我每天早上7点起床。刷牙洗脸之后我就吃早餐，早餐是我妈妈给我做的。我早上7：30去学校，下午6点放学。在我上床睡觉之前我会做一些作业。我通常晚上10点睡觉。周末的时候，我会跟朋友去踢足球，夏天我们喜欢去游泳。这些就是我的日常生活。

人人都知道，阳光是温暖的，生命离开了阳光，便不复存在。在生活中，我们也需要阳光去照亮、去温暖我们的心房。

阳光明媚的下午，我走在回家的路上。阳光铺在我身上，我却感觉不到丝毫的温暖，只感到一阵阵刺骨的寒冷。

那张画满红叉叉的试卷，仍被我紧紧攥在手中。我没有勇气去望那可耻的分数，每看一眼，都像是一把利剑扎入心脏。

我低着头，快步走着，忽然撞入了一个温暖的怀里。我惶惶地抬头，是一位阿姨，她被我撞得踉跄了一下。

“对不起。”普普通通的三个字，终于被我战战兢兢地说出了口。但阿姨微笑着，并无责备的意思，我紧悬的心终于放了下来。阿姨的微笑，仿佛一束阳光，让我感受到了一丝温暖。

手中的试卷突然飘落在地，我俯身捡起它，又一次看到了那个分数。霎时间，温暖消失殆尽，寒冷又包围了我。我的眼睛悄悄升起一股水汽，模糊了视线。我匆忙对那位阿姨道了声再见，低头就走。眼泪不争气地冒了出来。

我回到家，家中只有哥哥。他看见我抹着眼泪进了房间，赶忙跟了进来，一眼看见了桌上那张考得一塌糊涂的试卷。

“哦，考得不好啊！老妹啊，这次考不好就下次努力呗，有什么大不了的！”哥哥调侃的话语，彻底驱散了我心中的乌云，阳光瞬间铺满了心房。是啊，这次考不好就更要努力，下次才能考好。这次考试都已经过了，现在在这里唉声叹气有什么用呢？应加紧学习才对啊！想通了，我回头对站在身后的哥哥露出笑容，便投入了学习……

生活需要阳光，温暖我们的心。

窗外，阳光跳跃着，是那样温暖……

感谢，是生活中的一缕阳光，在这大千世界中，真情无处不在，我要由衷感谢父母，朋友和老师。

感谢父母

父母在我们的生活和学习中起着无与伦比的作用。父母赋予了我们宝贵的生命，把我们带到了这个美好的世界，让我们丰衣足食。父母是我们的第一任老师，把我们从无知天真的儿童，变成懂事、聪明的少年，无论乐与哀，都陪伴在我们的身边，安慰我们，鼓励我们。父母为了我们任劳任怨，每天早出晚归，起早贪黑的工作，不知不觉中，他们的额头上开始出现了皱纹，头发中也增添了“银丝”，“可怜天下父母心”，在这个世界上，难道还有人比父母付出的更多吗？我们真该对父母说：“感谢你们，你们辛苦了。”

感谢朋友

“朋友”这两个字对于我们来说是一个多么普通又多么不平凡的词语啊！好朋友是在你摔倒时伸出扶持的双手，是你失败是的一缕安慰。同窗好友是情同手足的兄弟，形影不离，可以取长补短，互相鼓励和支持。朋友在一起时一同笑过，一同哭过，因此，有朋友的日子快乐难忘，让我们珍惜朋友，真诚感谢朋友吧！

感谢老师

老师是我们辛勤的园丁，是知识的传播者，从我们渐渐懂事开始，父母就把我们送到学校学习，从识字学数到写作计算，老师为我们操碎了心，付出了无数的心血和汗水，老师是我们成长的引路人，教会我们如何做人、做事，体察我们的内心，为我们扫除心理障碍，我们应该的感谢老师！尊敬老师！

感谢，是生活中的一缕阳光，我们应该学会感谢、懂得感恩，这样我们的生活会更加充满快乐，世界会更加灿烂美好。
