独特之道。

教学安排之独首当其冲。大大的课程安排很有规律。都是星期二学习新单词，星期四听写；都是学习完新单词后，就会有相应的预习作业和基础练习；写完练习后的隔天就会订正；并且要求我们在24小时的黄金时间内复习新学的语法等……有规律的英语学习也使我们的压力减轻了不少。

听写也当仁不让。大大的听写极具有挑战性，课本内容、课外阅读、拓展的知识点等方方面面，边边角角，一丝一毫对我们重要的知识点，大大都会仔细挑出来亮相。奖惩措施也是一大亮点，写得十分完美的，大大会挑出来当着全班人的面表扬；然而写得稍微不尽如人意的，大大却不会当众批评，她会悄悄地把那位同学叫到办公室去，笑眯眯地批评一下，然后等着他就是大大最看重的二次听写了。

作业也不甘落后。大大的作业布置真的无话可说，又多又难，但对于我这个英语渣渣来说，我就是很喜欢写英语作业，可能是因为大大订正作业的方式也很独特吧。大大的课堂上，每一道题都是由同学们来解说的，大大就好像是一位leader，慢慢的，小心翼翼地引领着我们去深入那些简单的，有点难的，变态难的那些题目。对于成绩好的同学却没有发挥好，大大会说：“这次做的不好哦，下次要继续努力。”而对于那些有一点点进步的同学，大大则会说：“Terrific”、“Good job”、“Well done”等。但是无论我们做得有多差，只要我们用心，只要我们相比之前有进步，都会受到大大的鼓励。我喜欢写英语作业，应该就是因为这个吧。

大大的课堂氛围也很奇妙。在大大的课堂上，都是吵吵闹闹的，欢声笑语的。在教授新知识时，大大会让同学读课文，然而总有那么几个调皮捣蛋的小朋友读不通顺，这时大大就会说：“好吧，背下来吧。”全班坏笑；听写时，当大大询问我们有没有准备好时，我们都异口同声地说：“没有”，而大大反而笑着说：“一群口是心非的家伙”，全班大笑；布置作业时，大大说：“来，让我们来做几道小题。”结果唰唰唰，原来是几张纸呀，全班苦笑；在订正作业时，“来，某某同学you do。”在发现某同学的单词错误得很离谱时“来，这个单词50遍”全班也是哄堂大笑……但是快乐的时光总是短暂的，英语课堂转瞬即逝。

大大在课下也是十分独特的。就像“Good morning my class”一样“请那些勤奋的小伙伴们到办公室来一趟”也是课后必说的一句话。一听这句话，以我为代表的英语渣渣们就会十分自觉地抱起额外的作业，接成一条小小火车，跟着“火车头”驶向目的地。大大的记忆力尤其好，她可以记得住每个被特别关注的同学最近的学习情况、作业质量。“某某，最近怎么上课没有之前专注啦。”“咦，你今天的作业质量没有之前的好，怎么回事？”对于额外补充作业的小伙伴们：“你做的这几篇有没有什么不懂的呀？”“咦，你错误有点小多唉。”“嗯，不错，有进步，继续下去肯定会有进步的，加油。”……我在心底暗念：这是我见过的所有老师中“小灶”开的最好的一个。俗话说：“笨鸟先飞”，所以我喜欢提前去找大大，因此，我也比别人有更多的“福利”，一颗糖、几粒枣、若干小零食……在我的英语学习过程中，大大如影随形，无处不在。

大大在我的心目中独一无二。最后，猜一猜我问什么叫她“大大”老师呢？

At the end of the class, the teacher let us self-study, she also not idle, in the classroom, if we have not understand place, can always ask her. Finally, the teacher said: "the classmates, I love you, because you are all my children".

The teacher say that finish, the classroom was silent, who also didnt think the teacher would say, come over for a long time, everyone seems to be about as if, simultaneous said: "teacher, we love you, too."

We saw the teacher smiled, although it is light.

一双炯炯有神的眼睛中闪着智慧的光芒，乌黑发亮的头发，扎着马尾辫，樱桃小嘴，眉毛又细又长，性格温和，中等身材。她是谁?她就是我们班的语文老师：黄老师。

公鸡喔喔叫，黄老师已经到了教室里了。我们到教室里的时候，黄老师已经改好了一半的作业。

开始上课了，老师讲课，同学们全神贯注地听着，正当同学听得津津有味的时候，突然，一个同学大喊：“有人流鼻血了!”这引起了同学们的注意。黄老师连忙走过去，拉着这位流鼻血的同学，去医务室止血。老师带着那位止好了血的同学直奔教室。回到教室，黄老师已经汗流浃背了。老师没把这件事当一回事，继续为我们上课，我们看在眼里，藏在心里。被老师的精神佩服的五体投地，无私奉献。

快下课的时候，老师让我们自习，她也不闲着，在教室里走来走去，假如我们有不懂的地方，可以随时问她。最后，老师说：“同学们，我爱你们，因为你们都是我的孩子”。

老师说完，教室一片寂静，谁也没想到老师会这么说，过来好久，大家好像约好似的，同声回答说：“老师，我们也爱你。”

我们看见老师露出了笑容，虽然是淡淡的。

第一次看见这个英语老师感觉就不好：一双细小的眼睛嵌在长长的马脸上，低鼻子大嘴巴，牙齿参差不齐。皮肤黄黄的，爬满皱纹。英语老师长得不怎么样，讲课时总把尾音拖得很重很长，配上滑稽的肢体语言更是令人咂舌。天哪，这种人会是“优秀教师”？

许是因为七年级英语初始课程简单的缘故吧，我上课时有心不在焉的。一次课后，老师便把我叫到办公室，滔滔不绝地训了起来：“……虽说你成绩好，但若上课一直这样下去，天才也会变成傻子，骄傲是学习的大忌……”我一直缄口不言，甚至不敢直视她的眼睛。她的目光仿佛能一直刺透我的心，找出我心中最不堪的思想，然后用铁齿钢牙把它嚼得粉碎。我羞得全身燥热。只是当时我并不能太明白老师的良苦用心，心中还稍有不忿，越来越不喜欢这位丑老师了。

然而接下来发生的那件事，却让我改变了对她的看法，以至于对她越来越敬爱了。

那是一个炎热的周五的下午。放学后，我把补好的试卷交给英语老师。老师接过试卷就改了起来，一题一题仔细地看，改出几个错的，就马上开始讲解。我说这是粗心写错的，她便瞪了我一眼：“别把粗心当借口，若是真正地巩固了这些知识，又怎么会不小心写错呢？究竟还是没巩固好。我再讲一遍，你定要记住了……”接着，她便不厌其烦地为我归纳整理那些繁复的知识。听着听着，我发现我的确没有掌握好这些知识，听的时候觉得熟悉无比，可乍然一个新题目，就不知所措了，于是我更加专心地听着老师的概括总结。时间一分一秒过去，老师开始帮我修改作文了。她使劲伸着脖子，皱起眉头眯着眼睛，手上的红笔不停地颤动着，写下一行又一行小字。“你写作文总是这样，密密麻麻的还老是涂改，我看都看不清楚。这有几个语法错误，应该改成这样……”她一边修改，一边念叨着。我站在老师身旁，看着她佝偻的背，瘦骨嶙峋的手，竟生出几分心疼与懊悔。

我不禁想起往日老师对我们的好。同学打架，她火急火燎地赶到，化解矛盾，接着又气愤地抛出大道理，讲得打架的同学诚心和好；同学生病，她总会魔法般变出药，先喂他吃了，再赶紧打电话唤他父母；上复习课时，总是不厌其烦地一遍遍梳理知识点，往往一节课要写满整块黑板；工作起来雷厉风行，一丝不苟，作业、试卷不论多少，都会逐个认真批阅……

她课堂掌控能力特别好，但凡发现同学上课做不该做的事，她会突然闭口不言，狠狠地瞪那个同学，教室里也会马上安静下来，静得可以清楚地听到同学们小心翼翼的呼吸声。这样僵持了好几秒，她才会收起那利剑般的目光，嘀咕几声，然后又立即转换模式，笑眯眯地继续讲课。再看那同学，已面红耳赤，低眉垂首，羞得恨不得钻到地缝中去了。

一桩桩一件件，原来她的好我之前一直没有发现，今天我——这个愚蠢的外貌协会会员终于意识到了自己的错误。

以前，我一直觉得，漂亮、温柔，上课有趣的老师才是好老师，可我错了，老师的好不在于其他任何东西，而在于她对学生的心，只要是真心诚意待学生好的老师，不管她长相普通还是美丽，不管她温柔还是严厉，都是我心中的好老师！
