饭，是我们生活中不可缺少。谈起煮饭，你肯定不屑一顾地说：“哼!这谁都会，这样也算能干?”莫急!莫急!听我慢慢到来。

煮饭，水是最关键的，水怎样才能放得不多不少呢?我有个好办法。

一天下午，妈妈有事出去，叫我把饭煮一下。蛋糕了!我可从来都没煮过?怎么办呢?我们家有4个人，我用盛米的量杯盛了满满3杯米，因为弟弟才6岁，肯定吃不了多少。接下来，放水，这可难了，我小心翼翼将水放到离水面1。5至2。5厘米差不多的位置。开煮!哈!万事具备，只欠东风!我兴高采烈的去看电视。

看得正入迷，门铃响了，一定是爸爸妈妈回来了，我急忙跑到厨房先去看饭怎么样了，恩!还不错!正进入保温状态中。我开了门，妈妈立刻开门见山：“饭怎么样了?”“ok!ok!”我得意洋洋的说。开饭了!爸爸先吃了一口，在嘴里咀嚼，“怎么样?怎么样?”我迫不及待的问。爸爸偏偏跟我唱反调，故意等我不耐烦了，才慢慢吞吞地说：“恩!不错嘛!”妈妈也尝了一口说：“没想到你还可以啊!”“你们现在才发现我这颗埋在土里的金子啊!”

妈妈又让我连续让我煮了几天饭，都可以。我便成了家里名副其实的“淘米专家”。妈妈每次煮饭都要向我禀告一声，问我水怎么样?我边雄赳赳，气昂昂的说：“ok!ok!不多也!”爸爸总在一边嘲笑说：“哟!装得挺象的嘛!”

缺点：马虎的我

世上没有完美的人，每个人都有缺点。可别看我仪表堂堂，我也是个名副其实的“小马虎”哦!

星期天晚上，妈妈出去买东西，叫我记得等水烧开了关掉煤气炉，妈妈再三叮嘱，我也答应了。我在厨房里逛了几圈，觉得没意思，便去看电视。看得正入迷，妈妈不知什么时候凶巴巴的站在我后面，妈妈严厉的问：“开水呢?”这时，我才想起开水!天啊!我来到厨房，煤气显然被妈妈关了。煤气炉周围全是水，壶里水也只剩下一点点了。“你说你!哪点不让我省心，不是我回来得早，家里就着火了!你做事，就不能认真点吗?”妈妈大声斥训着。

做事和学习一样，稍微有点马虎，就会造成很大的损失，所以，我一直在克服这个缺点!!
