时间犹如离弦的箭，一转眼，一个学期匆匆而过，新的一年，踏着脚步朝我们走来。愉快的寒假马上就要开始了，那么，怎样才能让这个寒假过的充实而有意义呢?我苦苦的思索了一天，终于，想好了该如何来度过这个寒假。

看些书，做些读书笔记;每天适当的做一些寒假作业;看看新闻，了解一下国家大事、社会新闻;每天运动一下，锻炼自己的身体;去图书馆、科技馆、新华书店等处，获取一些学习的机会爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事……

看书，。为了能让自己看一些有益的书，我早早的来到书店。书店里的书各种各样，我挑选了一些我爱看的书，把家里的书柜装得满满的。这样就不怕没书看了。我又跑到文具店里买了一本厚厚的、漂亮的笔记本，在寒假里，我一定要把它写得满满的。

运动。运动是健康的来源，可以加强我们的心肺功能;可以帮助我们防止骨质疏松;可以缓和并控制我们的情绪……每天运动三小时，锻炼自己的身体。跳绳、踢毽、短跑、长跑……每天做一项运动，让自己的身体变得更健康。

帮爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事。帮妈妈洗洗碗、扫扫地，在妈妈感到劳累时，给妈妈泡一杯茶，让妈妈休息一会，代替妈妈做会儿。爸爸白天工作累了，回到家，给爸爸捶捶背、捶捶腿……

It is exciting to visit different places. As you travel you will see beautiful sceneries typical of the region. Besides you can meet and make friends with people of different colors and races. Finally you can get to know the customs and living habits of the local people. Today people are so fond of travelling that tourism has become one of the faster growing industries in most countries.

The main reason why people travel is perhaps for pleasure. For example having worked hard throughout the weekdays people will find a widened trip to the nearby mountains or beaches a real relaxation. For another example spending an annual holiday travelling abroad is an especially satisfying experience for those who do not have much of an opportunity to be away from their homelands. When people return from their travel they will generally feel fresh and energetic ready to work harder.

转眼间，这学期的寒假就来了，为了使自己这个寒假过得既充实又有意义。现制定以下生活及学习计划:

1. 每天早上8点钟准时起床，整理房间，打扫卫生。

2.听读英语，默写单词。

3.要把老师布置的寒假作业认真完成。至少看两本有意义的书籍，做好读书笔记，写出读后感。

4.每天坚持写日记，并预习下学期的课本。

5.每天坚持背古诗。阅读课外书。

6.早睡早起，并帮妈妈做家务。

7. 每天 坚持在家排练舞蹈基本功，还要适当玩电脑。

计划制定好了，必须要执行，同时我每过五天我便会对自己做自我检查，也希望妈妈监督监督，更希望自己能过一个既快乐又有意义的寒假假。

至今我的眼前还闪现着我那惨不忍睹的期末考试单：全班33名，全年级的200多名甚至更多，这还不是最让我崩溃的，差点让我发疯的还是最为历史课代表的我历史只有78分，地理又只刚刚考及格……在我刚取得成绩单的时候我顿时两眼发黑，差点要昏过去。回家后以前的那个活泼好动的我一言不发，两眼一直都在看那张薄如薄纸在我眼中却如千斤重的成绩单。

再过了几天后的早晨我突然像打了XX剂似的从床上跳起来对着天花板大叫道：“昕昕（就是我）绝不会这么颓废了，我要在夜空中发光才对得起父老乡亲！昕昕决不认输，现在就来制作我伟大的‘抱佛脚寒假计划’！”我的可是恢复能力很强的，经历这点小波折还能将我消灭了不成?不能，绝对不能！为了能够在下个学期能够取得更加好的成绩，我的“抱佛脚寒假计划”新鲜出炉了——

First（第一）：要在放假的前一个星期将所有的寒假作业消灭掉，一次解决我的作业负担才是最好的！

Scend（第二）：做好寒假作业后每天要背我最不擅长的地理，最好能记住这几个学期的全部地理知识，以免在毕业会考的时候丢人。

Tirth(第三）：要买一本数学奥数来深化自己的数学级数，免得下个学期的数学成绩和地理一样垂死挣扎。

很好，列的“抱佛脚计划寒假计划”就这样吧，希望在下个学期能够取得好的成绩！打了一个大大的哈欠，我又继续钻回了我依恋的被窝，明天才开始，今天要好好休息嘛，想着想着我进入了梦乡，我梦见了我下个学期的成绩单在我的书桌上静静地躺着……

With the rapid development of the society, people can live a better life in

general. So because of the improvement of people’ s living standard, more and

more people own cars. Traffic jam comes to life. While people in order to be

punctual, they often ignore the cars crossing on the road. This behavior will

easily bring traffic accidens. On the other hand, the car owner also want to be

on time and then regardlss the traffic rules, which is also easy to have traffic

accidents. Both the driver and people themseves’ behaviour leads to accidents.

Those accidents may take people’s lives away. It’s so terrible. Therefore, for

the sake of life, the driver and the pedestrian should obey the traffic

regulation as we have only one life.

Today is Sunday.Its sunny today.I go to the zoo with my mother.I can see many animals.There are tigers,lions,pandas,snakes and many more.Look!The pandas are over there.Theyre from China.Look at the baby panda!Its climbing trees. How cute it is!I love pandas.

Next,we go to see the lions.The lions are so strong.Their mouths are too big.The tigers ae next to them.They are from Asia.They are yellow.At last,we go to see the monkeys.Some are climbing moutains,some are eating bananas.THeyre so much fun!

I see many animals at the zoo and Im so happy today!

My favorite holiday is New Year. It is a very important festival in Chinese

culture. In fact, its the highlight of the year. Everyone returns home for a

family reunion.We have a big feast and chat about all the things that have

happened in our lives. People also visit each other. We exchange gifts and good

wishes for the next year.

When National Day comes, I Feel so excited, it is not because I will have a vacation, but also I have many plans. I have made some plans for the vacation, I want to relax myself and find some interesting to do. I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation。 They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily。 I can do many interesting things there。 I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside。 After snow， I would like to skate and ski with my friends。 When night comes， I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories。 And I tell her some new things happening in the city。 When I have to go back， I am always reluctant to go。 I really feel happy living in the country。

作息表是这样安排的，从这个星期六到下个星期六结束，每天都有：论语、写字、日记、看书、批注等，还余下两篇日记等过了春节再写。要求我一定要认真完成，保证质量。我拿着这个作息时间表，高兴得欢呼起来。

妈妈把我的作息表安排得真好。这样，我就能提前在春节前完成老师交代的寒假趣味语文作业，每天合理安排诵读、书写、阅读、批注等作业，既轻松又高效。到了春节，我可以好好地玩，痛痛快快地享受春节的乐趣，让我没有作业的牵挂。虽然是这样，但是我也不能太掉以轻心，等到开学前几天，我再把寒假所做的作业复习一遍，余下两篇日记写完。同学们你们说我这样的计划好吗?

每天早上八点到十二点，是到学校练习乒乓球的时间。虽然打球的时间很长，但是我一点也不觉得累，因为参加乒乓球队的同学都是我的好朋友，假期中还可以天天和好朋友见面，真是一大乐事。况且利用放假继续练球，一来，可以保持良好的运动习惯;二来，球技才不会因此退步，真是一举两得。

下午午睡醒来，则是练琴及跳绳时间。虽然弹钢琴难免会遇到挫折，尤其是弹到比较难的曲子，好几次都想放弃不练，但我总是告诉自己：“别人能，我就能。”所以我又继续不断的练习，当我突破瓶颈时，那种胜利的感觉，真是棒极了!跳绳则是我每天必做的运动，不管刮风或下雨从不间断。因为妈妈希望我长得“高人一 等”，所以从上小学开始就训练我跳绳，起初，我一次只能跳十几二十下，现在，我的目标则是每天跳一千下。

到了晚上则是家庭聚会时间。白天爸爸去上班，大姐、二姐到学校上寒假辅导课，只有我和妈妈在家，晚上等姐姐们做完功课，我们一家人就会聚在客厅，爸爸妈妈一边泡茶，一边听我们三个孩子分享一天的喜怒哀乐、生活点滴，有时我们会各自阅读自己喜欢的书报，或分享彼此的阅读心得，这真是一段幸福的时光!
