很多老师认为初三毕业班很难管理，别说要管出新的特色，要管得像普通班一样都不可能。而实际上对毕业班的管理只要善于做好学生工作——尤其是后进生和问题学生的思想工作,就会变“不可能”为“可能”。管理毕业班关键要做好以下几点：

一、了解学生心理需要，让学生都能有表达的空间和机会。

由于初三学生心理的特点介于成人和半成人之间，还有很大的可塑性，所以有专家把学生的这个年龄称为“多事之秋”，足见初三阶段学生管理的难度。不过很多事实告诉我们，大多数学生出现违纪及其它不良的行为习惯，是因为学生心里的“表现意识”作祟。对于后进生，很多老师平时重视得少，他们就会以为老师对他们失去信心和希望，就会认为老师偏心、不公平，因而存有较强的逆反心理，出现了“表现过度”的情况。并且，这部分的学生容易形成“小团体”，厌学、弃学的念头也容易滋生;在班级中往往出现性情暴躁、心理不平衡、情绪化、嫉妒、怨恨等不良的心理倾向。从而给老师的教学和学生的学习活动带来一定的负面影响。教师面对这种情况要用正常的心态面对，不要操之过急。

Li Ming works hard at English. When she came to the school, she had quite a lot of difficulties with the language. But she was not afraid of them and always tried hard to overcome them. She was active in class and did a lot of practice after class. No pains, no gains. With great efforts she made much progress in English study.
