暑假过后我就要进入大学了，所以趁着这个暑假我要在健身房实施我的健身计划，为艰苦的军训训练做准备。为此我制定了一个暑假的健身房初级健身计划。

在锻炼之前要先进行5～10分钟的热身运动，这样有利用于更好的拉伸身体部位，也避免了不必要的伤害，热身运动可以使用跑步机，在跑步过程中尽量把全身各部分的关节都活动拉伸下。
