我因工作关系上学期刚接了一个班的英语，虽然多年没有教英语，毕竟是小学三年级英语刚开设，难度还不大，一个学期下来还算可以。但听了省专家报告，很快明白了自己的缺点，有关英语的教育理念跟不上。张老师说：如果你没有英语的教育理念在引导你，即使你教会了学生知识，即使学生学得也不错，但那是无效的，即使有效也是短暂的。我把英语的教育理念再与大家一起分享：(一)面向全体学生，注重素质教育。(二)整体设计目标，体现灵活开放。(三)突出学生主体，尊重个体差异。(四)采用活动途径，倡导体验参与。(五)注重过程评价，促进学生发展。(六)开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道。张老师对这些理念作了详细讲解，很受启发，原来英语教学不单单是教会学生知识，还有很多。

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such as the scientist, the policeman and so on. 中午，我就写几行字帖或是一页半页都可以，然后再拿着英语课本，在点读机上读读，至少也要个十来分钟，干完后可以看电视或玩电脑，最好是下楼到健身器材那边找小朋友玩儿。

由于下午我不能呆在家里，必须跟妈妈一块儿去她办公室，计划先在办公室写几页作业，看看书，然后在院里的跳舞场和篮球场上和小朋友玩，玩玩后就可以玩一会电脑游戏了。

还有这段时间博客写得太少了，现在放假了，我得多写，计划两天一篇。

这些当然指妈妈单位没放假的时候，等到过年那几天就什么也不干，光玩了。

放寒假了，我就是这么想的，既然是放假吗，我就要痛快地玩好，但也不能不学习，我会严格要求自己的!
