时间过得飞快，眨眼间，开学的第一次月考已经结束了。

4.注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，每个学校都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。初学阶段一定要注意激发培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高人平。

5.注重课堂“时效性 ”，在优化课堂组织教学、合理设计教学活动，加大训练强度和密度的基础上，注重因材施教、分层教学。既要使大多数学生掌握好基础的知识与技能，同时注重知识的扩展和规律性知识的总结与归纳，让好学生也能获得充分的发展。

6.加强听力训练，营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练，坚持用英语组织教学，尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调，多听英、美人士的录音材料。

我从未考得这样糟糕过，我仔细分析了一下考试考不好的原因：

1. 失去信心

“不知道怎么回事，一上数学课就觉得没劲，但又觉得自己应该认真听讲，所以有些惧怕。上数学课感觉心里很烦躁，上课效率也减半了。”

“多次以来，数学考试成绩都很不如意，我对数学失去信心了。甚至开始害怕数学，有时也对老师产生一种莫名的害怕。”

2. 不努力，不认真

“上课没有好好抓进课堂四十分钟的时间，课后没有好好复习，做作业马马虎虎，课外辅导书更是没有认真做过，纯属应付。”

3. 知识点梳理不够

“我固然做到了学，但没有做到想，甚至从来不思考。”

“我现在终于发现思路、思维比解题更重要。”

4. 时间不够

“当我决定中午问老师问题时，可不巧，英语老师来了!而且整整三节晚自修家作都来不及做，更何况解决疑难呢?”

5. 不能、不会问问题

“还是和以前一样，有问题没有问老师，因为我怕我问的问题太简单，可能由于这样想，使我的困难越积越厚，可我就是不敢问。有这心，没这胆。”

6. “失误”不断

“每次考试我都很紧张。又是一个很简单的题目或式子我也看很多遍，如12 + 36 = 48我都要算两遍，就怕算错。”

事情过了好久了，好在我这次期末又扳了回来，耶!我要做到胜不骄，败不馁!!!加油，孟德君!!!!

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

今天，数学月考成绩出来了。看到自己可怜的分数，我感到很内疚。因为我作为班长、大队委，在学习方面没有给同学们做到好的榜样，没有起到模范带头的作用。而且，我失分的题都是一些简单的计算题。

当你问起我为什么 错时，你们肯定会猜到我要说：因为马虎。但是我不会这样说，反而会说：知识掌握得不牢固。老师教了许多做题的方法，而我却用超常的思路解决一些简单的题，导致了错误。

月考结果出来了，让我大吃一惊。我原以为差得太差，看到成绩单却知道又破了记录，成了班里第二名。

英语和历史考的太不尽如人意。历史居然挂科，这让我和我最爱的人情何以堪?他说很惭愧，因为没把我教好。其实我觉得还是在我自己，如果我真的把知识点都很牢固地掌握了，那么即使走神即使谈恋爱我也应该都能做对。没有做对，而且错了那么多的题，扣了那么多的分，归根结底还是因为我学的不扎实。

其实谈恋爱和学习并不冲突。之所以家长老师反对谈恋爱，都是因为谈恋爱会分心，影响学习。其实，只要处理好了学习和爱情之间的关系，还是有利于成长的。

每次考试，都是因为英语太差，拉我的后腿。对于我来说，英语就是短板。像木桶效应，只要英语提不上去，我就永远无法拔尖。数学是我的优势，可毕竟只是半边天，要想打天下，我绝对不能太偏科。这段时间，我不能再急于求成，想全面的提高所有方面。我要抓住重点，找清提分点，比如听力和完形填空，平时做完作业集中练习，多练习，多巩固，多背多记。

历史实在太差，选择题错了一半，要知道，若是高考，一道选择题4分，多错一道题都是要命的差距，而这类题都是细节的考察，要找准思路，多细心一点。

至于地理和政治，则多在于平时。地理更偏向于理科思维，地图是地理的心脏，平时要多看地图多记，多分析。不要抓细枝末节，不要刻意钻牛角尖，要从大的方面去学习，最好与实际联系在一起。其实我们所学的东西，都是为生活服务的。那些看似空虚苍白的东西，都是将来我们抢夺社会资源的依靠和资本。

百分之二十的人占有世界百分之八十的资源，百分之八十的人要去抢夺那百分之二十的资源。而我，恰恰属于这百分之八十的人之一。

所以，为了将来能生活得好，现在要更加努力。什么时候都不该动摇这个学习的想法。

if i were to live my life over again, i would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. i would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. it only needs early cultivation to become a power.

当我们遇到困难的时候，要勇往直前，因为困难像弹簧你弱它就强，你强它就弱；遇到挫折的时候不要灰心，不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹？遇到失败的时候不要放弃，失败乃成功之母，每次成功后付出的努力是常人的两倍。这是个月考，考得好还是差?我怀着忐忑不安的心情来到学校。

坐在教室里，我的心都要蹦出来了像十五个吊桶打水——七上八下。成绩如期公布，犹如晴天霹雳。怎么会这样考这么点，何况每科多加了二十分。这次怎么会比小学毕业考试考的还少？难道老师改错了？可并不是我想的那样，我难过的差点想哭。

语文怎么才75分？一定是自己哪里做的不好。这次月考的主要用于30%是紧张!每面临一次考试，我就紧张得差点犯心脏病。把以前学过的全忘了还有一方面就是粗心，我打从小学开始，粗心这个坏朋友就一直伴随着我直到中学，我竟完全不知道!直到这次月考发下来的试卷。做得那叫一个惨不忍睹。所以我要改掉粗心，走向细心。书写要写好，不能再涂涂改改的。考试的时候，没掌握好时间，当别人写完作文的时候，我竞才开始做阅读。结果我急急忙忙的先把作文给写好了，做完了整张试卷时，才发现居然还有半个多小时。我没把握好这半个多小时，只以为是认为自己能考高分。认为自己的答案有很多都是对的。以后只记得以后要多看书一个星期必须看完三本书，以前有时一个月看书的时间十分钟都不到，想想以前我肠子都悔青了。这次的语文分数是我最差的一次。下次一定要考86分以上。

数学的绝大部分是粗心，算下来，因为粗心，我最少失了二十分，今后我一定改掉这个坏毛病，下次考个好成绩。

英语也是粗心造成的，太紧张了，结果赶不上其他同学才考了100分。

今后必须多看书，无论干什么都要细心，不紧张。告别差成绩走向好成绩

“叮铃铃”随着数学月考结束的铃声，我长长地呼出一口气：紧张的月考终于结束了!教室里似乎凝固了一天的空气终于稍稍有了一点流通。同学们有的对答案，一会儿眉开眼笑，一会儿捶胸顿足，真是形态各异!有的似乎想抛开这恼人的考试,兴奋地冲出教室去游戏!而我,心里七上八下的,既不敢对答案,也不敢大呼小叫去运动,在座位上默默祈祷着能考个好成绩.

月考第二天第四课,英语老师满面春风地走进教室,我高兴地想:看来这次我们一定考得不错.因为平时英语老师每次走进我们教室可都是没有任何表情的我正开心时,老师开始报分数了“帅昊天95分,苏晨靓97分,宋琦玥……”我的心似乎已跳到喉咙口了, “91分!”我惊呆了,本以为最差也能拿到95分的我,这次只考了91分!昨天我还对妈妈吹牛说这次英语特简单,我准拿100分呢!现在的成绩,这怎么向妈妈交待呀!

今天可真是雪上加霜,语文也只考了93分,有许多不该错的连自己也大跌眼镜.就说改错别字吧!一下子就错了两个,还有写成语一项,一下子就被扣了4分,这都怪我平时看书不仔细,走马观花,好词好句不多看几遍,这下又要挨妈妈的唠叨了!

数学,也别提了,在四年级时数学可是我的强项，这次却名落孙山滑到了中上游。这是因为在考试时，没有认真思考，才会把本应该用简便方法运算的题，做复杂了，仔细一想：才发现错得多么幼稚，多么可笑。

语文、数学、英语这都不太理想，所幸，以后的路还很长，我一定要针对自己的薄弱环节认真阅读，细心思考!我要象龟兔赛跑中的乌龟学习，学习它那坚持不懈的精神，学习它永远向前的品质，争创最佳成绩。不让爸爸妈妈、老师失望!

suppose someone gave you a pen - a sealed, solid-colored pen. you couldnt see how much ink it had. it might run dry after the first few tentative words or last just long enough to create a masterpiece (or several) that would last forever and make a difference in the scheme of things. you dont know before you begin. under the rules of the game, you really never know. you have to take a chance!

actually, no rule of the game states you must do anything. instead of picking up and using the pen, you could leave it on a shelf or in a drawer where it will dry up, unused. but if you do decide to use it, what would you do with it? how would you play the game? would you plan and plan before you ever wrote a word? would your plans be so extensive that you never even got to the writing? or would you take the pen in hand, plunge right in and just do it, struggling to keep up with the twists and turns of the torrents of words that take you where they take you? would you write cautiously and carefully, as if the pen might run dry the next moment, or would you pretend to believe that the pen will write forever and proceed accordingly?

and of what would you write: of love? hatred? fun? misery? life? death? nothing? or everything? would you write to please just yourself, or others, or yourself by writing for others? would your strokes be tremblingly timid or brilliantly bold? fancy with a flourish or plain? would you even write? once you have the pen, no rule says you have to write. would you sketch? scribble? doodle or draw? would you stay in or on the lines, or see no lines at all, even if they were there? or are they? theres a lot to think about here, isnt there?
