我很久以前就很想去北京，但不是没机会就是不想去，今天19日，我终于到了我国的首都！

今天早晨到了北京，在北京的一个亲戚王爷爷，帮忙安排好住处，就准备开车带我们去爬梦寐以求的长城。

我们也不例外，让人带着我们，大热天的跑了半上午，终于到了长城。

刚踏上古人长年累月垒积而成的石砖，就见两座炮台，炮台上有一尊大炮，左右各两架小炮，呈流线型，涂满黑油漆。想想而知，当初炮手曾在这里打过仗，现在我可以亲手摸到炮，是多么自豪的事啊！

我们走过炮台，向长城挺进。

本来，长城路还是比较平稳的，我们走走停停，照照相，休息一会儿；然后，就隔三差五地出现台阶，我们都有些喘气了，走几步就要停下；后来，路就越来越陡，即将要呈45°角了，许多人都拥在路旁，不是休息，也是气喘吁吁地扒着栏杆硬爬。
