要点：练习所有胸部动作时记住要挺胸做，学会用胸肌发力，而不是拱背。练习背部动作时，意念在背上，要体会用背发力，不要用手臂发力做动作。

股二弯举25RM×3

跑步30～40分钟

要点：别用大重量，别用爆发力。下蹲后意念在臀部发力，站起后也要收紧臀部(男生为了练腿是用大腿的股四头肌发力的)。保持腰背腿臀的紧张，动作宜慢，防止受伤。注意组间和训练后的抻拉练习，把线条拉开。

第三天 腹、有氧

热身

曲腿仰卧起坐(或腿放凳上)30RM×3

支撑抬腿(或坐姿抬腿)25RM×3

支撑抬腿转体(或坐姿抬腿转体)25RM×6(左右侧各3组)

负重转体50RM×3

跑步30～40分钟

要点：动作尽量慢，用腹肌发力(团身)，不要借力。组间休息不要过长，训练后做放松伸展练习。

第四天 胸、手臂

卧推1～2组热身

上斜卧推20RM×3

上斜飞鸟20RM×3

蝴蝶机(或十字夹胸)20RM×3

推肩25RM×3

二头弯举25RM×3

单臂颈后臂屈伸20RM×3

要点：训练后多做手臂肌肉的抻拉，防止成块。

第五天 腿、臀、有氧

第六天 腹、有氧

第七天 休息，或有氧、游泳、爬山、打羽毛球等

这就是专属于我的健身减肥计划，我会坚持健身，达到我心目中理想的健身美丽的标准。

我是一个非常热爱运动的人，自然也非常热爱健身。

因为我想拥有更加强健的体魄，更加高大的身躯，所以，我就为自己定制了一个健身计划。

早上刚刚起床，20个俯卧撑是肯定少不了的，如果时间充沛，再来40个仰卧起坐。

到了中午，睡午觉之前，必定先拉弹簧30下，深蹲5分钟，当然还是少不了20个俯卧撑，40个仰卧起坐。等到做完了这些，我才能睡午觉。等到睡醒午觉后，全身运动10分钟，也是每天必做的。

最后到了晚上，那更是这个健身计划的重点培训时间，因为在这个时间段里，我要做的运动也是最多的，不管是腿部运动，手部运动，腹部运动，腰部运动，全身运动，一个都不能少。

I like azuoweng, because I think it’s a funny and easy sport. I can do it by myself.

I was not very healthy when I was a little child.

So my father took me azuoweng with him. He said it’s good for me. At first, I didn’t like it at all.

But after a few weeks, I felt great when I was azuoweng.

Therefore, I go to azuoweng every three days.

Now, some of my classmates run with me. We always talk to each other. I like this sport.

Whenever a college student is asked "What are you going to do this summer vacation?" The most probable answer might be "I am going to have a travel. " It sounds that college students are fond of travelling. Why? Because travel has numerous advantages.

First of all travel can widen our knowledge of geography the knowledge of customs cultures and lifestyles of different places and countries. Secondly we can make friends and practise a foreign language through travelling. Finally travel is the best way of pastime. We can enjoy eating various food and seeing beautiful sceneries.In a word we can benefit from travel in more than one way. It is worth spending the time.
