我还有一个缺陷，那就是体育不好，每次到了期末，成绩都是及格。因为我平时少锻炼，才导致体育成绩不够好，所以在这个充满阳光的春天，我要多锻炼，做好各项保健工作。只要我天天这样，我想我应该可以再升一级。

How to learn English is a diffcult question .but now i have a good idea .
