April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering . hope and courage. On Spring Festival, my parents usually take me back to my

cities, but we usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the

gathering, we share our lives with others and care about each other. Of course,

big meals are necessary. Families prepare for the big meals together. They all

cook their specialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often

stay at home for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the

Spring Festival, because I like family gathering.

really about.

most will answer in a way that suggests that relaxing is something you plan to

do lateryou do it on vacation, in a hammock, when you retire, or when you get

everything else done. This implies, of course, that most other times should be

spent nervous, agitated, rushed, and frenzied. Very few actually come out and

say so, but this is the obvious implication.Could this explain why so many of us

operate as if life were one great big emergency?

It is useful to think of relaxation as a quality of heart that you can
