看些书，做些读书笔记;每天适当的做一些寒假作业;看看新闻，了解一下国家大事、社会新闻;每天运动一下，锻炼自己的身体;去图书馆、科技馆、新华书店等处，获取一些学习的机会，拓宽自己的视野;帮爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事……

看书。为了能让自己看一些有益的书，我早早的来到书店。书店里的书各种各样，我挑选了一些我爱看的书，把家里的书柜装得满满的。这样就不怕没书看了。我又跑到文具店里买了一本厚厚的、漂亮的笔记本，在寒假里，我一定要把它写得满满的。

运动。运动是健康的来源，可以加强我们的心肺功能;可以帮助我们防止骨质疏松;可以缓和并控制我们的情绪……每天运动三小时，锻炼自己的身体。跳绳、踢毽、短跑、长跑……每天做一项运动，让自己的身体变得更健康。

帮爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事。帮妈妈洗洗碗、扫扫地，在妈妈感到劳累时，给妈妈泡一杯茶，让妈妈休息一会，代替妈妈做会儿。爸爸白天工作累了，回到家，给爸爸捶捶背、捶捶腿……

……

这就是我的寒假计划，不错吧?

When people start to set the goal, they will think about the result immediately, of course they want to get the best result. Which is more important, health or wealth? When given this question, different people have varied answers. Some insist that health plays a more important role in our life, while others see more advantages arising from wealth.

健康和财富，哪个更重要?当这个问题被提出来的时候，不同的人有不同的答案。有些人坚持认为，在我们生活中，健康扮演者更为重要的角色，然而其他人认为健康能带给我们更多利益。

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine oclock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didnt arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFCs door. I havent seen them for a year. And in a year, we didnt come into contact with others frequently. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. After we greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last for tow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today!
