小学生要天真、活泼，而中学生要阳光、向上。初中老师不要你的天真，那是没有思想，叫无知，也不要你过分的活泼，那是没有规矩，叫无纪律。我们要学生入室即静，入座即学，因为学习是一个修行的过程，任何一个人的成功，都要学会忍受孤独和寂寞。

小学试卷就是100分，而初中语、数、外三科都是150分，考试分A，B卷，它体现了考试的两大基本功能，A卷——考查功能，它考查学生学的怎么样，老师教的怎么样，有许多人认为A卷叫基础，这种认识是错误的，A卷考查学生基础知识掌握的精不精。B卷——选拔功能，为更高一级的学校选拔学生而服务的。比如数学这门学科，成外的高中要选拔有良好数学功底的学生，为高中学习而准备。

就以这次数学调研考试为例，这一个月以来，我们就学习了《有理数及其运算》，这一章主要讲有理数的加、减、乘、除、乘方计算，它不存在您的孩子听不听得懂的问题，那么为什么学生之间分数差异大呢?初中计算并不难，就是先确定符号，再进行绝对值的计算，因为当简单的事情重复做一百次，一千次，一万次，都不出错时，那就是优秀了，而他出错就一定是没有良好的习惯了，而许多学生和家长都会简单的认为是孩子粗心了、晃了，其实不是，是他的坏习惯导致的，老师通过试卷看见的是习惯，而家长通过卷子看见的却是分数。

其次，进入初中，就意味着你的孩子进入了青春期，面临着人生的重要过度期：

青春逆反期。青春期的孩子有一些逆反是正常的。但问题是为什么你的孩子很逆反，而有别人的孩子又不那么逆反呢?如果你的孩子在你面前很逆反，说明你在孩子心中的威信降低，地位打折，是他认为家长的方法单一，观念沉旧，看见你身上太多的不足了，你的孩子从幼儿园，到小学，今天又来到了中学，他不断地更新升级，而你却从没有提速换代，他逆反很正常。

有些孩子进入初中后可能发生“早恋”现象，有的却能平稳过渡，有的闹的轰轰烈烈，甚至有的为此而跳楼呢，为什么孩子之间对“早恋”问题的处理方法差异如此之大呢?其实这些问题老师是不能完全解决的，因为他属于家源性问题，老师只能帮助协调。我们有许多初中生的家长都在观察和了解孩子是否存在“早恋”现象啦，一旦发现就不留余力地进行“围追堵截”，又遇到青春期的逆反，结果就是你的孩子在挑战教育的高度，家长面对的是教育的困惑，增加了学校的教育难度，所以这是最不可取的方法。要解决这个问题，我个人认为家长应该思考在家庭教育的过程中有没有潜移默化地渗透给孩子正确的婚恋观，这不是老师能教的，因为每个家庭面对的情况是不同的，而是主要靠家长在日常生活中去引导，老师只能配合协助解决的。譬如，当孩子看电影后某些问题你可以立即与他(她)探讨，当孩子看了小说时你也可以与他分享，当邻家孩子的故事上演时你也可以了解他的观点等等，以引导孩子形成正确的婚恋观。

做一名初中生的家长，首先树立与孩子共同成长的思想，孩子刚进入成外，要适应成外的生活、学习和管理，其实家长也要学会如何当初中生的父母了，已经不能像小学生父母那样事无巨细地关怀他，他会非常反感的。有许多孩子刚来，一天给父母打几个电话，慢慢地一周打几个，再过一段时间你会经常找不到他，而需要通过老师去找他了，这是孩子成长的必然经历。而有些家长孩子进入成外后，要么关注孩子坐第几排啦，同学又说了他什么啦，老师今天批评他的语言重不重啦，总在担心他在学校想家没有，哭没哭等等琐事，听说他哭心就很心痛，我告诉你，孩子哭很正常，他的人生学会的第一件事就是哭，你心痛忍着，没有忍住就是你还不适应。我记得我儿子在上初一时有一次他们的体育锻炼课因为种种原因被改成了数学课，班级中就有同学不满意，于是在班级的门上贴了一张“强烈抗议”的纸条，班主任发现了这张纸条，就根据字体找了几个同学进行调查，其中也包括我儿子，他从班主任的办公室出来，就哭哭啼啼地来找我，因为他认为我和班主任关系好，希望我出面打个电话说明一下，我告诉儿子，调查是一把双刃剑，如果不是你，它可以还你清白，如果就是你，你就为自己行为买单，为什么害怕调查呢?你还不够坦荡。再说班主任有权处理班级事务，此时我是学生家长，是无权干涉老师的正常工作的。其实这些矛盾都是孩子要学会面对的，不需要家长面对，要引导孩子，成功的人找方法，失败的人才找借口，梦鸽就是一个典型的事例，孩子出现问题要让他勇于面对和担当。否则，总有一天，既使军方很关注，你也很无助。

再次，家长只有配合学校教育，才能形成教育合力。

我认为学校教育是为家庭教育服务和补充的，当我看见你孩子遇事就发脾气时，我知道其实你们的家庭教育模式就是暴躁的方式居多;当我看见你的孩子因为住校而哭闹时，我知道你们的家庭教育模式以溺爱的方式居多;当我看见你的孩子经常返校就丢三落四时，我知道你们的家庭教育模式以包办的方式居多等等。每个家庭在教育自己的孩子时，都可能存在许多不足或缺陷。因此，孩子在学校反映出的许多问题，都存在于家庭教育的影子，需要家长去反思，找出问题，想办法克服，为孩子的成长营造良好的家庭环境。

家长要配合学校教育，而不是参于管理。要做到关注而不越位，帮忙而不添乱，我们现在的家长因为关注孩子的成长，就去关注老师的言谈，日常工作，甚至于发不发成绩，老师排名在第几等等问题，因为家长认为我就这一个孩子，我输不起。对的，是你输不起，而不是你孩子输不起，每一个孩子在成长的过程中都会经历失败，甚至挫折。如果今天一个小小的失败，都没有让他改变，就意味着明天有一个更大的挫折等着他，说明你的孩子需要挫折教育。甚至有个别家长因为排名在后，就去捏弄是非，组织几个家长到校长那去弹劾老师，其实每一次校长都首先要找班主任，所以我希望家长能先与班主任沟通，给我一次机会，就是给孩子一次机会。举一个真实的事例：

在带往届学生时发生这样一件事，有一个周末一个家长给我打电话，话没说几句就哭的很伤心，我知道，一定发生了什么，立即请她来我家，从她的哭诉中我明白了，是上某一学科课时，她的女儿讲话，老师招呼了一次，女儿还是不听，结果这个老师居然让旁边的一个男生打了她女儿一个耳光。周末回家女儿就把这件事告诉了妈妈，她完全无法接受，情绪也很激动，说是要去教育局告学校、告老师。我说既然你都来了，说明你还是信任我的，我帮你分析一下吧，假如你去告他，我完全能理解，因为这正是教育部和学校严查的一类违法事件，这个老师很可能下岗，然后换一个新老师。你可能以为这件事处理完了，其实不然，因为任何一个撇老师也有优生，任何一个优秀的老师也有差生，所以无论是什么样的老师，都有学生喜欢，也有学生不喜欢，那么班上喜欢这个老师的学生会怎么与你女儿相处呢?许多年以后，同学们聚会时，说起你女儿时，他们记忆最深刻的是什么?换个角度，这个老师还年轻、没有孩子，也许他还不是非常懂学生及学生父母的心，自己也可能还是父母身边一个任性的大男孩呢，如果他失去了这份工作，我相信对他一生的影响也是很大的，所以如果你相信我，就给我一周的时间，假如一周后你不满意，我陪你去找校长。在送走家长后，立即与老师联系，制定了一系列关于这个孩子的教学措施及情感补救方法，一周后的女孩的小测排名第八，她妈妈没有给我打电话，半期考试班级排名第四，家长还是没给我打电话，初三毕业一等奖学金直升我校高中。而这个老师也成长为我们学校一名成熟而优秀的老师。其实这样的事例年年都有发生，每个人站的角度不同，处理问题的方法就不一样，结果也不同，我真的希望家长们能明白：给老师一次机会，就是给孩子们一次机会，毕竟大家的愿望是一致的。

这些年总有个别家长因为种种原因而非常挑剔老师，现在的老师真的不好当呀，一个不小心就又被几个家长联合起来去校长那里弹劾了。我的孩子是高一时才转到成外的，第一个月月考，孩子数学150分的题考了23分，周末回家后，我们问他适应新学校吗?他就只说数学老师说话他听不懂，因为要说方言，我爱人立即说国家没有规定高中生的老师还必须说普通话，再说即使有方言也是四川话，有什么听不懂的，将来你离开四川去外地，那么外地人就必须都说四川话你才听得懂吗?你自己要明白到一个新环境只能是你去适应新环境，而不是环境适应你，所以学生必须学会适应老师，而不是老师适应学生，给你一周时间适应数学老师的课。第二天我立即与数学老师沟通，针对孩子数学底子薄制定了一系列的学习规划，一周后孩子的爸爸问他能听懂数学课吗?孩子说可以听懂了，于是我们认认真真督促孩子执行了三年与数学老师共同制定学习规划，高考时孩子的数学考了108分，所以只有当孩子学会适应了老师，他才能听懂老师传授的知识。

当然，假如你们认为自己的能量足够大，你可以选择去告，但凭我的经验，可以明确地告诉你们，在你的坚持不懈的努力下，至少需要一年，你可能弹劾掉老师，但我要告诉你其实学校一旦决定换老师，是对老师最大的保护。可是你知道吗?在这一年中你精力的偏离，内心天平的偏差掩盖了孩子的问题的存在，而你的孩子又干什么呢?他快乐，他自由，他飞翔，他不必尽力，因为今天的这一切他已经找到为他买单的人了，而他初中只有三年，你们用一年时间教会了他什么?他学到了什么?我相信他一定能懂得“有问题，找父母，我有强大的爹和妈，我怕谁!”而新接手的老师明白，要教这个班，先学会自我保护，来吧，剩下的二年会怎样……所以，当你的孩子对你说××老师我不喜欢时，其实他在暗示你我在这门学科上要开始“放水”了，对老师的的要求要“打折”了，你意识了吗?此时，家长应该听完他的理由，毫不犹豫指出他的问题，若需要及时与老师或班主任沟通，我相信老师是能解并帮助协调的。当你的孩子某门学科成绩不理想时，就说明他在这门学科上要多花时间，多下功夫，在你人生的路上总有你不喜欢的人，不喜欢的作业，不喜欢的学科，不喜欢的事，这些都很正常，但假如因为你的不喜欢而放弃，这就不正常了。

最后，学习的目的是什么?

我个人认为学习的目的是为了“改变”，改变你的观念，才能提升你的能力，就有机会上更高的平台。所以现代的学生是不能“孤芳自赏”的，首先要学会合作和分享，比如，我的数学课堂上每天都有一名学生轮流讲一道题，这既锻炼了讲题学生的能力，又让听题的同学们分享到不同的思维方法和观点，等到孩子们到初三时，经常都会让我感受到在同学们身上学到了许多新思维、新方法，所以当老师是快乐的，常常是教会了学生的同时也顺便把自己教会了。让孩子在分享中学习，才能在肯定中成长，也才有机会真正体会到学习的乐趣，将来才能懂得改变观念的真谛。

星期天，我在家收识东西时，发现了几张我一年级时写的作业，看着那几个优字，我想起了我们的第一个老师，张芝兰老师。

当我跟着妈妈第一次迈进学校大门时，觉得一切都是那么生疏，妈妈指着一位教师说，这是你的班主任张老师，我向张老师敬了一个礼叫声张老师好。我仔细地看着张老师，她的个不算高，头发花白，眼睛不大，却挺有精神地微笑地看着我。我觉得张老师和蔼可亲，一开始就给我留下了一个深刻的印象。

一个星期后，我们开始学拼音字母了，我看着黑板上画的圈圈杠杠，不知道是什么，等着张老师叫我们认读。老师用教鞭指着黑板上的圈圈杠杠，告诉我们这些怎么读，像什么，于是，我们很快地就记下来了，张老师讲的时候眼睛一会儿睁大了，一会儿又眯起来，那声音一高一低，比说歌谣还好听呢。

后来学单字时，张老师又编了顺口溜，像一点一横两眼一瞪是六啊，两个小人坐在土堆上就是坐啊，真有意思。有时候下课的铃声响了，我都不知道，觉得时间短，一会儿就下课了。

有一天自习课，张老师布置好作业，就戴上老花镜批改作业，我写着写着，和前边同学随便讲几句话，一抬头，张老师正看着我，那慈祥的眼光里含着批评的神色，我不好意思地低下了头。

下课后，老师把我叫道一边温和地说，你上课是不是说话来着，我小声说是，老师拍拍我的肩膀说，承认了就好，以后就要改，你不是要参加少先队吗，那么上课怎么能顺便说话呢，我低下头，难过地留下了眼泪。张老师掏出手绢，一边给我擦泪一边说你要记住，不遵守纪律的孩子，是不能成为少先队员的，以后要遵守课堂纪律啊。从此以后，上课铃一响，我就不顺便说话了。在张老师的教育下，我很快就加入了少先队，在思想和学习上也一年一年有了进步。

四年过去了，我升入了五年级。张老师又去做小弟弟，小妹妹的启蒙老师了。她用心血把一个不懂事的孩子，教育成能看书，能读报，初步能懂得道理的学生。她就向那辛勤的园丁，给一颗颗嫩绿的小苗苗整枝，剪叶，浇水，施肥，使我们成为茁壮的小树苗。

The teacher who taught me when I was in the primary school is the teacher that I admire most . He was very friendly and kind-hearted person. No matter what trouble you were in he would always give you his hand. He was very patient with his students. I remember one thing very clearly. Once I made a big mistake. I thought he would be very angry with me. But to my surprise, he gave me a gentle persuasion and encouraged me with his smile. 英语詹老师是我非常尊敬的老师，她像妈妈一样严格要求我们，疼爱我们。

詹老师留着一头长发，她心地善良，和蔼可亲。有一次，我写的作业歪歪扭扭，非常难看。詹老师把我留下来，让我重新写。直到我把字写得公正规范，王老师才让我回家。我当时还很不高兴，心想：不就是几个字嘛，写好写坏不都是一样的吗?干嘛这样一遍又一遍的写呢，硬是把字写规范了，真是浪费时间!回到家中，我把挨留的事情告诉了妈妈，妈妈对我说：“字是门面，从字就可以看出一个人的性格。詹老师严格要求是对你负责，你写一手好字的是自己，谁也盗不走。”听了妈妈的这一番话，我明白了詹老师的良苦用心，使我更加钦佩她了。从那以后我就像个一年级的小学生，天天坚持练字，无论些什么作业都把子给写工整，写规范。

过了一段时间。我的字比以前更漂亮了，规范了，还多次受到老师的表扬。这都是詹老师严格要求的好处啊!
