一天，长颈鹿和小兔走在同一条石板路上。小兔看见长颈鹿脖子很长，说道。

小熊妈妈看见了，看他们不讲理，就用一个好办法让他们理解。

“小兔小鹿！快过来！”他们立即跑了过来哦！很听话！“你们俩不服气，咱们就用一个比赛，看谁赢，谁就更厉害……”“好！一言为定！”

小兔天天练，天天练，练得废寝忘食，吃饭也忘了。长颈鹿也天天练，天天练，练得聚精会神。终于，也到了那一天，大家激动不已。

“比赛规则是：摘个果子，穿过小洞口，你就赢了！”熊妈妈说道。“预备！开始！”

大家都争先恐后地跑到果子林，长颈鹿头一顶就摘到了，而小兔还在那跳啊跳。长颈鹿跑到了小山洞，长颈鹿怎么也过不去，而小兔轻而易举得就穿过去了。小熊妈妈走来，说：“各有所长，各有所短。”长颈鹿和小兔明白一个道理，每个人都有长处和短处，最重要的是要结合各自的长短来一起达到目的。
