我妈妈有两块心头肉，不用猜一块当然是我啦!那另一块是什么?你猜猜看。哈哈!猜不到吧，那就是人见人爱的小苹果——手机!我不知它究竟是何方神圣，竟然能与我这个从母亲肚里呱呱落地的儿子相媲美。

通常，妈妈完成一天繁重的工作后，回到家还要帮我们解决吃喝，检查我的作业。当妈妈完成了这些工作，躺到温暖舒适的床上时，就已临近八点了。此时的我连想都不用想，就知道她下一步的行动――一定会掏出她心爱无比的手机，但我是不会怪她的，因为妈妈在外面工作没有一刻消停，要到处跑腿，跑得腿脚酸痛，有时难免在别人面前要低声下气，回到家里还要帮我们擦屁股，也就此时能拿出手机来释放一天的压力，放松放松自己的心情，这样的话我是理解的，毕竟是劳逸结合，何乐而不为呢?

平时，妈妈一而再，再而三地叮嘱我：玩那些电子产品，要有个适量的度，不可以过度地沉迷。妈妈虽然自己是这么说的，但却没有以身作则。有天晚上，我想上厕所，迷迷糊糊地爬起来，揉了揉眼睛，一抬头，看见睡在我旁边的妈妈仍然捧着她的宝贝——手机，它像是块磁铁把妈妈的目光牢牢地吸住了。

我瞅瞅墙上的钟表，那时大概是凌晨一两点了，妈妈见我醒来，显然有些吃惊，那嘴张得老大，惊讶地问道：儿子，你你干嘛啊?我看到这一幕，愣了一会儿，说：妈，你怎么管不住自己啊，半夜三更都还在玩它，眼睛不痛么。还有玩物丧志啊，手机的危害你又不是不知道，都多大的人了妈妈并没有打断我，只是弱弱地说了一句我知道了。那情景就像一个做错了事的孩子似的，我叹了口气，对妈妈的表现显然有些失望。这就是我的妈妈，中了手机的毒，深陷其中不可自拔，连我这个亲身儿子也无可奈何，不知何时妈妈才会知道手机的危害，浪子回头啊!

首先进行的是100米短跑，共8人参加，运动员们蓄势待发，裁判员一声枪响，八人像脱缰的野马，冲向终点。啦啦队在旁边异口同声的喊着口号，为队员们加油打气，场面十分热闹。

接下来是呼啦圈跑，就是一边绕呼啦圈一边跑。一共有五人参加。可能是因为转呼啦圈都不是男生的强项，所以参加本次比赛的都是女队员。刚刚起步，由于跑道有些窄小，有三名女同学的呼啦圈撞在了一起，呼啦圈掉在了地下。而其他两名女队员渔翁得利，借机向终点进发。三位女同学赶忙追赶。场面不亦乐乎。

下面是火车赛跑，这个项目是比赛的高潮部分，也是比赛结束的提前通告。10位运动员整装待发，互相鼓励，齐刷刷的喊着号子。”一，二，一“的口号响彻云霄，像一辆真正的火车朝终点奔去。由于某位同学体力不支，不小心将身后同学的裤脚放开，使得后方的同学倒在了地上。但经过不懈努力，终于重新整理队伍，向终点进发，最终取得了大家的掌声。

时间一分一秒的过去，运动会步入尾声。颁奖仪式开始了，校长公布获奖班级，场下一片寂静，当校长说道有我们班的时候，全班同学一齐欢呼。老师们为我们竖起了大拇指。

every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat

As a student, it is my duty to go over my lesson after class, or I will

to the library, as for me, I am in favor of the latter choice. I like to go to

the library. On the one hand, it is quiet. A lot of students just sit in their

places and wont make big noise, which provides an enjoyable environment for

his health， especially for his eyes. So he must give it up. I can play more
