理想的护士是医院的好员工。每一名护士都是医院的一份子，应该具有较强的集体荣誉感和团队精神。平时，要加强学习，提高自身的专业技能和综合素质，注重医院的形象，团结同事，关心医院的建设和发展。医院就是一个大家庭，一个好护士要知道爱这个家庭，除了要做好本职工作，更应该做好医院的主人翁，关心医院的利益，为这个大家庭的发展贡献自己的一点微薄力量。

理想的护士应该得到满意的报酬。当今社会，大多企事业单位都很注重“以人为本”这样一个理念，在医院里，它大多体现医务工作者对病人的服务至上。比如要关爱病人，强调整体护理，人文关怀。
