从小学到初中都在学英语，教过我的英语老师也有好几个，但只有一个老师让我印象深刻——他就是许英茂老师。

许老师打扮得整齐、干净，挺帅气的。大部分时间都是穿西装，很少见他穿休闲装。

上课时，他要么踮起脚尖，要么双手放在肚子前。千万不要在他面前搞小动作，他的脸异常严肃，这只是轻微的；严重的话，保佑你不会给他罚死。

我们这个班真是不走运，从开学到现在已经换了三个外语老师，以致于全班学生外语成绩直线下降，这可急坏了家长，愁煞了校领导。这不又换了一个，听说是教初二好班的张老师，所以我们对她充满了期待，希望她能点石成金，一改我们“恐外病”。果真是“树的影，人的名”，张老师的第一节课就给了我们吃了一颗定心丸。她一走上讲台，张口就是洋腔洋调，叽哩呱啦地足足讲了十几分钟的外语，我们简直是犹如聆听天书，不知其所以然，朦胧中我还以为来了一个外国人，直到下课以后，等我缓过神来才知道她是一个地地道道的中国人。第一节后，我和我的同学们都暗自庆幸，从此以后我们总算有了扬眉吐气之日。

My high school headteacher teaches my English. He is handsome.  And he is very thin for hardwork. He is about forty years old. He looks serious. But in fact, he is kind, nice and warmhearted.

我的高中班主任教我们英语。他很帅气。因为工作辛苦，所以他很瘦。大概40岁左右。他看起来很严肃，但实际上他是很友好、善良、热心肠的

On the one hand, he is serious on study. Whoever doesn’t finish the homework or cheat in the exam, he will punish him or her badly. Sometimes he will let those students do doble homework or have  another exam. Sometimes he will ask those students write reports on that behavior. But when teaching us in class, he is so patient. It’s the same when asking him questions. On the other hand, he will play with us after class. Meanwhile, if anyone has any difficuty in study or daily life, he will give a hand without hesitation.

All in all, we love our headteacher, though sometimes he is serious. We like his responsibility. We also appreciate his spirit to work for students heart and soul.

总之，虽然有时候他很严肃，但是我们爱我们的班主任。我们喜欢他的责任心。我们也欣赏他为了学生全心全意工作的精神。

当同学们问起我：“这句英语怎么读，这个单词是什么意思？”等等关于一些英语方面的问题时，我总会自豪地告诉他们答案，也总会想起我的英语启蒙老师。

以前我对英语是一窍不通，刚一接触英语时就对这一项语言充满了害怕和恐惧感，我立下誓言：以后再也不学英语了。

直到有一天，一位年轻漂亮的女老师的出现，改变了我对英语的看法，她就是我的英语启蒙老师——严忠婷。

记得，刚学英语的第一天，我鼓足了勇气和妈妈一起来到了“灵通”学校，妈妈对我说：“这是一个专业的英语老师，这一次一定要好好学英语。”我记住了妈妈的话，和妈妈一起来到了报名处，那位英语老师已经在那儿等我们了。她很漂亮，一头长发，一双炯炯有神的眼睛。他站了起来，微笑着用英语对我说：“hello.”（你好）“what`s your name? ”（你叫什么名字？）我凭借着妈妈平时教我的一些常用语言还能听懂老师的提问。有礼貌的回应到：“l`m li hai rui（我叫李海芮），good morning teacher!”（老师早上好！）老师听了我的回答也很高兴，一同把我带进了教室。

课堂上，由于我不会英语，老师就用中英结合的方法使我们能听懂它。为了是我们对英语产生兴趣，她给我们每人取了一个好听的英文名字，我也有一个特别的英文名“helen”，老师也有一个英文名“judy”，课堂上我们各自都用英文名称呼对方，渐渐地我对英语产生了浓厚的兴趣。老师还为了让我们更快更牢记所学的英语，使用自己制作的特殊卡片，在卡片上画上画，并写上相应的英语单词。我们在课堂上用卡片做游戏，这样我们在学中玩，玩中学，于是我能很快地把单词记住，我们的英语课也总是充满了欢声笑语。

还记得有几次，我生病了没能去上课，老师怕我落下功课，晚上冒着蒙蒙细雨，带着课本来到我家，认真地为我讲解了白天所学的内容。第二天，我走在街上，有的同学问我“你是不是请家教了呀！”我答道“没有，昨晚老师来我家为我补习功课。”同学们都投来羡慕的目光，我感到好幸福。老师有时像一位母亲，时时向我问寒问暖，有时也像是我的知心朋友，我们在一起畅所欲言。

时间过得飞快，我的英语水平也日渐提高，突然有一天，老师带着一位陌生的英语老师来了，我们都感到好奇，课堂上，老师一边上课，一边在为旁边的那位女老师讲课堂流程，我原本以为这位老师是实习的，向我们的英语老师讨讨经验，以后好去别的地方上课，总之轮不上教我们。

说什么不好，也偏偏说上头了，我怎么也没想到，这竟是老师和我们在一起的最后一堂课了。

回到家，老师给我打来电话颤颤巍巍地说“helen”，老师下星期就要转到南溪去了。就由今天我带来的这位老师教你们，你放心，这位老师的教学能力也很好……”老师的话像一个晴天霹雳打在我的头上。我的脑子“嗡”地一下，愣住了，一片茫然。过了半天才反应过来。我心里想着：为什么呀？我和严老师接触才两年，就要分开，这真是为什么呀？我的眼泪像断线的珠子流了出来，我怎么也接受不了事实。

事实就是这样，调侃老师也是学习中必有的事，这也意味着老师的教学能力提高了，也为此感到高兴，想到又有更多像我一样的学生能和严老师交朋友，同时又接触了一位新来的老师，俗话说“一百个老师有一百个老师的教法。”我也渐渐接受了事实。

有些分离是悲伤的，有些分离是幸福的，但又一想起老师往日对我的好，心里又感到酸酸的。

我们赶紧端端正正地坐好，迎接新老师的到来。“来啦!”有人说。我们随即一片掌声，新老师也笑逐颜开地走了进来。据黄老师说，这位老师姓刘，是一位好老师，她教的学生都考上什么六中啊、九中等重点中学，而且都是免费生!我们听了，都很羡慕呗刘老师教的哥哥姐姐们。

刘老师的自我介绍让我们佩服得五体投体。说她是一位很严格的老师，每个学校没有一个不认识她什么的。我心想：“这位老师，一定是个好老师!我一定要更努力学习、加把劲，让刘老师喜欢我!”老师来后，还定了不少班规，仔细一看!我们班还有许多人有这些毛病，包括我。我真感谢刘老师定了这些规定，好让我们改掉这毛病。

刘老师对我们非常好，有些人却身在福中不知福。

刘老师苦口婆心地教我们，有人却在下面窃窃私语;刘老师认认真真地写好词语、好句子，有人却不写，在下面传纸条;刘老师仔仔细细地读，有人却在下面“挖金子”;刘老师不知疲倦，帮我们改好每一本作业，有人知道有题错了，却视而不见。你们知道吗?这是一位非常好又有责任心的老师，如果你们不好好珍惜，那一定会后悔。

虽然刘老师对我们要求很严，但我知道，老师是为我们好。老师为什么这样?是因为她想然我们改掉坏毛病、考上免费生啊!在我认为，刘老师是这年级中最好的老师了。

刘老师把我们当她自己的孩子一样看待，我们为什么不吧刘老师像妈妈一样看待呢?我觉得啊，除了自己的一个好妈妈，第二个最好的妈妈就是老师了。我爱我的妈妈，同样，我也爱我的刘老师!

老师是园丁，我们就是一颗颗含苞欲放的花朵;老师是一棵大树，我们就是大树底下的一株株嫩绿的小草;老师是宽阔的天空，我们，则是躺在天空里的一朵朵白云!!

Mother’s love wins people’s praises for its selflessness. In fact, father’s love is as great as that. They bury their love in the deep bottom of their hearts and will never show it. My father is of this kind. I remembered once I felt ill. Mother wasn’t at home at that moment. Father acted as a father and as a mother as well. When he came home from work, he would cook dinner for me first. The way he fed me made me think of my kind and tender mother. His eyes were full of love and expectation. I did feel a father’s love at that time.
