四、教学目标。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

Since we can buy things online, there is no need to go out to look for things we

In conclusion, shopping online is a convenient, time-saving and money

看着他，我觉得状况的背后一定另有原因。于是，我找到他的家长，我们经历了一次彻底的长谈。从他们的口中，我了解到，小朋友一直喜欢玩电脑，为了控制他，家里的电脑搬到舅舅家去了。后来，小朋友每周一次在钢琴老师那里学琴的时候，老师根据表示可以奖励他玩30分钟电脑。从此，学钢琴便是他最感兴趣的事。但是，近期钢琴老师突然不让他玩电脑了，小朋友很沮丧。所以对什么都不感兴趣。才引来了课堂中不和谐的一幕幕。

从家长的交谈中，我觉得造成问题的主要原因是：目前小朋友没有了希望，一周紧张的学习无论表示好与坏，结果都一样。最想做的事不能做，不愿做的事必需件件认真做，太压抑了！没有了盼头，没有了寄托和情感的目标，失去了精神的支撑，所以他的行为便失去了方向。可以想象一个对于生活、学习失去希望的小朋友，他的精神是多么的脆弱。倘若在此时老师、家长只是一味地批评、责怪，或许不久小朋友真的会精神解体，后果不可思议。

教育学家曾经说过：“尽可能深入了解每个小朋友的精神世界，是教师的首条金科玉律。”确实，通过陈陈的事例，我深深感到走进小朋友的精神世界是多么重要。精神是行为的支撑。假如我们每一位教师多从精神上关心小朋友，教化小朋友，那么对小朋友行为上的过错，我们也会多一份理解，对小朋友的过失行为我们也可以找准标本兼治的对策。

最后，经过我与其妈妈的协商，决定每天由我给小朋友在校的表示评定等级，然后家长根据情况在周六送小朋友到舅舅家玩30分钟的电脑（在家长的看护下玩）。当天，陈陈的妈妈给我打电话说小朋友听了这个消息非常高兴，作业做得快多了，当天早早就睡下了说是明天要早起上学校。听着电话里的声音，我仿佛看到一个活泼大方、朝气蓬勃的小朋友正在瞪着眼睛静静地听课呢？

果然，这段时间陈陈恢复了以往的学习尽头……

教师是塑造人心灵的使者。教育是实实在在、真真切切的感情付出和行为实践。在这个过程中，多一份对工作的热爱，多一点对同学的关爱，你就会和他们心心相印，一起前进。给小朋友一个精神的支点吧！或许只是简单的鼓励；或许是行为的肯定；或者是心灵的抚慰；或者是行为的指引……如此简单又如此重要。为了祖国的明天，让我们为激烈竞争中的小朋友找到一个精神的支点吧！为了祖国的未来，让我们为生活、学习压抑中的小朋友找到一个精神的支点吧！让我们用自身全部的青春和热血引导他们正确的认识世界，认识生活，协助他们克服各种困难，引领他们意气风发地走向未来！

Tomb Sweeping Day is on the April 5th every year. Its a day to show our

great respect to our deceased ancestors. On that day, we usually sweep the tomb

of our ancestors and offer them food and drinks. We also burn paper money to

them. It is believed that our ancestors in heaven will receive the money.

Besides, everything in our nature takes on a new look on that day, so its the

best time for spring outing. It must be fun and relaxing.

First of all,I need to greatly improve my English in this semaster,for I’m already in Junior 2 now,and there’s no time to waste.

I’m really not good at English,and I think there’s a long road ahead of me.I am thinking about taking a TOEFL course on weekends to prepare for entering college.Besides,I need to learn something from my life,for example,I can read some kind of English books,watch some Enghlish movies etc.

On another hand,I wanna improve my spoken English,cuz its a kind of language which is used to communicate with others,but not just a subject that can prove I am a good student.My plan for the future is to study abroad,so the skill of spoken Enlish is really important to me.
