时态：故事性文章一般用过去时，其中表达感受时可用现在时。

如果句中出现了时间状语，时态则要遵循时间状语。

如ago，last…——过去时

二、找全信息点，紧扣主题，突出重点

切忌只看表格中或所列1、2、3中的信息点。一定把题读全，找齐信息点，建议用铅笔标出，写完后再涂掉。

三、成文时表述正确，文字流畅

切忌与汉语提示的一一对应，使用所学表达方法将语义表达出来即可。

文中正确使用两三个好的句型，如：宾语从句、状语从句、动名词做主语等。

宾语从句举例：I believe Tianjin will be more beautifulandprosperous。

状语从句举例：If everyone does something for the environment， ourhometown will become clean and beautiful。

动名词做主语举例：Reading books in the sun is bad for our eyes。

It’s bad for our eyes to read books in the sun。

常用状语从句句型：

五、认真检查，检查信息点是否全面，时态、人称是否一致，句子结构是否清晰，短语使用、单词拼写是否准确等。

检查后，将草稿誊写在纸上，请注意按结构分段，书写清晰。

我国公民的健康素养水平较低不容轻视。这种较低水平，反映在基本健康知识和理念普遍存在较大缺失，健康生活方式与行为普遍做得远远不够，维护健康的基本技能普遍欠缺。就拿安全用药来说，不少老百姓不遵医嘱、不按说明书、盲目用药等误区普遍存在。中国科协也曾对27个省区市城乡居民安全用药问题进行调查，结果显示，87%的受访者曾有自我药疗的经历、69%看不懂药品说明书、36%表示在自我药疗时出现过失误。这都是健康素养欠缺的外显。

然而健康素养对于每个人的重要性不言而喻。影响每个个体健康与否，虽然有遗传、自然和社会环境因素，但最重要的决定因素，却是每个个体的基本健康知识和理念、生活方式与行为、维护健康的基本技能。有专家研究发现，健康素养对每个人的健康影响力占到60%，一个人的体质比较好，多半还是因为他的生活比较规律，平时生活比较健康养成的。而一些老年人病多，要吃的药特别多，不合理用药反而诱发其他疾病。可见，健康素养对每个人何等重要。

4、以概括的方式来开头

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

书信我们分为两部分：信封和内容。

1、信封的写法。

英语信封正面的左上角，写发信人的姓名和地址。在信封的正面中央偏左一点，写收信人的地址和姓名。

英语信封上的地点名称由小到大，视其长短可占二至五行不等。

寄信人只写姓名，不写头衔。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上头衔，以示礼貌和尊敬。对于没有官衔和学衔的人士，通常在姓名前写上Mr., Mrs.,或Ms.。

2、内容。
