“走在乡间的小路上……”每当听到有人唱起这首歌，我便想起我美丽的家乡、想起我可爱的村庄、想起村庄里的那条越变越美的路，我们村里的人也都见证了那条路的华丽丽转变。

在我很小的时候，一点儿也不美。那时候，毫不夸张的说，刚一进村，便可以让你体验到一段震荡得像发生地震似的的路程，路面高低不平，又很狭窄，只能容三两个人并排行走。路面上本来就坑坑洼洼，再加上还有很多老鼠洞、蛇洞之类的小洞长期经过雨水的冲涮也变成了大大小小的坑，路面就更颠簸了。要是下雨天的时候，那路面就更不成形了，路上的泥浆就像是从榨汁机里倒出来的浓浓的果汁，走上面不小心就会摔倒，下雨天，村里的老人小孩都不敢走那条路的。就算是晴天，村里人开着破旧的三轮车去农田里干活的时候，走在这条路上都是小心翼翼的，但还是有多人在这条路上翻了车，摔了跟头，村里的符四爷爷现在走路一拐一瘸的，就是这条路惹的祸。

路的两边长满了茅草之类的野草，路边的水利沟里面又有许多的脏脏的垃圾和一些枯死的野草、啤酒瓶等，所以，下雨之后，沟里的水总是流不通的，沟里的垃圾经过雨水一浸泡，有的路段那味道人简直可以把人熏晕，村里人走在路上大都捏着鼻子匆匆跳过。

那条路在接近村口的路面上，有一个小桥，小桥是通往别的村庄的。每当台风来临的时候，暴雨过后，雨水就会把路面全部淹没，连桥身也几乎淹没，几天水都流不干净，每当这时候村里的人们就很难出门办事。

站在那条路上，闻着令人呕吐的臭味，近看是脏脏的垃圾，再看过去，就是破旧低矮的小瓦房掩映在参差不齐杂草丛生的树林里，夏天的中午，骄阳似火，走在村里的这条路上大汗淋漓，几乎把人考成肉干，进到屋子里会更热，因为家家户户的那房屋狭小又脏乱，很多人的家里都没有风扇，墙壁上都有很多的蜘蛛网、小孩子的手印……屋子外面的院子里遍地是猪屎、鸡屎、牛粪……

现在我们村的那条路变的可漂亮了，在政府的帮着下，那条路变成了“村村通”，沿着它走，去哪个村庄都可以，路面变的平坦而干净，光滑而美丽……

水泥路的两边都修了水利沟，方便流水，水利沟里再也不见脏脏的垃圾了，这条路也经常有阿姨扫地了，还放置的有垃圾桶，有人定期清理垃圾的。下雨的时候，路沟里有水的话，那水也清的可以让你照个影儿呢。路两边都种植了很多的小美丽的小树，现在有的已经变成一株株的大树了，还有一些花花草草，把这条路装点得更加可爱。漫步在这条路上，一阵阵温柔而清爽的风吹动你的发丝，风里带着阵阵花香。

放眼看去，村里新盖的一座座楼房错落有致的林立在这条路的两边，像一栋栋美丽的别墅，每一栋房子的周围都摘了很多漂亮的花草。

从前，河滨走廊旁，只有几座孤零零的小屋子，河道上架着一座简陋的吊桥，河道边，也是一条坑坑洼洼的泥路雨天到处是泥水，晴天尘土飞扬，河中就更别提了，全部是垃圾和各种动物死尸，臭气熏天……直到后来，政府开始投资搞建设，于是河滨走廊变成了现在这副模样：经过清理的河水变得很是清澈；河边的道路变得平坦和宽敞；河边上建起了一栋栋高楼；河上架起了许多稳固的铁桥；路边种上了各种花花草草，特别是那些用来健身运动的公共器材……夜景就更美了！河道两旁的岸上和道路两旁的楼房上，公园的凉亭上都装上了彩灯，每到夜晚所有的灯都亮了，灯光璀璨，格外耀眼……

After that, therehave been more and more changes happened in my hometown. Now, my hometown hasdeveloped into a big and rich town. People live a happy life.

家乡最令我惊叹的是厕所，以前厕所不能叫厕所，而是叫茅坑。那时候上个厕所都得小心翼翼地不让自己瞄偏了，还有一些没有公德心的人，卫生纸随便扔，上个厕所也不瞄准，搞得整个厕所臭气熏天，苍蝇嗡嗡乱叫。要是你看见那副场景，肯定就是尿裤子也不愿意上厕所。上完厕所你肯定要洗手吧，但是老家的厕所根本没有水龙头，用的都是从河边挑回来的水，而且用不了多久就臭了。而现在呢？白色的马桶只要一按按钮就把脏东西全冲走了。洗手只要一扭开关清澈的水就流出来了，墙上还贴了标语：上完厕所请冲水！整个厕所比以前干净多了。

这一切都是因为改革开放。改革开放给我们带来了很多好处，让我们认识到学习科学知识的重要性。
