他一步一步地走到离我不远的垃圾箱旁，在别人丢弃的垃圾里挑出破铜烂铁、塑料瓶等一些有回收价值的东西，然后一一放入自己的袋子里，又把没用的东西放回原处，这才离开了。看到他的举动，不禁使我想起前不久我见到的那位乞讨者。

他既没有残疾，又不年迈，却向别人讨要;而眼前的这个人虽然有残疾，干的活还又脏又臭，可是，我觉得他比那些身体健康却想不劳而获的人好的多!只有自己亲手挣钱买来的东西，才是干净的，吃起来才香啊!

这个人，虽然我不知道他的姓名，但是他在我的内心深处留下了深刻的印象

一个阳光明媚的早晨，一只长颈鹿在小河边悠闲地吃着嫩嫩的树叶。突然，长颈鹿听见森林里传来一片欢声笑语，几只小动物蹦蹦跳跳地跑来问长颈鹿：“要和我们一起比赛跳绳吗？”长颈鹿爽快地说：“好啊！”

比赛开始了，小动物们跳得又快又灵巧，而长颈鹿太高大了，动作有些吃力，跳得汗如雨下。比赛结束了，小动物们都好奇地问长颈鹿：“跳了几个呀？”长颈鹿害羞地说：“我只跳了五个。”小动物们哈哈大笑。

长颈鹿想：“我也要学会跳绳，这样就能和小动物们比赛跳绳。”长颈鹿灵机一动，想到好朋友长颈鹿娜娜会跳绳，长颈鹿满怀希望地问娜娜：“你愿意教我跳绳吗？”娜娜满口答应。长颈鹿学着娜娜的样子，可是它还没跳几个，就被绳子绊倒了，费了好大的劲才站起来。长颈鹿生气地把绳子甩得远远的说：“我永远也学不会跳绳！我再也不要学啦！”娜娜把跳绳捡了回来，耐心地和长颈鹿说：“跳绳要专心，还要勤加练习，才会越跳越好。”长颈鹿听了，又认真地练起跳绳了。

又是晴空万里的一天，跳绳比赛又开始了。长颈鹿跳得飞快，得了第一名。小动物们惊讶地问：“你是怎么做到的？”长颈鹿笑着说：“只要勤奋练习，就能取得好成绩。”

Mr Qin is our history teacher. He has a wonderful name Qin Han. He is over fifty now, and he is in good health. He likes history. He is not only interested in Chinese history, but also the history of the world. He likes reading, and goes to the book shop every Saturday. He often tells us something interesting in the history, such as the Great Wall, the World War II and so on. We are all happy to have his classes. Mr Qin wrote a thick book on history and it was published last year. We all admire him!

秦先生是我们的历史老师，他有一个好听的名字秦汉。他已经年过半百，可是身体健康。他喜欢历史。他不仅对中国历史感兴趣，对世界历史也感兴趣。他喜欢读书，每星期六都去书店。他经常给我们讲一些历史上有趣的事，如万里长城，第二次世界大战等等。我们都喜欢上他的课。秦先生写了一本有关历史的厚厚的书，去年出版了。我们都很敬佩他!
