My winter holidays plans

My winter holidays plans me studying for my English , I will make great efforts to learn English. Persist in listening to half hours of English every day. I will accomplish the school assignment that the teacher arranges best with the quickest speed. I can not forget to take the body exercise certainly also , I may take the body exercise coming drawing out 30- - 1 hours in time in every day. I play with the once computer coming certainly may draw out one small Duan time , watch one meeting TV or. Certainly need only 1 hour. This it is my winter holidays to plan!

The Spring Festival is my favorite holiday, because on this day, I can eat a lot of delicious food, also can get lucky money, more importantly, on this day, we are a large family to gather together together, recounting and wishing each other. Every year the Spring Festival, mother always do a big table, lets eat. After dinner, mom will pack a big red packets to me, I wish my next year to study progress, healthy growth.

The highlight of the Spring Festival is a family reunion dinner, put on the eve of the, because we do have, every time, I always eat very enjoyable. Finished eating dinner, we will watch Spring Festival gala on TV, hereinafter referred to as "gala", in the spring night, each hero qi, off stage, singing away, altogether celebrates the New Year. As soon as everyone steps into junior middle schools, English plays an important role in our daily life. Whats more, with China entering the WTO, English has become the most popular foreign language in China. As a student, I think everyone should have a good knowledge of English. However, nowadays the majority of students have great difficulty in learning English. How does the problem come about? For me, I am into English. In my opinion, the reason is that a great many students have no interest and confidence in learning English.

So, I think it is important to develop an interest in English and to remember that patience is the key to learning English. Then try your best and take every chance to communicate with others in English. Besides, by listening to English tapes you may make great progress. I suggest buying some English magazines and newspapers, such as English Weekly, the best among them, which will help you a lot.

Do as I have said above, you will be successful sooner or later.

在学校里，老师常常会交给我们一些保护眼睛的有效方法，例如写作业时手要离笔尖一寸，肚子要离桌面一拳，头要离书本一尺，要在正确的地方看书，而且还要经常做眼保健操。但这些却最容易被同学们忽视。

到底是什么让戴眼镜的人飞快增加呢?这个问题在我的脑海里不停地转悠。后来，我观察了很长的时间，也从网上查了资料，最终得出了结论。第一大原因：不用科学的方法去保护眼睛。有的同学长时间的看书、上网、看电视，使眼睛经常处于疲劳状态，并且不注意眼睛卫生。虽然我们学校要求同学们都要按时做眼保健操，但一部分同学还是不好好做，有的还躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遗传。有的父母是近视眼，并遗传给了自己的孩子。不过这种情况好象不多，“小眼镜儿”往往是因为不爱惜眼睛造成的。
