一、指导思想

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

(四)赏识教育让学困生树立自信心

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

但世事难料，2017年7月9日，我跨越了近10经度来到了上海。世界便从此颠覆，成绩倒数，人生地不熟，英语老师也用我完全听不懂的上海话训斥着我，一切幻想就同那精致的高脚杯高高摔落，顷刻间支离破碎。那时的我，就像一匹来自北风的狼，顶着凄厉的北风，咬着冷冷的牙，在那无人问津的角落里，舔着令人心酸的伤口。每天没有了欢笑，没有了自由，有的只是学习，有的只是痛苦，可能是年少的心太过柔软，我总是回忆过去，可不论我怎么回忆，也没有别人眼中过电影的感受，有的只剩下那些残缺的画面，以及那些破碎的音符，甚至在时间的磨盘下，连友情也被碾碎。只是上课、补课、上课，我就像在沼泽中挣扎，越是挣扎，越是痛苦，越是痛苦，越是挣扎，当时总有一种大旱之望云翳之感，当时的我，已不知梦想沦为何物。

在痛苦的深渊中，我的灵魂被狠狠的刺痛了，我想起了儿时的誓言：我要让我的身上闪射出东方朝阳的光芒，就如黎明中一个积雪的孤峰。

赫拉克里特曾说过：我寻找过我自己。而我要成为我自己，不再让晦暗的心态，不堪的成绩，掩埋自己的梦想，我不愿在青色的墓碑上只留下瞬间的美丽。我要以强大的内心，强有力的意志，重塑起我深邃的灵魂，毋宁死，也不要被着违背了一切教育的最高原则：“只有饥饿者，才能与之食。”的中式教育变成学习机器，我要成为我之为我者。尼采曾高呼：如果有上帝，我无法忍受我不是上帝。我也要怒喊，无论有没有上帝，我才是我的上帝。从觉悟的那一天起，我学习，就不再是为了攀上巨人们的肩膀去看巨人是多么伟岸，而是为了站在巨人的肩上去看那天空是多么辽阔!歌德说过：“创造是人类最内在的天性。”我就要带着酒神精神，去创造，创造那片属于我自己的天空。若是有人问我：“这天空所在何处?”我会以最柔和的嗓音，告诉他最狂妄的梦想----心有多大，天就有多大，目光所指之处，处处我之天下，我要扼住命运的喉咙。对我来说梦想不是成为下一个谁，而是成为心中期待的自己。

哲人说，要真正体验生命，你必须站在生命之上。为此要学会向高处攀登，为此要学会，俯视下方。我要让我的生命怒放，让我成为我之为我者，只有这样我才能追逐人生的梦想，才能拥有绚烂的人生，即使我失败了，可我相信我依然走在不敢迈出脚步的人的前面。

而今的自己，已算有了足够的淡定清明，除却了青春的骚动浮华，多了份对梦想的渴望与希求。梦在远方，即使化做太阳，我也要同那夸父，永不停下追梦的步。也许若干年后，我还能以清澈的目光了望曾经动荡颠沛的生活，那我依然是我。“天空中不留下鸟的痕迹，但我已飞过。”

成为我自己，可以没有我想要的一切，但如果没有梦想，哪里还有人生?先锋已去，谁在虚掷光阴?
