您好!

还记得前几天上英语课的时候，您从第一组开始点我们回答问题。

您是从第一个开始依次点起，我找出了规则。因为你的问题是要我们一人翻译一个句子。于是我兴高采烈的找起了按道理应该是我翻译的那一句。不一会二我找到了我要翻译的那一句。于是我就开是试着翻译这一句，我知到按道理我应该是翻译这一句，所以我也就没顾得上看其它的句子。终于要轮到我回答了，我刚准备站起来，却突然听到您喊的不是我的名字。我的心情犹如股票从涨到跌，这是何等的悲伤，因为全组的人都按规则点完了，唯独我一个人没点，我当时心想难到老师真的对我的英语不抱一丝希望了，我的心……我趴在了座位上。

老师我想对您说几句心里话，老师我知道您之所以最后点我，是因为你怕我不会翻译那一句长的，您认为我不会翻译那句，那么我也许真的是不回翻译了。因为老师是学生一大部份原动力的源泉。还有您不应该破坏规则，也许您是好心，但是任何事物既然有它的规则，就不要去破坏它的规则。就像我读过的一篇文章中写的那样，文章里的主人公有一个蝴蝶茧，一天，小主人公看见蝴蝶即将破茧而出，看见蝴蝶捅破了一个孔，看见蝴蝶这样费劲，就把茧剪破了，果然蝴蝶很轻松的飞出来了。小主人公那知到这是害死了蝴蝶，它刚出来不久，折腾了2下，就死了。老师这些都不重要，重要的是您当着全班同学打我，我的……我说这些，老师请您不要生气。

英语老师

“我是说一不二的！”记得刚进初中的那个班，她说的这句话就让我牢牢地记住了她，心想：这么一个恐怖的老师，我怎么办啊。但是慢慢地，我觉得她特别可爱，特别是笑起来的时候，我都有冲动做她的干儿子。作为班主任，她很严厉，但每个同学都很喜欢她，还亲切地叫她“老张”。为什么呢？因为很多时候，同学们闯了祸违了校规，她都不怎么批评，反而是安慰。记得05年教师节班会上有个同学问她：“有人说女人生气的时候最漂亮，那您认为您什么时候最漂亮。”她避而不答，而我们都知道她什么时候都漂亮……

语文老师

做事井井有条，遇事不慌乱，能用最简单的语言说服每一个同学。这是我对她的评价。还记得我们班刚刚把月考的语文考砸，做好了挨一顿批的准备。没想到上课时她只字未提成绩好坏的事情，只是把她下一步的计划告诉我们，希望我们好好完成，争取下次月考进步，而结果是果然进步了。她说的一句话让我十分感动：“我不会放弃任何一个学生。”有这样的老师，心真踏实。

数学老师

他是人们公认的八中第一大帅哥，同学们心中的好好先生。现在看到我们班中考数学这么优秀，家长们都千恩万谢，可在三年前的初一，情况可就不同了。因为他创新的教育模式，我们班的数学方面看起来十分不好，而成绩也一度差得都快垫底了。可他却一点不着急，不论家长们怎样地抱怨，他都坚持了过来，终于，中考的数学我们班赚了个盆满铂满。他那宰相肚里能撑船的风度和果断自信的作风确实让我很钦佩。

物理老师

他被我们评为“最敬业的老师”。为什么？因为他可以说是所有老师中复习工作最彻底的，就连中考前一天都还发了几张复习资料，而他发的资料都是他自己撰写的。自有物理课以来，我们班的物理一直都不是很景气，但他从未放弃，同学们有问必答，不管是怎样低级的问题，他都能很耐心的解答，使同学们收获颇丰。另外，他在上课的时候，身上沾的粉笔灰是最多的，在有些重要时刻，他会不顾一切地用各种方式演示给同学们看。我们真的很喜欢他。

化学老师

我们说她简直像个孩子，说起话来很有童趣，就像台下是一堆大班的小孩。化学试验虽然有趣，但它的基本知识却十分枯燥，要背很多拗口的东西。不过这难不倒我们智慧的化学老师，她把它们都变成绰号安到同学们的头上，上课点人回答问题就直接叫化学用语，慢慢地我们就不知不觉掌握了。她可真聪明。

政治老师

如果单看政治书，绝对看不到两行就要睡觉。没上政治课前，以为教政治的都那些说大话、空话、假话、套话、废话的老古董。可当穿着花裙子像小姑娘一样的政治老师出现时，我不禁大吃一惊。而她如讲童话般地上课时，我发誓我第一次觉得政治很有趣。很快，她和我们都打成了一片。同学们见到她时都会毫无顾及地叫一声“小蔡”。她可是我们班的大明星。

六位老师，风格不同，各有千秋。但每一个同学都很喜欢他们，而他们与学生也成了亲密无间的朋友。真是六位“偶像老师”啊。

还是从两年前演讲比赛那件事说起吧。

那时候，我__岁，“老大不小了”，却没有独立自主的能力，面对一次镇性的比赛，我的心跳加速了。这时，语文老师雪中送炭，帮我修改演讲稿，多次当我的听众――那是我在校的听众啊!

“渴吗?歇歇吧，喝杯水，待会儿再来。”老师亲切的话语使我十分意外又感动至极。

接过老师给我的那杯温茶水，我觉得这杯茶水有千斤重，怎么也送不到嘴边。多么善解人意的老师啊，我渴、我累她一眼就看出来了。

那时候正逢冬季，稍微一不注意身体，就会感冒，我就是因为不听话，没多穿衣服而交上了“感冒”这个难以甩掉的朋友!我的喉咙疼，嗓子发哑，“真不想继续练下去，多辛苦啊!”于是，我便跟老师说了我的想法，本以为老师会体谅我，说些类似“好吧，你就休息几天”什么的话，没想到却遭来老师的一顿骂：“什么?绝对不行，不能因为这点小毛病就退缩!我们不是说好要向第一名进攻的?如果不坚持，我们必定是要输的……”尽管她没有打我，但那严厉的目光和话语，却像一根根鞭子，抽打在我的心上。事后，她给了我一盒包装精美而又小巧的“金声亮”润喉糖，我的嗓子渐渐舒服多了。

在比赛那天下午，五、六年级的学生代表、语文老师以及其他老师也一起去看比赛了。我好开心，好高兴!在车上，语文老师亲手帮我戴上红领巾，望着她亲切的目光和慈祥的脸庞，我觉得她真像我的姐姐!尽管我听见有人笑我“连条红领巾都戴不好”，但我听了不以为然，还是尽享我此刻的幸福!

至今，看到桌上“金声亮”的小盒子和墙上贴着的“镇性演讲比赛三等奖”的奖状，我觉得胜负已经不重要了，重要的是蕴含在里面的一片浓浓的爱!

This semester, my class has a new English teacher. She is a young and beautiful lady. We have a great impression on her. However, after several classes later, things have changed. 每一天，他都趾高气扬，不可一世地教导我们一日为师，终身为父，我想也是，但总不能认贼作父吧！所以仍叫他老师。我为有这样位遗客安详的老师而感到猪狗不如。张老师除了安详外，还特别宽从待己，严从待人，他每天担惊受怕地教导我们，便我们初一（2）六畜兴旺，他陈词滥调的说考考考，老师的法宝，每次老师婀娜多姿地走进教室脸上花枝招展，我们就恍然大悟他要公报私仇来考试了。考试其间，老师抓住了一位同学作弊，我们个个节哀顺变，狗且偷生，何况人乎？同时也深深感到考场里要低调，那位同学就是因为脸上的青春痘色彩鲜艳才被老师以貌取人抓到的。考场里若要上厕所嘘嘘，也要格外做贼心虚，小心张老师趁嘘而入，让你在厕所里大吃一斤，这时老师会含笑九泉地看着你

张老师不愧是张老师，比我还阴险！唉！为我默哀吧。

刚上初中一年级，我的英语老师叫左明净。正如他的名字，一个清爽帅气的年轻男老师，皮肤很干净的白，给人的感觉他不应该是一个乡镇学校的老师，而应该是大城市学校的老师；听说他英语教的很好，还带过初三年级（那时我们学校只有初中部），所以轮到这一届教我们初一，别的年级都觉得我们很幸运。

左老师给人的感觉很亲切但又有一定的距离感，这可能跟他的气质有关系吧。他的身体不好。听说做了几次手术，什么病，我一直没弄清楚。可能那时年纪小，还没有把一件事情弄清楚的意识（那个年代的孩子比现在的同龄孩子要稚嫩的多）；只是觉得挺奇怪的，他看起来那么阳光，那么有精神，不像是有病的人。但他又确实有病。

初一的英语很简单，刚开始就是ABC等26个英语字母和一些简单的单词。现在说简单，但对于那时一个农村的孩子，从小到大从没听过一句英语的我来讲，可以说是在听天书，而且是每节课听得耳朵疼，为什么呢?因为必须注意听，才能听清楚老师的发音。太过紧张、太过用心，所以往往一节课下来，脑壳疼耳朵也疼。就这样，我还必须把老师的每个字母和单词的发音要写出汉语的相近音注明在旁边，再依葫芦画瓢的背熟，这样才能勉强跟上老师的进度。虽说那英语单词发音不是很标准，但至少在班上不会太落后。虽然左老师上课并不严肃，但我每次上英语课却紧张的很。

很快，就要英语单元小测验了，也就是写出26个英语字母和部分单词以及一些简单的句型。但是我还是紧张的要命，几个字母和单词翻过来颠过去的背，因为不知道老师要出什么样的题。我又不是那种很机灵很聪明的学生；真的到时候在班上得个倒数，那就太丢人了。

考试考完了，背上也紧张的汗湿了；自己虽说没找出什么错误，但还是很害怕考试结果。结果还是出来了，当老师念完成绩后，半天我还是云里雾里的，不知是真是假！因为我得了一百分，而且班上有六个一百分！过了一会儿等我清醒过来后，一想：唉！自己太过紧张太过当回事了，这不，有啥嘛，那么多人得了一百分，也没看到别的同学怎么样。于是我人生中的第一次英语考试就这样结束了。

左老师从这次考试后，对我这个学生似乎引起注意了；经常上课先提问我，还经常得到他的表扬和指点。有时我也奇怪班上那么多同学得了一百分老师也没怎么表扬他们呀，而我得了个一百分对于他来讲好像很不得了似的，有时我都觉得不好意思；因为我自己都觉得我并不是个很聪明而且英语也不是最好的学生。当然老师的鼓励也使我对英语更有了兴趣。

很快第一学期过去一半了，学校要召开一次总结大会，其中还有一项就是学校要选举部分学生代表上台发言讲讲学习心得。而我却被我的英语老师推荐上去了！当得知这一消息时，我吃惊得并害怕得求老师不要让我去。因为我真的觉得我没什么资格轮到我在全校师生面前发言，再者我又是一个胆子很小性格又很内向的女孩子，别说在全校大会上发言，就是在陌生人面前都不敢说话的人，叫我如何做这样的事。我求了左老师几次，老师却一如既往的鼓励我，丝毫没有要换我的意识。看来这次真的是要赶鸭子上架了。当然当我站在广场发言台上时，我的大脑一片空白，手中的发言稿颤抖着，我的声音如蚊子般哼哼了几分钟后，念完讲稿快速的跑下讲台，坐在位子上想：这回丢人丢大了，也给左老师丢面子了，心里委屈的想哭。然而我的老师依然没有因为我这次表现不佳而减少了对我学习上的鼓励。

就这样一学期也很快就过去了，我呢，也就在那年的春节随着我的父母举家迁往另一个省的另一个城市。因为小不懂事，因为没来得及，因为因为、、等等、等等我没有向我的同学和我的英语老师告一声别······

两个月后我收到一封来自家乡的信，那是我的一个很好的同班同学的信，信中告诉我离别后的一些事，还特别的告诉我：新学期开学的第一天，左老师没看到我去报名，就问她我怎么没去。当我的同学告诉他我走了，到另外一座城市去了时，左老师先是楞了一下，接着感到很失望的样子站了半天······

每想到此，我都有点遗憾，是啊！都没来得及和老师说声再见，真的该去和老师说句再见！

时间过得真快啊！十几二十几年就这样过去了，自从离开家乡后就再也没回去过了。家乡的人和事以及少年的记忆都已渐渐模糊了，而老师那亲切的笑容和那阳光的身影却永远的定格在我的记忆里，不知道现在老师还好吗？身体健康吗？

此生是否有缘再见呢？

Miss Zhang is my maths teacher. She is about twenty-two, and she has taught maths for only half a year. She is not very tall, but pretty. She is a careful teacher, and she is very strict with us. Today is September 10th. Teachers’ Day. A teacher was invited to our school to give us a talk. He had taught for fifty years, and had won the gold medals by the Department of Education. Today many students he had taught before come back to him, and some others from all over the country visit wrote him letters to express their love and thanks.

our class is a bad class in our school. but when mr. johnson came,everything changed. he looks kind and special. before he came, we thought classes were boring. and no one listened to the teachers carefully. but mr. johnson has made us the best class only half a year later. he is fond of talking with us equally and never forces us to study. he develops our interests in studying. besides, he tells us how to be a man first, then to be a good student. he respects our feelings, so we all trust him and feel glad to follow what he says.

during these days in your class, i have learned much from you and it is very helpful to me. firstly, you let me know what is the west thinking pattern—straight thinking pattern. and, i think, it is very important to understand the west’s thoughts. as you know, this can help me with my examination and interaction with foreigners. secondly, i have got enough confidence in speaking in english from your class and it took me a long time to gain this confidence. now, i always express my ideas in english as possible as i can. it’s great to do that. the last not the least, i find that learning english is not an boring thing as before and i’m interested in studying english which was just a necessary task to pass examinations. reading, listening or speaking all become interesting and i really enjoy it.

新学期开始了，我们班换了个新的英语老师——曹老师。

我第一眼看到她就觉得她比以前的英语老师年轻漂亮得多。她的眉毛又细又长，眼睛又大又亮，非常有神。她的头发非常奇怪，前面留了刘海，靠耳朵的头发修剪得尖尖的，后面的头发有尖也有平，这种发型我还真没见过！不过我最关心的不是她的样子，而是她教得好不好。

等到开学的第一天，我终于能听到曹老师讲课了。我觉得她的普通话讲得不是很标准，不过她每一个英语词句的发音读得一清二楚，每个英语词句的意思解释得明明白白。

曹老师要是在上课时发现有同学违反了纪律或是习惯不好的现象，她就会讲道理，从来不打人，这一点她做得很好。

现在曹老师己成为我心目中语、数、英三科老师中最好的一个了，我希望能变得更好。曹老师真是个既漂亮又能干的好老师，不得看得舒服，学得也愉快。不过我只担心好老师会走哦。

A number of people will exert aprofound influence on children’ character-training, mental growth and future life. Parents, of course, are our first and foremost teachers. On balance, however, the irreplaceable role of teachers should not be ignored.

To my certain knowledge, instructors play an increasingly critical role in children’ academic study and impose a far more significant impact on social development compared with parents. First of all, students need teachers who would teach them logic, mathematics, literature, foreign language etc.. More importantly, as for them, because the majority of time is spent in the campus, teachers will impose a subtle impact on their cultivation of study habits or learning methods. Mr.Shine, let us say, is such a teacher, who not only imparts knowledge to their students but also helps them to cultivate good study habits. He proficient inprofessional knowledge summarizes the core of knowledge and has deeper insight into the common sense of education, allowing students to benefit a lot.
