Nowadays students’ physical fitness is declining year by year. I think

there are some reasons.

Students have too much homework to do， so they have little time to have

sports. Some students eat too much junk food. That’s also bad for their

health.

Then， how to keep healthy? Here is some useful advice. First， students

should do more exercise. Second， students should eat a balanced diet. They

should eat more vegetables and fruits， and try to eat less junk food. Finally，

enough sleep is also very important.

Nowadays, if we go on the street, we can find that fast food is everywhere,

the reason why the fast food is so popular lies on that it is convenient. People

can finish their meal quickly and spend more time to do work. Fast food indeed

saves people a lot of time, but it is not good for our health, we should not eat

it often.

As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

For some reasons, I never get up before nine oclock on Saturdays.

Sometimes I stay in bed until lunch time. Then Ill do some exercises, read

On Sunday morning, I and ching-ching, clearly three good friends go to

outdoor outing, we passed through the stream, and the woods, we play a fun game:
