They also read news or send e-mails through it. Internet helps them learn more and study well.

On the other hand，some students play games，chat with friends ，see the pictures or films even the unhealthy ones on the Internet the whole day. They are not interested in their subjects. It’s very dangerous for them!

The Internet’s advantages and disadvantages are shown clearly to us. I think we should make good use of it and stay away from the unhealthy websites.

In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?

Yesterday our grade held a sports meeting.We have six classes in our grade. All the classes did very well.

In the Boys 100-metre race, I.Jn I.in from Class 2 won the first. At first, Zhang Lin from our class and I.in %ao from Class 1 were neck and neck. Lin Lin fell behind, but, finally he tried his best and came out first.

In the Girls 100-metre race, Mei Mei ran the fastest, and Zhang Fang from Class 4 and Li Ming from Class 5 were both fell behind. But they tried their best, and that was enough.

I took my school report and came back home cautiously only to find mother wasnt at home. She went to my aunts and wou!d come back in the evcning. I knew that fiom a note on the table. I was still a little bit frightened as if mother would come back suddenly.

Seeing the low marks on the school report and remcmbering mothers cold face, I almost trembled with fear. lf mother know I got so low marks oa the subjects, especially English, she would tear all my cartoon books which are my fovourite. I have been treating them as my own life for a long time. But mother always thought cartoon diverted my attention from study and had a bad effect on me. Frankly speaking, I had realized it.
