校园暴力现象的出现由来已久，随着时间的发展不断升级，必须引起社会各个方面的积极重视。事实表明，过去的的校园暴力多以单纯的打架斗殴的形式出现，如今的校园暴力在个别地方已经演变成带有黑社会性质的团伙，制造诸如敲诈、勒索、抢劫、甚至杀人的恶性刑事案件。从近几年学生管理情况来看，校园暴力现象逐年增长的形势非常明显，对广大师生的身心健康、学校的安全稳定与和谐校园建设构成了很大的威胁，已经成为一个严重的影响安宁的社会问题。为了进一步清除学校的不稳定因素，建设和谐、温馨的校园，防控校园暴力应成为每个学校的重点工作。

总的说来，校园暴力主要可以归为三种类型：(1)语言暴力。语言暴力指的是主要使用嘲笑、诋毁、谩骂、蔑视等带有侮辱、歧视性质的语言，给他人心理及精神上带来极大的摧残和损害。(2)力量暴力。力量暴力主要指使用打架、斗殴、勒索等暴力行为、甚至谋杀等极端手段，损害他人的身体及财务，这在校园暴力现象中最为普遍。(3)心理暴力。心理暴力指的是主要通过孤立或者侮辱人格等手段对学生精神造成严重伤害的侵害行为。

二、校园暴力的危害

由于在校园暴力中的受害人在受到对方伤害时往往惧怕报复而很少向老师、家长和有关部门汇报，因而在学校中校园暴力伤害事件的收报率往往很低，由于得不到及时的处理，受害学生往往也就会因此遭到反复勒索、敲诈或者殴打。因此，受害学生必然在学习、生活和其他各方面都会受到影响。

1.学生的正常学习受到直接影响。一直生活在校园暴力的阴影下的经常忍受其伤害的学生，学习成绩往往都会严重下降。而对于老师实施的暴力侵害行为，受到伤害的学生一般都会导致畏惧上学，这必然会对其正常学习产生巨大的负面影响。

2.学生身心健康发展受到严重影响，很难形成健全人格。校园暴力不但对受害学生造成伤害，而且对施暴学生和旁观学生同样造成伤害。施暴学生由于长期欺负别人，内心得到极大满足，以自我中心，对同学缺少同情心，而旁观学生会因为帮不到受害者而感到内疚、不安，甚至惶恐。受害学生的伤害通常在身体上和心灵上受到双重创伤，并且容易留下阴影长期难以平复。

3.破坏了社会秩序，使人们对学校失去信心。学校是传道授业解惑的地方，是培养人、教育人的地方。但如果校园暴力的现象无法杜绝，那么学生虽然在学校却无法感受到学校以及教师对自己的帮助，饱受校园暴力之苦，受害学生逐渐演化为对学校失去信心，进而导致受害学生的家人、朋友以及整个社会都会对学校失去信心，这样恶性循环的话必然影响学校的教书育人职能的正常发挥。

三、校园暴力的成因

(一)家庭方面的影响

1.家庭构成。家庭作为社会生活的独立单位，各项家庭职能的发挥因不同的家庭结构的区别而有所不同，从子女的教育这方面来看，一个理想的健康家庭应该是父母健在，并且能对子女能够负起养育责任。一旦破坏了家庭的这种完整性，家庭教育职能往往就会减弱或缺失，在这种家庭中长大的孩子，大多人格发展相对不完善，性格中往往会带有孤僻，冷漠，偏激，易冲动等特点，在学校里很难和同学相处，暴力发生在他们身上也就不足为奇了。

2.家长素质。家长是孩子的第一任导师，家长的行为方式直接影响到孩子的未来办事方式，有些家长缺少道德修养，对现实流露出不满情绪，这也会直接影响到孩子身上，可能导致他们把这些反社会情绪外化成反社会的行为;有的父母性格孤傲，这也会影响到孩子在学校里和同学之间的相处，很有可能因为孩子的高傲而导致心理暴力发生在他本人身上。

3.家庭教育。随着独生子女现象的出现，在6个大人呵护这种环境下成长的孩子，渐渐养成了些畸形的心态，唯我独尊就是其中的典型，这种心态的孩子遇到事，往往只考虑自身利益，漠视他人的存在。在他们的自身利益收到外界侵犯时，这种偏狭的性格往往会使他们采取以下极端行为进行反击

(二)学校教育的影响

学校是学生成长教育的重要的人生课堂，在学生成长的关键期对学生的发展影响最大的取决于学校的管理及教育，因此，这也是为何学校是校园暴力形成的重要原因。

1.学生的思想道德教育。一定程度上，校园暴力是应试教育的必然产物。学生在学习中遇到的各种人际矛盾得不到及时的发现和疏导。对有暴力倾向的问题学生，不能及时进行心理教育，学校周边的不利环境也没有相关的规章制度进行有效管理。这些都为校园暴力事件的发生埋下了祸根。

2.非重点学校的教育工作。校园暴力的问题在普通学校或职业院校中较为突出。在普通学校或职业院校，校园里的学习风气不浓厚，早恋现象比较严重，学生的自我认识水平发展得不好。在访问住读学生时了解到，学校对他们的管理都是一味的制止，强行要求，没有从学生的角度为学生考虑，学生的抱怨很多，很多学生表示希望学校对他们的关心多一些，责骂少一些。因此非重点学校及职业院校的教育管理方式助长了校园暴力事件频频发生的坏风气。

3.教师的教学方法和态度。有的教师使用驱赶的手段，治标不治本，这些使得在形式上班级的学风、班风似乎有了改观，但导致的结果是将班级上的学生有意识地一分为二，两种阶层受到的待遇也各不相同，这也加速了将本来是潜在的行为越轨的主体和被侵害的客体更加明确化，为校园暴力留下了隐患。

(三)社会方面的影响

一方面，青少年正处于人生观、价值观、世界观形成阶段，明辨是非的能力以及社会经验往往欠缺，再加上社会上经济负面效应及不良文化的影响，也起到了推波助澜的作用，致使青少年为了贪慕虚荣，盲目的做出许多违法之事。

另一方面，青少年的思想空间中有关道德和价值的评判，更多的，是来自于网络游戏和影视作品。近年来，以各种暴力游戏引发的现实血案屡屡发生，这都是因为游戏的暴力邪恶已经在青少年的内心获得认同并信赖，他们希望自己像游戏中的英雄一样，像港台影视中的黑社会领袖一样，可以一呼百应，可以自己制定规则，一切以自己想法为准，凡是不听从自己的命令或者与自己意见不和，均采取极端的手段来进行报复，完全失去了正常的伦理道德标准。

四、校园暴力行为的预防措施

校园暴力的预防，必须要从校园暴力产生的根源开始，结合家庭教育，学校教育和社会教育三个方面来采取预防措施。

1.家庭教育。家庭是最早对孩子进行社会规范教育的，一是灌输行为准则，二是指点生活目标，三是培养社会角色。家庭应从这三个方面对孩子进行社会规范教育，为孩子的思想意识，性格，观点和立场，道德品质和意志特性奠定基础。因此，必须充分发挥家庭的教育职能。但要充分发挥家庭的教育职能，必须先解决家长愿意教育而又不会教育的矛盾。每个家长都期待自己的孩子健康成长，但许多家长都不会用科学的方法去教育孩子。因此需要依靠全社会的力量普及家庭教育知识，充分运用报纸、杂志、电视、广播、网络等途径宣传家庭教育知识，也可以举办家庭教育辅导讲座，介绍家庭教育经验，向家长宣传德、智、体全面发展的教育方针，提供教育子女的正确方法，介绍青少年的心理、生理特点，宣传科学育人，让家庭的教育职能得到充分的发挥。

2.学校教育。学校教育是青少年教育的决定性环节，从教育的角度看，学校教育是预防校园暴力最基本、最重要的一条防线。加强学校教育可以从以下几个方面着手：

(1)加强法制教育，强化学生法律意识。学生应该在日常的生活学习中深刻了解国家法律、法规知识，深刻认识到法律的威严性，时刻提醒自己要做到知法、懂法、守法，在生活中不断提高自我认识、自我领悟以及自我矫正自身的错误言行，从而不断提升个人法律意识。这也就要求学校可以定期组织学生参加法制讲座或者参加旁听法院庭审，也可以组织集体观看法制影视资料或进行劳教观摩等活动，让学生在耳濡目染中加深对法律的认识。

(2)重视职业学校和非重点学校的教育工作，加强对后进学生的教育。应改善学校的教育方式，增加人本的教育理念，多站在学生的角度考虑问题，帮助学生建立正确的认知。在这些学校学习的学生大多都是成绩不太理想的学生，对他们的教育首先应端正教育态度，不能把学生当作包袱，应善于观察学生身上的闪光点，将他们向积极的方向引导。同时要采取积极的措施，及时防止和解决后进生学业不良的问题，加强对他们的个别教育，用科学的观点指导教学，激发他们的学习自觉性和兴趣，树立学习的信心，提高学习成绩。

(3)坚持严格管理和心理疏导相结合。正值青春期的学生往往意气用事，精力旺盛的学生群体中常见拉帮结派、打架斗殴的现象，对于做出暴力行为的学生个体或群体我们学校应做到及时的处置，分别给予其及时、适度的惩罚，起到惩前毖后，杀一儆百的作用;各班班主任应及时准确地把握学生的心理动向，让那些容易鲁莽行事的学生在做事之前务必先考虑一下后果，对那些已经发觉的具有暴力倾向、心理障碍的学生老师要及时开展心理疏导工作，使其能做到自我觉醒，消解怨恨，教会他们如何适当地处理同学间出现的纠纷，把暴力事件扼杀在摇篮中。

3.社会教育。社会教育主要是配合学校和家庭教育建立良好的教育环境，为学生创造健康的氛围。要加强教育环境的建设，一方面应注重发挥大众媒体的舆论引导作用，使大学生在视听范围内接触到的都是人间美德，起到净化心灵的作用，在思想上能驱除暴力、攻击等不良行为的影响，培养良好的人格品质。另一方面，学校要加强对学生的安全知识教育和安全保卫工作。不但要利用多种形式对广大学生进行自我保护的知识宣传，提高其对外来侵害的抵抗能力，而且对于学生的课外生活应给予高度的关注，对于有严重不良文娱生活的学生应该积极引导，不可听之任之，最终酿成大祸。正处于身心成长期的青少年学生，对于环境既有很强的依赖性又缺乏足够的辨别和抵抗能力，所以面对不同的环境他们很大程度上是近朱者赤，近墨者黑。因此，为他们创造健康的教育环境尤为重要。

总之，校园暴力毋庸置疑是青少年犯罪的前奏、序曲，也是当今青少年犯罪的新动向，任其发展和延伸必然导致以后走向社会违法犯罪，学校必须对其进行及时有效的干预、教育和挽救，防止其将来走向社会，对社会安全稳定构成更大威胁。据此，校园暴力现象足以引起全社会的密切关注，当然这也需要学校、家庭、社会和个人等各方面的协同合作、以预防为主，防治结合，各个环节齐心协力才能从根本上防止校园暴力的发生。

近日，一段“彭州隆丰中学校园暴力”的四川校园暴力事件视频在微博流传。4月3日凌晨，微博#平安彭州#发布警情通告，称视频中纠纷原因、双方参与者等基本情况已初步查实，目前相关职能部门正积极开展调查教育处理中。彭州市教育局的工作人员告诉记者，事发时间约在3月30日前后，当地警方正在调查此事，最终的结果以警方发布为准。

据网传视频显示，一位黑衣女生在高处让一绿衣女生站好，在随后的三十五秒内扇绿衣女生耳光共计十四次。随后打人女生又对身旁另一短发女生进行脚踹、扇耳光等行为。视频中打人女生不断发出“牛皮呦”、“啥意思”等一些侮辱性语言。

在视频拍摄时，有两位老人从旁经过，拍摄者对路人说：“婆婆你们走快点，别把你们误伤了，这是学校里混社会的。”

My life in the University of Education

How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

During the year university study, I can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. I find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. But I know when they need help; I will do everything that I can do to help those who helped me before.

校园暴力事件典型案例

近些年来，随着社会的不断发展，原本安静宁和的校园这块净土上，现在也接二连三地发生校园暴力事件，因此校园安全已成为人们非常关注的焦点问题。导致校园暴力事件时有发生的很大一部分原因是由于一些青少年学生的法制观念淡薄，自控能力差，是非不分，从而引发学生伤害事故频繁发生。

青少年在生理上和心理上都正处于发育阶段，他们的世界观、人生观尚未完全形成，很容易受社会不良风气和因素的影响。因此，校园安全并不是哪一个学校领导或少数教师的管理能够简单的完成的，必须要依靠学校、家庭和社会等多方面的力量，大家共同努力，为我们的学生创造良好的学习生活环境，给他们一个和谐、舒适、快乐的校园。下面用具体案例来分析学校、家庭和社会教育在制止校园暴力事件，防止学生伤害事故所起到的重要作用和影响。

一、具体案例：

2011年9月某日，在某校的大门口外50米拐角处，高二某班詹某同学伙同本班5名同学对高一某班李某进行群殴，致使李某门牙脱落2颗，身体多处受伤住院。后经学校政教处调查，两位同学的矛盾源于当天中午在学校食堂打饭时其中李某同学插队，詹某同学上前制止，李某同学不听劝告，两人在食堂内发生了口角。詹某回到班上以后，将事情告诉班上的其他几位男生，大家商议之后，决定在下午放学的时候在校门口堵住李某同学，好好教训他一顿。因此导致詹某等五位学生群殴李某学生暴力事件的发生。事后学校邀请詹某、李某及另外五位参与打架的学生家长到校，经过协商最后达成一致意见：詹某应负主要责任，承担50%的医药费，其他五位学生负次要责任，共同承担50%的医药费。参与打架的学生经过学校和家长的教育，都表示承认错误，学校根据当事学生的责任大小和认错态度，给予相应的纪律处分。

二、案例分析：

1、从学生自身角度来看校园暴力事件发生的原因。

詹某李某等学生在校属于经常违纪违规的学生，他们缺乏自我安全防范意识，法制观念淡薄，是导致校园暴力事件的主要原因。我们都知道，青少年正处于心理上、生理上的发育阶段，对挫折的承受能力低，情绪情感不稳定，很容易采取一些非常过激的行为。他们又常常以自我为中心，从不能考虑他人的需要。同时，每个成员个体的身份意识被团体成员的身份意识弱化，心理健康教育缺位，来自同伴或团体的压力往往也就成为了青少年陷入暴力等不良行为的重要因素。

2、从家庭的角度来看校园暴力事件发生的原因。

詹某父母离异，跟着父亲生活，父亲忙于生计对孩子疏于管教。且在其家中长期存在家庭暴力，幼小的心灵很早就蒙上阴影。詹某从小缺少父爱、母爱，其性格孤僻、偏执，难以承受挫折和打击，遇事好冲动、走极端，喜欢用暴力来解决问题。

李某则是家中的独生子，家庭经济条件优越，其父母过分溺爱孩子，使他从小娇生惯养。家长对他缺乏责任、义务和爱心等方面的教育，导致他是非不分，以自我为中心，性格上自私、冷酷。

3、从学校的角度来看校园暴力事件发生的原因。

“成绩唯一论”，“唯分数论” 依然主导着学校的教学目标。由于青少年学生的性格，能力及兴趣爱好各不相同，仅仅以“成绩论英雄”的教育模式从根本上否定了人的本性，应试教育使得这些成绩不理想的学生常常不被人重视甚至被人歧视。如此案例的詹某、李某两位同学成绩都不尽人意、厌学、不求上进，所以他们上课不听讲、不做作业，甚至打架、寻衅滋事，违纪现象时有发生。

4、从社会和谐程度来看校园暴力事件发生的原因。

一些社会歪风邪气充斥着校园，暴力、色情文化催生了校园暴力。当前一些中小学周边环境依然十分恶劣，一些网吧、游戏厅、歌舞厅等不宜未成年人进入

的场所，无视有关规定向未成年人开放，严重损害了教学和谐环境。虽然我国有关青少年问题的法律禁止孩子接触暴力、色情文化，但实际上没有可操作的限制性规定。在影视文学作品、音像制品、小报小刊、电子游戏中，青少年可以很方便地接触到暴力、色情场面。

三、预防与措施：

首先，面对具有暴力行为的青少年，除了教育、批评、惩罚外，更应该仔细调查他们为何会产生暴力行为的原因。识别暴力的产生的因素，如是否有学习困难，是否有家庭暴力等，然后有针对性的处理和改善有暴力倾向的青少年的外在不利环境及内在的“暴力能解决问题”的错误认知，从而彻底改变其不良的行为模式。

其次，如果学校一味地强调文化课成绩，而不注重提高学生的法律意识，即便有教育成果也是残缺的。法制教育应和文化学科建设联系起来，应在中小学开设法制教育课程，定期安排学生参与法制教育活动，聘请法制老师以具体的校园暴力案件说法，将其贯穿到教学当中，而不应单纯地以文化课的成绩作为对孩子的唯一评价标准。

第三，在许多中小学校还没有专职的心理辅导教师，国家应考虑在中小学开设心理辅导课程并配备专职的心理辅导教师。各级各类学校包括中小学，都应该尽快建立一套完善的心理和道德干预机制，预防因为心理疾病引发的过激事件发生。

第四，必须强化父母对孩子的监管责任。我国法律明确规定，未成年人的父母或其监护人对未成年人的教育负有直接责任，对未成年人不得放任不管。这就是说，父母对孩子的监护、教育责任是法定的，对孩子的健康成长具有无可替代的作用。因此，对不尽监管责任的父母应予追究法律责任。

第五，家庭、学校、社会共同合作，为处于动荡不安的青春期中的青少年提供一个更平等，更关爱，更人性化的成长空间。预防校园暴力，必须尽快遏止通

过网吧传播的暴力、色情文化对学生的影响，整顿和规范文化市场，为青少年成长创造良好的社会环境。

四、延伸与思考：

校园暴力是由个体或群体实施的一种侵犯性行为，是一种基于恶意或是故意的有目的行为，目的是让受害者产生心理上的恐惧、痛苦或身体受到伤害的行为。所以在对学生进行安全教育的过程中，要教会学生如何应对校园暴力的挑衅行为。

就上述案例，从处理的结果上我们得出结论是：当我们的学生面对同伴恶意挑衅性的行为，比较有效的应对措施是告诉老师或者家长，让他们来充当“中间人”，化解学生之间的矛盾;而起反作用的应对措施往往是予以反击或者消极承受伤害。这说明教师在处理校园暴力问题上是有其独特的作用的。因此，学校领导和教师应该义不容辞的肩负起抵抗校园暴力的重任，在教师个人和学校组织力量有限时，我们甚至可以借助于司法机关、公安等部门的配合对严重的暴力伤害事故做出有效的处理。

【案例44】一起典型的校园暴力事件

2、增强同犯罪分子作斗争的勇气。为什么侵害校园犯罪屡禁不绝，一个重要的原因是同学们没有团结起来，缺少同犯罪分子作斗争的勇气。面对犯罪分子的暴力威胁，竟然会束手无策，让他们得逞，原因是他们被犯罪分子的暴力所屈服。

3、掌握防卫方法。一是要看好自家门，宿舍门要随时关好，钱财要妥善保管;二是外出要请假，夜行要结伴，让同学老师知道你去哪里，或者遇到问题有个照应，防止犯罪分子袭击;二是同学们应该学习《未成年人保护法》，明确青少年在哪些方面应受到保护。在受人欺侮，遇到危险或可能发生危险时，要主动、及时地与老师、家长、公安人员取得联系，积极争取学校、社会和家庭的保护和帮助。发生事情后要学会用法律保护自己，要大胆揭发坏人坏事，不要姑息养奸。
