“敬畏之心”，是一种自我约束，是一种自我监督，更是一种自我鞭策。如果每个人都强调自由，无视规则和纪律的约束，那么破坏规则只是逞一时之快，得到的是众人的鄙夷与内心的不安，当规则消失之时自由也随之消失。因此，遵守规则，敬畏规则，才会有真正意义上的自由。

规则是汹涌的浪涛，让一切试图亵渎它的人束手无策;规则是一轮明月，我们在它的照耀下欣赏社会的美善;规则是芬芳的花朵，让坚守它的人分享到甘甜的蜂蜜。
