时间总是过得如此之快，转眼间，我已经是一名初三的学生了。还记得前一段时间学校举办了一年一度的校运会，为了让自己的初中生活可以画上完美的句号，我积极参加了那次的比赛。

运动会的那天下午，天空中飘着细细的雨丝，天地间迷蒙一片。可是，操场上同学们兴致仍然高涨。我先前的轻松已被紧张和焦虑代替了，因为我将参加400米和50*20的比赛。这是我第一次参加400米比赛。我来到比赛场地，开始做一些准备运动。同学们在一旁为我加油鼓励，我更加紧张了，生怕辜负同学们的期望。

“啪”的一声枪响，我使出浑身力气地跑了出去，途中有两次差点因失去平衡而摔倒。当我踉踉跄跄跑到终点的时候，只能无奈接受第四名的残酷现实。跑完这400米，我的双腿像灌了铅一样，非常沉重，我不停地走动着，试图以此除去酸痛，为后面紧接的接力赛作准备。

本想趁初一、初二比赛时休息一下，为后面的接力赛蓄力。突然，学校的高音喇叭就在此时宣布让我们初三先准备，原本已经舒了一口气的我再度紧张起来。此时，我隐隐地感觉到身上有些冷，并且肚子有些疼痛，内心十分难受，想放弃又不甘心。这时，李昇哲过来了，他似乎看到我脸色有些不对劲，并问我：“方仕青，你怎么啦？”“我好像感到有些冷。”我有气无力地回答。李昇泽快就从同学那借了一件外衣让我穿上，并向我问道：“怎么了？还能坚持吗？要不要先休息一下。”我摇了摇头，咬了咬牙说：“应该可以跑。”其实我身体非常难受，可是我心里想：这是我在初中的最后一次校运会，无论如何，我都要画上一个句号。

在50米的奔跑中，尽管我疼痛难忍，但我暗暗地为自己打气：一定要坚持啊，马上就是到了，要小心啊，千万不能掉棒啊!尽管我拼足了力气跑完了我那50米，然而，我们班最终还是没能获奖，我的内心顿时暗了下来，非常压抑。我黯然失色地步出跑道，低着头向操场边走去。这时，操场边的很多同学都在击掌，一个劲地安慰我，鼓励我。

最近总是觉得很难过，总感觉周围的人，都比自己优秀。有自己的梦想，有毅力，有努力的方向，并且，坚持着。但是自己，却是那么的普通，渺小，不起眼。在人多的地方，尤其是一个人的时候，总感觉周围的人，都有自己的事情要忙，唯有我一个人，迷茫的要命，连想要的东西都找不到。常常会觉得，如果自己是别人就好了，我不想做这样没用的自己。

不过，有这样想法的我，一下子就清醒了。因为自己不好，就想要成为别人。可是有多少人，在世界中迷失了自己，又想要找回真正的自己呢。我又怎么能放弃自己呢。

和任何人的人生比较，都是没有什么可比性的。很多时候，我们知道的道理，从来没有明白过。在和别人比较的时候，我们会受到影响。当我们和优秀的人比较，也许会自卑，和一些看似不如自己的人比较，会让我们有莫名的优越感。真正的自信，不需要和别人比较才会有。而比我们优秀的人，大有人在，我们不需要和每一个人比。比较只是在浪费时间，我们为自己而活，只要我们脚踏实地的走，无愧于心，走的慢一点，也没有人能说什么。你只有活出了自己的样子，才会比较快乐。

人与人之间的关系，可以有多种，在自己的人生道路上，也许我们能够影响到别人，但是同样，别人也有可能在不知不觉当中，影响着我们。但是，这样的关系，并不代表我们要活成一个样子。大多数人的生活，看似没有什么不同，但是对于每个人来说，他只能体味到自己的生活，所以，生活对于每个人来说，都是珍贵的。我们被别人影响着，也影响着别人，但是也同样都在过着自己的人生而已。有再亲密的别人，有再羡慕的别人，很正常，但是，那都不是我们自己，所以，不要去随便下定义，评论自己的一生，是个什么样子。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

“离考试结束还有15分钟……”化学考试时老师的提醒似乎来得太仓促，我的笔突然停止在密密麻麻的化学方程式上，那一刻，我慌得不知所措。猛地抬起头，望着窗外的蓝天，想起军训时光，想起老班老在耳边唠叨的真理，开始怀疑自己是不是在做梦？

我无法忘记那些一起玩乐的同学，无法忘记我们在一起的那些欢声笑语。阿标，我最好的朋友，记得我们同桌的那些日子，我们一起玩，一起笑，一起发着牢骚。我觉得那一段日子是最开心的了，每当我上课不认真，你就会怪声怪气的提醒我：“同学，你在干什么。”还有，取完成绩那天下午，我和你还有世豪，一起去喝糖水，一听到我请客，你马上就说：“老板，再来3碗牛腩面。”这不是存心想让我破产嘛！可最后，还不是你付的钱。若说我俩的乐趣，恐怕一日一夜都说不完呢。除了炯标，还有那几个总形影不离的朋友，我不知道我们怎么就这么无声无息地面临离别了。那年夏天，我们奔跑着过了7月，过了9月，过了12个季节，最后奔跑着分开。今年夏天，我们依然相信，不管天南地北，情谊永不忘。

再就是老师。从古至今，人们对老师其实有着很高的赞誉。我对我的老师还是满怀着感激之情。虽然现在毕业，但以前和老师们一起笑过，哭过的那些日子却好似近在眼前，是那样的清晰。因为老师们总是向学生索取的少，而付出的多。三年之后的今天，我坐在窗前，回望我踏下的成长的脚印，无不充满了自信和阳光。这一刻，我心中空空如焉，除了"感激"二字。真的，我从心底里感谢教过我的老师。也许，岁月能模糊我脑海中他们的影像，而他们的崇高身影在我的脑海里永远不会磨灭。

Golden week means long vacation. I’m in favor of the existing of golden week. Every year, I’m looking forward to its coming. During the golden week, I can have a good rest at home or go for a travel if my parents would like to. It is very wonderful. A semester is very long, and I often feel tired after a semester. Thus, if I can have a little long vacation during the long time study would be great. After I have a good rest, I can study effectively. Having a good rest, everyone would be full of energy.
