我们班的英语杨老师，是一个活泼而又严肃的好老师。她那炯炯有神的大眼睛，一看就知道很有文化，经常扎着一个马尾辫，显得特别有精神，脸上常常面带温柔的微笑，让人觉得特别亲切。

以前，我英语成绩不好，自从杨老师教我们，我就喜欢上了英语，英语成绩也有了较大的提高。杨老师在学习上可关心我了，如果有不会的，她就亲自教我。老师就像蜡烛，点燃自己，照亮我们，我要好好谢谢我们的杨老师。记得有一次，上课我没好好听讲，还和前边的同学说起了小话。杨老师发现了说：“你有什么不懂的，就问我，不要在下面说悄悄话。”一句话说得我面红耳赤。我暗暗下定决心：以后再也不说悄悄话了。

如今，我们取得了好成绩，我们千万不能忘了老师，因为这都是老师培养和鼓励的结果。砀老师，你在我心中就远都是最美丽的，我会就远爱您!

Most children don’t like to go to school, and they just want to enjoy

freedom and hang out for fun all the time. But when I see some kids studying so

hard and their special skills help them to win applause, I realize that I need

to learn some skills so as to win more freedom in the future.

In the happy winter holiday, I learned how to organize their own room, learned to scrambled eggs, but my biggest harvest is to spell out the several independent electronic puzzle, it has taught me can only do one thing care and patience.

I have a lot of large and small electronic puzzle elliptic electronic parts, as long as these parts according to the manual assembly model aircraft can spell out a variety of shapes. Assemble them is not an easy thing, want to have enough care and patience. I took a few parts according to the instruction manual first, but feel to spell out the model of traffic, also wont turn. And then put them down again. Second, I repeat the last spell spell dont like, repeated several times always spell is bad, I feel my patience gradually separated, just put it aside. After see together with me for my mother, and we control instruction to start, bit by bit, originally I got mixed up on the two pieces of similar parts, so spell out modeling is not spinning.

When holding a spell good the first mode shape I am happy, I know whether spell model or do other things, it is not enough to be patient, but also have enough careful.

Then I have to spell out several different kinds of models, feel very with a sense of accomplishment.

在这个愉快的寒假里，我学了如何整理自己的房间，学会了炒鸡蛋，但是我最大的收获是独立拼出好几个电子拼图，它使我懂得了只有细心和耐心才能做好一件事。

我的电子拼图有很多大大小小的椭圆形电子零件，只要将这些零件按照说明书组装就可以拼出各种形状的航模。组装它们不是一件容易的事，要有足够的细心和耐心才行。我先按说明书拿了几个零件拼，可是感觉拼出来的模型歪歪扭扭的，也不会转动。于是就把它们拆掉重新拼。第二次，我重复上次拼拼出来的也还是不像，反复几次总是拼不好，我感觉我的耐心渐渐失散，就把它丢到一边不管了。妈妈看到后说和我一起拼，于是我们对照说明书重新开始，一点一点检查，原来我把两块相似的零件搞混了，所以拼出来的模形是不会转动的。

当拿着拼好的第一个模形时我很开心，我知道不论是拼模型还是做其它事情，光有耐心是不够的，还要有足够的细心才行。

后来我又拼出了好几个各种各样的模型，感觉很有成就感。

I noticed an ad. In the paper today you said you were looking for people to join your expedition team. It sounded as if it might be fun so Im writing to say Id like to come along.

About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money. After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.

Let me know when I can call in for a chat about dates and other details, etc.

我和3个朋友，小舒、小樊和小立约好一起去拜访小学时的班主任，也是我们的大朋友，宋老师。

既然是去拜访，总该准备点什么吧。于是，我提前买了一盒月饼，再过不久就是中秋嘛，一举两得。

中午，吃过午饭，外面还飘着毛毛雨，但这并不会影响什么。我下楼，提上放在保安室的月饼，和3个朋友碰面。他们3人凑钱买了一大篮水果，看起来挺沉的。一路上，3个人还轮着抱。

过了十多分钟，就到了宋老师家。大家都是老朋友，没什么拘束的。在谈天中，甚至还有点“高声喧哗”的味道。我们从梦七落败聊到08奥运，聊了很多。但至于学习方面的，却只是一笔带过——不给我们在学习声任何压力是他的一贯作风。但一转眼，已过了两个多小时，我们在相互道别后，不舍地离开老师家。

回家后，我不由自主地回忆起了小学生活——也许是刚才的拜访，勾起了我的回忆吧

记得那个时候，我还是一个极为胆小的人。就拿老师抽我回答问题来说吧，本来我是完全知道的，但一紧张，嘴巴顿时就结巴了，怎么都吐不出一个字来。同学们又将目光投向我，我便更加不知所措。老师见状，就把我当开小差处理了，那个冤啊，真不是滋味。随后，就是眼泪哗哗流了。直到上了三年级，我遇到了新任班主任宋老师，情况才得到了改变。从第一天他给我们上课时，他就一直拿我们当朋友。这不是说说而已，而是真正付诸了行动的。他知道我胆小，也知道我信心不够，于是，每次上课我都会受到“特殊照顾”，他总是千方百计地“刁难”我，让我回答问题。以至于每次他在提问时，我都是一幅“不会又是我吧”的表情。但后来想想，这是在为我好啊。我因此很感激。这种感激，我想，我不必说，他会懂的。

他也从不在我们面前摆老师架子，他允许我们和他理论，乐意接受我们给他指出错误。让同学给他拿什么东西，他会说“请”，“谢谢”。他先教我们做人，再教我们知识。运动会时，他给我们布置战术，助威打气;家长会时，他让我们上台，面对几十个家长讲话……这些无一不说明，他是我们的朋友，他要让我们学会大胆、学会自信。

这样的好老师，不值得我去尊重吗?

Everybody is afraid of failure, because it means what they do is useless

and they waste their energy and time. But people get the wrong idea about

failure, in fact, failure is also success. If people want to be successful, they

need to take action. Failure at least means people have tried to do, what’s

more, people can learn from their unsuccessful experience, so that they can

improve their methods. Every failure means the closeness of success, we should

take the positive attitude to failure, we can get over it soon and people

finally can get the victory. So when we meet the difficulties, don’t be afraid

of the bad result, just take action.
