我们走过炮台，向长城挺进。

It is my great pleasure to share my dream with you today.

My dream is to become a senior English teacher. Teaching is a great job, teachers like the gardeners of motherland, nurturing the flowers of the motherland. I also want to be this kind of gardener, with my own sweat, have harvest fruits in return. Teachers are not rich, but I think it is happy to talk with children. And I think I will be a very good teacher. I will make my students do less homework on Sunday. I will be nice to my students. Playing with the children is happy to me. Since I was small, I have heard about the Great Wall, it is very long, a lot of people come to Beijingto watch it. In China, there is an old saying“One who fails to reach the Great Wall is not a hero”. As it is so famous, I want to the site when I have a chance. I see many pictures about the Great Wall on the books, I also watch it through TV.

Every time I see it, I feel so eager to reach there. My father traveled there once, he took many pictures, this is the first time I feel so close to the site. I must work hard, so I can have money to go to there.

What Am I Going to Do in the Summer Holiday

The new summer holiday is coming. As we know, summer is a beautiful season. During the coming summer holiday, I am going to study English. Then I am going to borrow some science books from

the library and discuss problems with my classmates, I’ll help my parents do some housework in my house, and I’ll water the flowers and trees our garden. I am going to play basketball, volleyball and

badminton with my neighbours in the afternoon. At the same time, if my father has time, he’ll teach me to swim. I’ll have fun.
