Grandpa Li is more than seventy years old， and he doesn’t have any son or

daughter. He wanted to invite some old people to his house for dinner， but no

one can help him. Mingming took his classmates to Grandpa Li’s house when he

knows it. They helped Grandpa Li make the bed， do the dishes， sweep the floor，

take out the trash and so on. Grandpa Li was very thankful. He asked Mingming

and his classmates have supper with them. But they thanked him and then

left.

Thanks for your coming, I fell so happy , I have this chance to stand there

to share my ideas about my hometown with you all.

A culture creats a city, the water and soil bring up the people. At the

foot of Erlang mountain, in the middle of Sichuan province, lies a small town

named Tian Quan. I am proud to say: it is my hometown.

Wherever I go, Tian Quan stays in my deep memory forever. I can not forget

the place where I was born and grow up, I can not forget the place where

surrounded by green mountains and water, I can not forget the good and honest

people who working hard in there, I can not forget every river, every street

there.

Standing at the top of the WenBi mountain, you will catch a bird’s eye view

of the whole Tian Quan. You will find it is a beautiful picture including the

Looking at the lovly provious animals , such as panda, Takin, Golden

monkey. You will thinks the nature has special power to make life so

wonderful.

My hometown has a long history of culture. There is the

tea-horse-accient-way, which attracts Chinese and foreign tourists to visit .

Walking on the tea-horse-accient-way, you can’t help sign in regret how long our

culture is!

Tian Quan is also famous for it’s culture of tea. In summer , the farmers

work on the tea plantations, you will regard it as a lively picture. If you have

a chance to work on the tea plantations, you can’t miss it! You can enjoy the

tea and learn more about tea at the same time .How wonderful it is!

I want to say a song for my hometown, but I don’t know what kinds of music

As a child, I am very naughty and forget about what my mother tells me. One

time, I go back home very late. When I see my mother, she smiles at first and

then turns angry, because she has told me before if I go home late, I must tell

her in advance. I let my mother heart-broken. I feel sorry and promise it won’t

Everybody loves reading right, well here is a story that tells you how a

little boy didn’t like reading; at last became so nervous in his show that he

had to read a book that soon became a famous writer.

There was once a little boy that loved to play, but the only thing he

didn’t like was to read a book. When he was bored of playing, he did not go to

read a book, but to play video games. One day his parents became sick of this

habit and so thought of a plan to make him like reading.

And so one day when school was over, the boy’s parents went to his school,

and found his teacher and said, “Dear teacher, I am wondering if by any chance

you could help us with a little small problem.”

The teacher agreed, and so they told them their problem. The teacher

remembered all that she needed to do, and waited until Friday arrived. When it

was the last class of the day, she told the whole class that each one of them is

going to put on a show for the whole school. The little boy thought that that

was a great idea. After he had finished school, he immediately ran home to get

materials which were toys and prepared the other things too. When he was ready,

he began to make up a routine. But he couldn’t think of anything except playing;

when it was the day before it was time to put on the show, the little boy still

didn’t come up with any routine; and so he thought and thought. When his parents

said that it was time to go to school to put on the show, the little boy was as

nervous as a chicken in a forest with a wolf beside it.

His parents said that if he couldn’t think of any routine then he will just

have to read a book. The boy had no choice, when he finished he came up with a

routine he went to school just in time for the show.

He loved making a routine by then, from that time on he loved reading, and

when he was bored of playing he began to read.

After and few years he became famous and was very proud of that day’s

lesson.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a

book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve

always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to

be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap

a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

In the Chinese lesson, I need to recite many old poems, which is very

difficult for the elder to do it, but it is so easy to me. As I am young and

full of energy, I can finish the job quickly. In the best age, I want to read

more books to enrich my life. The more I can recite, the more I can

remember.

Recently I have had a discussion about the ways to learn English better

with Jim, a student from Britain. In his opinion, the best ways are reading

English newspapers and talking with friends. He also believes that sometimes

seeing English films isnt a bad way.

I quite agree with him. However, I think, we can make flashcards. In this

way , we can memorize a lot of English words. Besides, we can look for a pen pal

from an English-speaking country so that we can get to know something about his

or her country. Finally, learning English grammar well is also a great help.

My grandma is over seventy now. These days she doesnt feel well, and her

legs hurt. This afternoon my father and I took her to the hospital. The doctor

looked her over carefully. He said that she was in good health, but people get

Dear Ms. Reinhart,

I am terribly sorry that I failed to arrive at BLCU last Friday. I hope

that this did not mess you up completely, although I know that you had already

made some special arrangements for my visit with you parents and friends. I am

tell you that my father is dangerously ill in hospital, and that I found it

We need to follow all kinds of public rules, such as the manner rules and

the traffic regulation. If we break the rules, then all the work will be out of

order and everybody will suffer the loss. But few people just ignore the rules

and waste other people’s time and money.

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

wait for her. Everybody’s time is precious.

Though the woman apologized after the policemen’s education, what she did

discomforts the public. The way she acted wasted the public’s time. It is our

duty to follow rules and keep the public in order.

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

and everybody wrote down their names on the card. When we sent this gift to the

teachers, they loved it so much. They were so impressed by this precious

surprise and would keep it forever.
