I get up at seven oclock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

and wash face, I eat my breakfast. My mother makes the breakfast for me. I go to

school at 7:30 am, and come back from school at 6:00pm. Before I go to bed I

will do some homework. I usually go to sleep at 10:00pm. On the weekend, I will

go to play football with my friends, in the summer we like to go swimming. These

are my daily life.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

我开始细细打量这间小茶馆和呆在一旁的老人。茶馆内八张八仙桌整齐地排放，墙边还有一些道不出名的花草。老者更是怪异一身黑。好像是成天在坑上烧柴被熏的一样。老人暂未理我，只是将密封的罐子打开，取出些茶叶撒进盖碗中。又端起盖碗，将沸水冲入其中。飘飘然的茶叶被这忽如起来的水浮上了杯顶。接着又因为重力沉入杯底。可还未等他完全着陆，向上的水流忽然而至，三起三落。 老人端着泡好的茶走到我的跟前。红茶慢慢放下，我端起茶，学着古人的样子，轻轻抿了一口。苦涩的茶水慢慢流入我的心田，浇灭了熊熊烈焰。

我照着老人说的话慢慢将心静下来。望着窗外的太阳，驱散了乌云，照亮了世界。炽热的太阳倒映在茶水中，碧波荡漾。我端起杯子，慢慢将水饮下，那颗红红的太阳仿佛也被吞入肚中。这次的茶水多的更是一丝甘甜。

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

当看到人们因失败而气馁时，我知道，生活需要阳光；当看到同学因考得不好而伤心时，我知道生活需要阳光……

英语考试的成绩下来，一个鲜红的85分映入我的眼帘，我的心情顿时跌入谷底，想到爸爸妈妈为了能让我把英语考好，还特地为我买了学生电脑，而我，却考了这个分数来“报答”他们。时间像个顽皮的小朋友，一会儿就放学了，我无精打采地走在路上，天空看起来也不蓝，树枝上的小鸟“喳喳”地叫着，好像在说：“考差了吧，谁叫你不复习？哈哈哈哈！”忽然，一阵大风吹来，把地上的小纸片吹起，而我，不正是那个小纸片吗？离家越来越近，我的心跳也越来越快。

突然，我眼前一亮，一位残疾老人在走着，风雨中，他是那么渺小，但在我的心中，他又是那么伟大，一阵大风刮来，老人一个踉跄差点跌下来，我见此情景，走过去对老人说：“老爷爷，前面就是台阶了，我扶你过去吧！”老爷爷笑着说：“好孩子，谢谢你，我自己会走的。”

听了老人的话，有一团阳光似乎在笼罩着我，我大步流星地向家走去。

因为阳光，花儿开得如此美丽，大树长得如此粗壮，小草长得如此茂盛;因为阳光，我的生活如此美好。

宽容是一缕阳光，照进了我的心田——

“请把你的化学书借我一堂课，行吗?”因为今天有化学课，所以我向同学借书。

“当然没问题，但你必须保证不在书上写字、乱画。”

“我保证。”我信誓旦旦的讲道。

“同学们在化学书的第一页写上自己的名字班级，要写大一点，最好用复写笔，这样不会掉。”化学老师说到。

“来，组长，我帮你写。”组员抢过书，“毫不客气”的写上了我的大名，并面带微笑的还给了我。我气得愣住了。

“组长，你怎么了?”她问道。

“没事，谢谢啊!”我知道她也是好心，所以并没有怪她，而是礼貌性的说了声“谢谢”。

下课后，我迈着沉重的步伐走向借我书的那位同学。

“谢谢你借我书，但是那个、那个书上被我做了个标记，绝对不是画画。”我面带歉意的笑了笑

“在哪页?是旁注吗?旁注是没关系的。”

“呃，不是，在第一页，事情的经过是这样的。”我向他讲了整个事情的经过，并内疚的呃低下了头，等待着他的“发落”。他沉默了一会，说道，“没关系，我用改字带刮下去就好了，你不用自责，这件事不怪你。”

听了他的话，我随即释然了，是他的宽容如一缕阳光般的照进了我的心田，我感动得留下了泪水。“谢谢，谢谢你的宽容。”我向他道谢，他也微笑道，“不客气，下次再用书可以还向我借。”我们互相微笑着。

因为宽容，使我释然;因为宽容，使我感觉到生活的美好。这宽容如生活中的一缕阳光一样，照耀着，照耀着我的心田，你的心田，她的心田，大家的心田。
