六、活动内容

在各地区开展“全民健身日”活动的同时，有重点地打造一批内容深受欢迎、群众参与广泛、组织实施规范、社会影响较大、具有地方和少数民族特色的群众体育品牌活动。

(一)借助“全民健身日”公共体育场馆全部免费开放日，由各地体育部门、社会团体、单项体育协会组织开展丰富多彩、小型多样的全民健身活动。

(二)8月8日盟市、旗县(市、区)、苏木乡镇、嘎查村(社区)四级要围绕今年“全民健身日”活动的主题，在广场、体育公园、全民健身活动中心、全民健身站(点)组织开展适合不同人群、不同年龄、具有本地特色的全民健身科普宣传、体质测试、咨询辅导、项目推广、交流展示以及比赛等活动。

(三)结合2016年各盟市、旗县区上报的全民健身活动计划，在“全民健身日”前后的一段时间内，在各地区开展活动的基础上，有重点地举办好下列活动：

1.“欢乐草原”内蒙古自治区第八届全民健身大会;

2.全民健身日全国登山步道系列赛(呼和浩特站);

3.第三届鄂尔多斯国际那达慕大会;

4.全区第五届蒙古族“男儿三艺”暨第二届摔跤大赛4.全区第五届蒙古族“男儿三艺”暨第二届摔跤大赛;

5.通辽市8·18哲里木赛马节;

6.全民健身日全区围棋邀请赛;

七、有关要求

(一)统筹协调，严密组织。各盟市体育局要高度重视“全民健身日”活动，统筹安排，结合实际制定系列活动计划，认真组织实施，参与人数要达到当地常驻人口的40%，力争全区参与人数达到1000万人。

(二)加强宣传，形成氛围。要充分利用广播电视、平面媒体、互联网、新媒体等传媒方式，提前公告活动计划;在活动场所大力宣传全民健身日标志、播放全民健身日歌曲;全方位、多视角地及时报道各地组织开展活动情况以及广大人民群众积极参与全民健身活动、追求健康文明生活方式的生动事例，倡导健康生活方式，普及科学健身知识，形成浓厚的舆论宣传氛围。

(三)发挥优势，志愿服务。广泛动员和引导各级社会体育指导员、学校体育教师开展体育健身辅导，向广大群众讲解健身知识，推广健身方法，普及健身理念，为全民健身活动提供技术指导服务;有条件的单位可开展针对贫困家庭、残疾人、老年人、进城务工人员等群体的资助、免费或优惠的健身体验活动。

(四)属地管理，确保安全。各地区要根据活动规模、参与人群特点等，制定切实可行的安全防范，落实安全责任人，并对活动场地、设施等进行事故隐患排查，确保活动安全顺利进行。

(五)收集整理，及时上报。各单位在搞好宣传报道的同时，请于9月10日前将本地区“全民健身日”前后系列活动录像资料和总结材料报自治区体育局群体处。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

等待许久的假期终于来临了，我该做些什么呢?原本计划好要大玩一顿，但又想到了UPSR的来临，心里仿佛有块石头重重地压着我。

所谓“有志者，事竞成”，所以我决定开始努力读书，刻苦耐劳!这样一来，我就会获取辉煌的成绩。

每天，我都得开夜车，第二天再重读一遍以防万一我忘记了，真累人呀!说不定连我睡觉时，都会梦到自己在书桌前温习功课呢!

仔细地想了想，过着这种地狱般的生活，我一定会不好受吧!最后，我重新制作了假期计划-“半天乐，半天苦”，这是最公平的计划了!开始我的假期生活吧!

I like running, because I think it’s a funny and easy sport. I can do it by myself.

I was not very healthy when I was a little child.

So my father took me running with him. He said it’s good for me. At first, I didn’t like it at all.

But after a few weeks, I felt great when I was running.

Therefore, I go to running every three days.

Now, some of my classmates run with me. We always talk to each other. I like this sport.
