教师的工作需要竞争，更需要合作。竞争促进了教育发展的繁荣，为教育增添了活力。但教师又要乐于合作，善于合作。学生的成长和学生素质的全面发展，决不是一个教师的劳动成果。教师只有善于处理好教师于教师之间，教师与家长及社会积极力量的关系，才能减少教育过程中的内耗，从而形成取向一致的教育力量。教师的劳动才有可能限度地提高教育效率，因此，教师的团结协作精神也是当代师德不可或缺的重要内涵之一。

“一年树木，百年树人。”教育工作是辛苦的，教师每天都进行着大量的平凡琐碎的工作，日复一日，年复一年，备课、上课、批改作业，管理班级。但是，我们应该立足现今，着眼未来，以苦为乐，甘于寂寞，勤勤恳恳。教师是“辛勤的园丁，”教师是“燃烧的蜡烛”。教师的工作就是奉献，让我们牢记学无止境，为人师表，让我们用行动去播撒爱，让我们用爱去培育心灵，让我们站的新的历史高度，在教育、教学的工作实践中，用高标准的师德观念，规范自身的行为，提高自身的素质。

Before I went to middle school, I lived with my grandparents. At that time,

I stayed in the country, which was the most beautiful place for me. Early in the

morning, I walked along the country road, appreciating the fresh air. We raised

a little dog. He was my best friend, and he accompanied me all the time. No

matter what I did and where I went, the little dog was with me and I loved him

so much. Sometimes I would pick up the fruit in the garden, sometimes I would

catch the fish in the clear river. It was such a happy childhood for me that I

will never forget.
