在我三年级时，我认识了一位数学老师——“岳老师”。那年，就是他做我们班的班主任。但是他姓熊，至于他为什么叫“岳老师”，请听我一一道来。

但是你们不要以为熊老师长得像岳飞，就一定会很凶，其实他非常幽默，教学方式也不一样。“岳老师”在上课前，总是会带许多糖和布丁。在上课时，如果我们回答的问题正确，他就会给我们糖和布丁。但如果我们的问题回答错了，“岳老师”就会把糖拆开，在你鼻子前晃一晃，然后自己吃掉。

“岳老师”从不打人，总是用自己的方式叫醒别人。有一次，岳老师的课上有一个人睡着了，大家那时才刚认识“岳老师”，都以为睡觉的人会挨骂。可谁能想到，“岳老师”并没有开骂，而是偷偷地走到那位同学的面前，对着他的耳朵喊：“下课了!”那位同学一听见，便迷迷糊糊地走出了教室，却发现走廊里空无一人，这才意识到自己被骗了，红着脸回到了座位，再也不敢睡觉了。

老师拿着三角板重重地敲着黑板，像唱《黄河大合唱》似的激昂。我们都哄堂大笑，桌子拍得啪啪响。老师一直相信我们很聪明，所以一直鼓励我们数学一定能学好。

我的数学不是很好，但是老师一直说我很聪明。有一次数学小测，60分满分，50分优秀，我考了44分。老师高兴得直拍我的肩膀：“哎呀，不错嘛，以后你要叫“林范”啦!”。“林范”谐音“灵范”，用长沙话说是“聪明”的意思。老师是在夸我，我就傻呵呵的站在旁边笑。果然，我的数学越来越好。

老师有个恶习，很爱抽烟。他的办公室经常是乌烟瘴气的。有一次我和同学去找老师问题目，结果我们看见老师手指间夹着一根烟，陶醉地吧上一口。吐出烟圈还不忘蹦出了一句名言：“饭后一支烟，快活似神仙!”不知过了多久，老师又爱上了嚼槟榔。见他嚼槟榔的时候总是紧皱着眉头，同学总围在一起窃窃私语，笑话他，说是他老婆不要他了。

别看老师有时不正经，但是他还是很严肃的。我们班上有三巨头老喜欢讲话，正当三巨头之一“帅哥”同志，“叽叽喳喳”叫个不停的时候，老师一拍桌子，A4纸的教案撒了一地：“好，这个长了鸟嘴的同学，请问我刚刚说的对不对啊?”那位帅哥期期艾艾地站起来，说不出一句话。其实老师并没有说什么，他只是想“玩一玩”这位同学，让他停止讲小话。“好了，坐下来，我玩你一下。”全班哄堂大笑。

老师顿了顿，随即严肃地说：“其实学习是靠你自己的，你不学，将来就无法在社会上立足。”他又搬出他以前学习“逆袭”的故事，让我们肃然起敬，深深地为老师的坚持所折服。“所以说，学习靠自己，心中有信念，就一定能够办到!”于是我们齐齐整整地咬着牙，更加努力了。

This article is about the origin of the Double Ninth Festival. It is said that

mountain with Cornus. After that, Huan Jing stood in front of the mountain with

a knife. After a while, the pestilence came as expected. It wanted to go up the

mountain and eat people. Huan Jing stopped him, so they fought together. The

smell of Cornus and dogwood is not stable for a few rounds. He raised a knife

from the mountain. The plague devil was removed, and the people in Nancheng

finally lived a comfortable life. Since then, in order to commemorate September

9, people have designated September 9 as the Double Ninth Festival. On this day,

people will climb high with their families, fill the mountains with Cornus and

drink chrysanthemum wine to pray for themselves and their families. This is the

just could not understand the grammar. One day, my sister asked me why was I so

confused with English, I told her I did not know, I was so afraid of it. Then

Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

我有过许多次成功，有大有小。它们就像印在我脑海里一颗颗闪亮的小星星，其中有一颗算不上光彩夺目的，却让我终生难忘的。 I have successfully succeeded, there are big and small.They are like the shiny little stars in my mind. One of them is not glorious, but it makes me unforgettable.

暑假里，妈妈出差了，爸爸还在单位忙的不可开交，中午也不回来吃饭。这可苦了我，妈妈不在家，爸爸中午又不回来做饭，我只好泡些方便面或用开水烫些速容食品当午饭充饥。就这样，好些日子我的肚子里每天都塞满了这些没有任何营养的所谓的食品。一天我终于忍不住了，像爸爸下达了“最后通牒。”“爸爸，求求你了。你别去上班了。要不，你就教我做一两个菜，不用太复杂，有营养就可以。要不我就要成‘小萝卜头’了。否则，妈妈回来后，我就要告你的‘滔天罪行’，让你尝一尝‘竹笋炒肉’的滋味。”在我的“威逼利诱”下，老爸就范了：“好，好，好……我就教你一道天下无人不知，无人不晓的名菜――炒鸡蛋。不过，你可千万不要再告我的状了!”“当然!”我自信的笑了。

爸爸一边说炒鸡蛋的主要秘诀“要先把鸡蛋磕在碗里搅拌均匀，然后要等锅里的油热后，再往里面倒……”一边示范。没有等爸爸做完，我高兴的就跳起来。“我会了。”我学着爸爸的样子系上围裙，拿出一个鸡蛋在碗沿上轻轻一磕，两手掰开蛋壳，让蛋青和蛋黄一起流进碗里。接着，我往碗里放了少许盐、味精，搅拌均匀。最后把锅放在煤气炉上，往锅里倒了一些油。

不一会，油沸腾了。我立刻把鸡蛋倒入锅内，只听见“哧”的一声，蛋清和蛋黄迅速凝结在一起，成了一块蛋饼，还冒着许多小泡泡。我高兴的喊着：“看，真有趣!蛋饼还会吹泡泡呢。”谁知它却不讲情面，我的话刚落，泡泡不见了。我用锅铲把鸡蛋饼翻过来一看，糟了!黄灿灿的蛋饼变成黑乎乎的一块。爸爸看到这一切，乐的合不上嘴。我气呼呼的说：“你还笑呢!你教的什么呀!”爸爸语重心长的告诉我“万事开头难，做什么事情都不可能一帆风顺，失败了，再来一次，总会成功的。”

爸爸的一席话，灰心的我立刻自信起来，吸取上次失败的经验，等到蛋饼吹起泡泡时，我急忙用铲子来来回回的翻，不一会黄灿灿的蛋饼就熟了，还透着一股诱人的香味。

“世上无难事，只怕有心人。”做什么事情只要认真去做，就一定会成功。

1以校园为话题。

创建文明校园，还要从现在做起。

上学路上，我发现有个同学穿着时髦的牛仔，牛仔服装上商家刻意缝制的漏洞、补丁、花边仿佛一颤一颤的，格外显眼。

"哎，小同学，上学请穿校服。"我迅速赶到他的身边，善意地提醒那位同学。

"噢，今天上学匆忙，忘换衣服了，明天吧?"他也有点不好意了。

"今天能做的事情为什么等明天呢?抓紧回家换还来得及。"我笑嬉嬉地劝他。

"噢，好吧。"他迟疑了一下，然后爽快地答应了，我看他迅速地转身往回跑去，我仿佛看到了他换上校服后返校的轻松与开心。

可见，创建文明校园，不等不拖。

不等就是立说立行!

不拖就是说到做到!

"以后每天测一次视力!"不知前一阶段哪一天了，爸爸忽然斩钉截铁地对我说。

接下来的几天里，爸爸也是这样做的，就像他每天早起熬小米粥一样。他每天给我测一次视力，不管有多忙，他总是不忘记这一件事。测一次视力并不难，可谓瞬间完成。可难的是天天坚持，不管你心情好坏，不管你有多忙。正如毛泽东主席所说，做一件好事并不难，难的是一辈子做好事。

爸爸就是这样的性格，认准了的路子就一根筋地走到黑，确定下来的事就一根筋的干到底。真是一根筋精神。

当然，每次测视力，我都能保证双眼均达到1.2的水平。

后来我逐渐明白了，爸爸为我每天测一次视力的目的，就是给你拽拽保护视力这根弦。提醒我每一天都自觉主动去保护视力。

2以演讲为话题。

我感觉就像革命战士一样义无反顾大义凛然地上场了。

然后开始了我的演讲，说着说着，我的心逐渐平静了下来，我主要关注我讲的内容，关注我想向别人倾诉的是什么?争取让别人听了我的演讲后能够有所启发。为了我的演讲更生动，我现场又适当加了一些肢体语言，进行了一些动作展示，慢慢地就入情入境了。

即使这样，中间也有一句话打亘，不过爸爸妈妈之前告诉过我了，打亘，卡壳，说错了也不要紧，接着往下说就行，因为人家不知道你的演讲稿是什么，你就按你的意思说。

我就这么镇静沉着冷静地说着我的话，说完后，我得体地向评委老师们和现场观众鞠了个躬，然后退场。虽然感觉没有说得更好，但也没什么大的失误。

最终结束播报成绩，我是第三名，因为一等奖两个人，所以我是二等奖的第一名。

通过比赛，我感到人外有人，天外有天。

3以食品安全为话题。

"火腿当然不是好肉了，你见过那种死猪肉吗?死猪，死羊是不是很臭啊?火腿就是把死猪死羊连皮带毛把内脏给挖了去，稍微拾掇一下，便用绞肉机绞了，再添加一些色素、味精就成美食了。你说这对身体好吗?"

听完后，我大吃一惊。我这时候才明白，我平时爱吃的东西原来是这样。

"我明白了，老爹，你常说不让我吃那些垃圾食品，要管住自己的嘴巴，要多吃家里自己种的东西，自己做的饭菜，这样对身体有好处，是吧?"

爸爸听了后，语重心长地说:"特别特别对，就是这个意思，吃自己种的环保绿色蔬菜，吃自己在家里做的饭最放心，这样对身体才有益，现在你也要记住，这鸡腿要少吃。"

我看了看手中的鸡腿，虽然很美味，很诱人，但是我不敢再往嘴里放了。

那天的晚饭是我这学期开学以来吃过的最有意义的饭，它不光填饱了我的肚子，还使我明白了，吃饭要管住自己的嘴巴。

是的，饭前想一想:当时吃了嘴上舒服，身体受得了吗?

4以自学为话题。

学习应该是自己主动学的，不能有任何条件。

"老爸，如果你让我学习的话，那么必须让我先休息20分钟。"我对催促我学习的爸爸说。

星期天的早上，我们出去锻炼了一会儿身体，又吃完早饭，比平时学习要晚了一个多小时。这时爸爸提醒我说:"儿子，开始学习吧。"

我说:"可以啊，我想学语文。"

爸爸听了以后说:"儿子，咱们这一天主要学奥数。"

我沉思了片刻，因奥数太难，太费脑子了，于是我就说:"奥数不行，如果想让我学奥数的话，必须给我买个面包，或者让我先休息20分钟。"

爸爸听了我这个显得刻薄的要求，没有立即说什么，也许爸爸正想着怎么能教育我呢。

过了一会儿，爸爸又说:"儿子，学习是给自己学的，不是给父母学的，你可以学，也可以不学，但是你不能以学习为理由向父母提条件。"

5以吃东西或孝心或规则为话题。

栗子皮很坚硬，仿佛死住了似的，用指甲一抠很费劲，有的时候，栗子皮插进指甲里面，很疼很疼。

开始剥栗子，我剥起来还有点起劲，可越剥越困难，禁不住都有点烦了。

剥了皮的栗子圆滚滚的、黄澄澄的，很诱人，我也很想吃。但是我想我剥了皮的栗子主要是让爸爸妈妈吃的，要给爸爸妈妈一个惊喜。

终于我剥了一大把栗子，便双手捧起来，放在爸爸妈妈面前说:"我这些栗子是和爸爸妈妈分享的。"

爸爸妈妈一瞧，有点惊奇而又诧异地看着我。

也许爸爸妈妈剥栗子吃的时候只顾吃了，没有观察我的行动，认为我也在剥栗子吃，其实我光剥了栗子，并没有吃，而是攒了一大捧。

"我们都剥了栗子直接吃了，你好不容易剥了这么些，你吃吧。"爸爸说。

"不行，我主要是给爸爸妈妈剥的。"我坚持我的想法。

最后没办法，妈妈折衷了我们的想法，让我把我剥的栗子分成三份，各自吃。

本来是各人剥了个人吃的规则，但是孝心突破了这样的规则。

6以学习方法为话题。

有些学习成绩比较好的同学，人家很讲究学习方法，用不同颜色的笔，区别对待不同的学习内容。

比如说自己非常熟练的重点内容，用黑色笔画下来;自己不太熟悉的重点内容，用黄色笔画下来;对于那些易错或不会的重点内容，用红笔画下来。这样根据记忆的等级，分配时间有所侧重，多把时间用在红色或黄色笔画出的内容。如果黄色红色部分内容比较熟练了，也可以在旁边注一下，写上已熟练，这样以后再学的时候就少用点功夫。

还有些同学对容易出错、模模糊糊的地方，多画两个圈或多画两根线，以引起注意，这都是些很好的学习方法。

7以逆反为话题。

我起床复习三年级下册的英语单词，背了20来分钟，还有五分钟就七点了，我要吃早饭。爸爸说再看一篇文章吧，还不到七点。

我正要坚持吃早饭，妈妈在旁边对我说:"听你爸爸的话。"

"好吧。"我答应下来抓紧读文章，因为爸妈都是为我好，我的性格应该顺溜。妈妈以前说过，作为孩子越柔顺越好运。爸爸妈妈不是有时候有些事也是顺着我嘛。

现在常听人说"青春期逆反"，"孩子大了以后不听大人的话"，我想不管大人还是孩子，要多琢磨对方的心意和出发点，互相尊重，互相理解，这样一家人应该不会对抗。

必竟因势利导，顺势而为，比逆反着唱对台戏要好。

8以活动或出彩为话题。

获"出彩明小人"殊荣，倍感鞭策。

2018年11月12日，在升旗仪式上，学校给我颁发了"出彩明小人"的奖杯和以前我写毛笔字获得的“守护未来，我是国防小卫士”全国青少年书画征集展示活动优秀作品奖。

那个奖状和这个奖杯是从何而来的呢?

我这次获得"出彩明小人"的奖杯，主要是因为在全国性的书法大赛中得了优秀奖。虽然只得了个优秀奖，但学校老师们认为也算是很厉害了。

我获得国级书法优秀作品奖，首先得感谢学校培养。我们学校十分重视硬笔字、软笔字书法培训，举办了日月风书法协会，每到周五下午的2、3节课，书法教室那里就有老师教同学们写毛笔字、硬笔字，另外学校还多次给我们办书法展，为我们的成长搭建舞台。

其次感谢学校给我们提供的平台，如果学校没有给我们提供平台，那我们就不知道有这次比赛，更没法参加了。

除了感谢学校之外，我还要感谢学校特聘的校外辅导老师――教我们毛笔字的苗勇老师。是苗勇老师兢兢业业地给我们指导，培养我们毛笔书写技巧。记得我当时写作品的时候，有拿不准的或很难写的字，都要请教苗老师，苗老师便手把手地教我们。我如今能写好毛笔字，就得益于苗老师手把手地载培。

虽然这次我得了奖状奖杯，但我知道荣誉只能代表以前，不能代表以后，

9以家风为话题。

为他人着想的好家风

“噔噔噔……"一晃我从五楼下到一楼，只见楼宇门前的妈妈，双手拿着数不清的方便袋，方便袋里装着刚买的蔬菜。妈妈满头是汗，喘着粗气。

我忙走过去，接妈妈手里提满蔬菜的方便袋，蔬菜好多啊，有白萝卜，冬瓜，莲藕，山药，芹菜……怪不得把妈妈累成这样。

我本想把妈妈手里的方便袋都放到我的两只手上，但是妈妈怕我累着，只给了我两个方便袋的菜，左手白萝卜，右手冬瓜。

我提着两袋菜，一口气来到我家的五楼门口，浑身立刻感觉有些热燥燥的。

"当当当"，敲门三下，"当当当"又敲门三下。在家里不知忙啥的爸爸没有回应。

爸爸暂时没开门，我还要继续等下去吗?不!我的脑海里忽然闪现出这样一幅画面。那一次我和爸爸回老家帮爷爷奶奶摘花椒，中午回家时，我们都口干舌燥疲惫不堪，可爸爸不知哪来的劲，挑着一担花椒小跑似的往家赶，不久就把我们远远地甩在了后面，我和爷爷奶奶每人挎着一筐花椒，快走到村边桥头的时候，感觉疲惫得一步都不想挪。正在这时，我的眼前一亮，爸爸又风风火火地扛着扁担来了。当爸爸用扁担把爷爷奶奶挎着的两筐花椒挑起来的时候，我发现爸爸满是汗水的上衣贴在了脊背上。爸爸这是不顾自己疲劳，把原先挑的花椒放在家里，又来迎接我们了。他真是一个为他人着想的人。

今天妈妈赶早市买菜一路挺辛苦，我也要二次下楼迎接妈妈。

“噔噔噔……”我把刚才拿的菜很快放在门口，又飞快地下楼去接妈妈，在二楼拐角处，我看见了一脸愕然的妈妈。

“你怎么又下来了?”

“给我你手里的菜。”我不由分说，夺过妈妈手里提着的菜，转身又上了五楼。

“俺孩子知道疼人了，哈哈哈……”身后传来妈妈爽朗的笑声。

妈妈开心，我更开心。

这就是我们家为他人着想的好家风

老师，您是唯一让我们成为自信的，能超越自己的人。你用事实向我们证明：学习并不是一种负担，而是一种快乐和责任，一把让我们自己开启智慧大门的钥匙。

那是一个阳光明媚的早晨，我兴高采烈地走进教室，拿出课本大声地朗读时，传来我们的班长——曾双凝响亮的声音：达龙，收作业。我听从命令站起来检查同学的作业，恰在这时，老师进来了，误会我没有带头读书，我因不认真早读而被罚站了。当时我真的很委屈，非常难过，我怎么这么倒霉啊!

下课后，老师让我去她的办公室。我心想：完了，一定是又要挨批了!想着，心里那个冤枉劲儿就别提了!一进老师的办公室，我整个人浑身发抖，我低着头，胆战心惊地走到了老师的面前——既然已经来了，就任由老师发落吧!“达龙，过来我身边!”我听错了?多么亲切的语音!好像是妈妈一样。我慢慢地抬起头，却看见老师正面带微笑地看着我，那么温柔，那样和善。“达龙，老师误会你啦!害得你受委屈，太抱歉啦，能原谅老师吗!”我也笑了，真是受宠若惊啦，老师竟然给我道歉了!太出乎意料了!后来才知道班长像平时一样去办公室汇报早读工作，并把事情的真相给老师说了。怪不得!老师，我佩服你!我心里甜甜的。

以后的日子里，我和老师相处的点点滴滴，让我们快乐无比。老师特别幽默，有时候会让我们开心地笑不停。我们的教室里总是回荡起欢快的笑声，那些充满笑声的往事，像一个个欢快的音符不停地在心间跳跃?所有的一切都在笑声中变得轻松起来。老师是为我们传播快乐的使者。我们在老师的辛勤培育下快乐地学习、成长。敬爱的老师啊，此时此刻，我要用什么语言来表达对您的敬佩情感呢?我没有华丽的语言，没有昂贵的礼物，就用我心里最美好的祝福送给您吧!
