妈妈挑了些芹菜、剪豆和豆腐，又买了虾和章鱼还有肉。

我问妈妈为什么每个种类都买。妈妈告诉我，今天买的这些菜营养各不同，都是人体所需要的，吃菜也要荤素搭配，缺一不可，这样，身体才会吃得壮壮的。

我明白了，原来买菜也有这么多讲究。今天让我增长了见识。
