2009全运会在我们山东济南举行，做为一个山东的小学生，我感到无比的骄傲和自豪。全运会是全民健身运动会，小至个人，从小养成爱运动，爱锻炼的好习惯；大至团体，国家，争得荣誉，奖牌，让中国人都有一个强健的体魄。而这正是一个民族强大的象征，中国运动员顽强拼搏的精神更是值得我们学习和发扬。

整个全运会从开幕到闭幕场面宏伟壮观，给人制造了一个个惊喜和奇观。几乎可以与奥运会媲美。我观看的比赛虽然不是很多，可给我印象最深的是连续三届全运会冠军刘翔大哥哥。田径对于中国甚至整个亚洲都是弱项，每次比赛我看到中国选手被远远落在后面，我是又着急，又难过。是刘翔的110米跨栏，为我国取得了史无前例的荣誉。

2008奥运会，刘翔因伤退出比赛，我曾经难过了好几天，我知道这是整个中国的遗憾。可刘翔硬是顶住了压力，忍受了剧痛，在精神上，肉体上双重压力下，凭着顽强的意志和勇气，一路走来，我无法想象他训练时的痛苦和艰难，可他用自己的实力证明了他没有让全国人民失望。连续三届全运会冠军，2004年奥运会冠军，这不能不说是一个奇迹，一个神话。而这段美丽的神话将载入中华民族的史册。
