吃完饭，我的体力恢复了很多。天依然飘着小雨，我戴上帽子，继续前行。现在开始返回了，没想到才走半个小时就没精打采了。双腿每前进一步都特别沉重，我不停地喘气，来时的轻松感已荡然无存。现在脚上就像涨了钉子似得，一步都走不动了。我不停地给自己打气，坚持、坚持、再坚持。我们迎着寒风，顶着小雨，一直往前走。此时，我又走了5公里，来到了世纪苑。中午吃的东西早就消耗了。现在我才知道，返回比来时累多了。我都怀疑自己能不能走回起了。我和爸爸走走停停，停停歇歇，中途一共休息了五、六次，终于到达了花园酒店(五七站)。已经走了32公里了，现在只剩下最后的8公里了，我累得气喘吁吁，而且还无比得沮丧，这8公里对我来说太难了。我双腿麻木，一屁股坐到地上，不想起来了，爸爸要背我走，可我坚定的拒绝了。妈妈在电话里不停地给我加油、鼓劲，最后关头我不想放弃。

终于走到了家，我感觉小腿和双脚不存在了，根本不听我使唤。拿着我的果元天尊，我都不敢相信自己花了近七个小时走完全程，我真有些佩服我自己。这次的经历让我知道：无论做什么都要坚持，不能轻易放弃，以后遇到什么困难，我都要像这一次一样坚持到底!
