“鹤发银丝映日月，丹心热血沃新花”;“令公桃李满天下，何用堂前更种花”;“饮其流者怀其源，学其成时念吾师……”令我印象最深的，莫过于我们的小学语文陈老师。高高的个儿，一颗美人痣如珍珠一般镶嵌在眉心的就是他了。

抑扬顿挫的语调，“手舞足蹈”般的形态，还有那经常板着的一张严肃脸，让人忍俊不禁，仿佛谁欠了他钱似的。陈老师上课不仅仅“照本宣读”，而且会配一些小故事来感化大家，同学们一个都不会在陈老师的课上开小差或打个盹，因为谁都不希望错过那些幽默的小故事，当然，这些故事都与上课有关。

别看陈老师在课上风趣幽默，但他面对我们的作业可是一丝不苟呢!并且他对我们上课的状态十分注重。

有一天，狂风大作，电闪雷鸣，一会儿下起了瓢泼大雨，我的好心情也被大颗的雨滴给砸破了，觉得今天的语文课一点意思也没有。哎!真无聊。对了，我抽屉里的课外书还没看完呢。瞅瞅老师，他正饱含深情地讲着自己的课，估计一时半会儿也顾不到我。鬼使神差，我拿出抽屉里的课外书，津津有味地啃起来。才看了几行字，就觉得有个影子朝我移来，我忘记了自己手上拿着的课外书，抬头望向老师，只见老师用严厉的目光看着我，伸手拿走了我的课外书。我从没看到过老师这种可怕的眼神，被吓得六神无主，双手抽筋，整个人直打哆嗦。等待我的是一句“下课来办公室一下”。此刻的我感觉大冬天被浇了一盆凉水。

下课了，我怀着忐忑不安的心去了办公室。老师只给了我四个字：切勿浮躁。我点了点头，陈老师笑着把书还给了我，拍了拍我的肩，让我在该看的时候再看。原来陈老师也是“刀子嘴，豆腐心”啊!不过“切勿浮躁”这四个字我一定会牢记在心，时时用他鞭策自己。

海水退潮时，把五彩贝壳留在沙滩上，老师却是涨潮的海水，将我们这些“贝壳”推入正轨，驶向远方。我真诚地对老师们说一句：“我爱你们，谢谢你们!”

徐静老师是我们学校的一名年轻的女老师，她是我小学的启蒙老师，一直教到我们现在四年级。

记得刚上一年级的时候，我们胆子都非常小，上课不积极发言，生怕说错了老师批评，有一次，老师提问题叫我们回答，同学们有的迟疑地举起了手，有的刚举上又放下了，有的低着头默默地坐着……这时，徐老师叫我回答，我慢吞吞地站起来，结结巴巴地小声地说了几句，语无伦次，声音小得简直像蚊子哼一样。徐老师亲切地对我说：“别紧张，慢慢说，说错了没关系。”我终于鼓起勇气，响亮又流利地回答了问题。

焦老师很严厉。有一次，我和一个同学上古筝课，我弹错了一个音，焦老师让我们停下来，对我说：“你有一个一弹错了，把它重新弹一遍。”我又弹了一遍，焦老师说：“不行，不行，你这一遍没有强弱变化。”焦老师让我又弹了一遍。这一遍的曲子弹完后，老师的眉头舒展开来，对我笑着说：“这一遍弹得很好，你一定要在家里多练习，不然弹出的曲子错肓很多，会被别人笑话的。”我点了点头在心里想：我在家里一定要好好练琴，不能在有错音出现了。

还有一次，焦老师提了一个问题让我们回答，我和那位同时想了半天也没有想出来，这把求助的目光投向焦老师，可是焦老师说：“仔细再想想。”我们都摇摇头，焦老师不高兴的说：“想不出来就不上课。”后来，我想出了一个答案，但又不确定。这时，焦老师发现了我的异常，别猜到我想到了答案，于是把鼓励的目光投向了我。我小声地说出来，老师很高兴：“对，就是这样，你们以后要认真思考我的题目，我会经常提问哦。”

焦老师弹出的古筝特别美妙动听。那一次，我们上完了古筝课，焦老师那天很开心，对我们说：“我给你们弹一遍《丰收锣鼓》。”老师开始弹奏了，那气势澎湃的曲子让我们好像看见了锣鼓喧天的场面。曲子弹完后，我们都情不自禁地拍手叫好。

这就是我最敬爱的古筝老师。

有人问我，我的理想是什么?我会说当一名老师。因为老师是一个光荣又艰苦的职业，所以我想当一名老师，但是老师要认真，教室里就有好的课堂。做老师的话不要让学生们觉的学习有压力，要跟他们讲讲生活中的种种道理，上课时鼓励同学们积极发言，还要让同学们觉的学习很轻松、快乐，让他们在快乐中学习。

做为老师要把同学们当做温室的花朵，让同学们把老师当做勤劳的园丁。这不是同学们对老师的夸奖吗?但是同学们还是有一半听话的、不听话，要让好学生和不听话的同学坐在一起，这样不听话的同学就会像好同学习。

同学们打架、上课说话、吃东西，老师不要体罚他们因为他们心里不服气，上课不听讲、开小差。所以老师们不要罚他们，要跟他们说这样做是错的要好好改正。
