老师们，同学们，大家好！

我演讲的题目是：保护环境，从小做起。

同学们，环保知识你们了解多少，知道多少？保护环境是人类有意识地保护自然资源并使其得到合理利用，防止自然环境受到污染和破坏。环境遭破坏的原因有许多，有人为原因，也有自然原因。不过大多数是人们乱砍乱伐，乱扔垃圾等因素。

近几年，因为人类大量砍伐树木、破坏环境，使植被遭到破坏，造成了土地沙漠化、水土流失等现象。树木也渐渐减少，于是，二氧化碳无法吸收，大量的二氧化碳使空气变得温暖，就造成了世界上目前出现的状况：气温逐渐增高。

然而，造成这个现象的原因是什么呢？我们人类为了自己的生存、为了自己生活的更好，不顾地球母亲的身体。工厂里乱排放污水，烟囱冒着浓浓黑烟，乱砍伐森林树木，浪费资源……使清澈的河水变得浑浊，茂密的森林变得狼狈不堪，蔚蓝的天空变得灰暗，碧绿的青山变得光秃秃。所以，使江河附近的水土流失，造成了洪水这个现象。泥石流、森林火灾、动物绝迹、水源严重缺乏等一连串的灾害接二连三，使我们的地球母亲难以承受。这都是人们自作自受的后果，损失了这么多，我们能怪谁呢？还不是怪我们自己，我们每一个人都有一份责任，毕竟，地球是我们大家共同的。

这些年来，我们国家也受到了严重的环境污染，特大沙尘暴在我国一次又一次发生，它将会掩埋草地、吞毁家园，严重地影响了人民的生活，使我们难以生存。绿色的草地将会变成沙漠，大树将会永远卧倒在地，而我们也不会快乐生活：幸福没有了，亲人没有了，连我们赖以生存的地球也会在茫茫宇宙中粉碎，就像玻璃摔在地上一样。然而这不仅是沙尘暴带来的灾难。

每当4月22日，这是地球的节日，至今已经30年了，就因为"三废"污染（废水、废气、废渣）和"十大污染"，每年造成了全世界部分人患病、残废、甚至死亡。然而，白色污染已经有了自由，它在天空中胡作非为，把空气和臭氧层的衣服扎破，他让沙漠上的沙子飞得永远不得停息，搅乱了人民的生活。大自然不敢与它作对，匆匆忙忙的离开了人们。

同学们，我们离不开赖以生存的地球，共同的命运把我们联系在一起，大自然多么盼望它能回到家园，地球母亲把重任托付在人类的身上，因为只有我们才能挽回地球和人类的幸福：让绿色不再叹息，大自然不再哭泣，让地球母亲的伤痕消失，让明天的地球更加美丽、坚强、可爱！

在阳光明媚、初夏来临的季节，我们迎来了又一个"5.12"国际护士节。今天，当我们又一次团聚在自己的节日里，我们每个人的心中都涌动着一股无言的欣喜：因为我们有幸成为一名白衣天使，成为护理战线上朝气蓬勃的生力军。

自从护理先驱南丁格尔女士提着一盏小马灯点燃生命之光，使我们拥有一个共同的名字——‘白衣天使’。是我们用勤劳的双手和博大的爱心，让无数的人们认可了我们的工作，‘天使’的背后却有着鲜为人知的苦和累，众所周知，我们的工作辛苦，没有双休日的概念，而且是冬冷夏热的三班倒工作，生物钟紊乱。每天在白色的病房里奔波，年复一年重复着单调枯燥的工作;在白班夜班的频繁交替中，我们走过了清纯的少女时代，脸上刻下了岁月的痕迹;节假日远离外面的欢声笑语和亲人的守望，坚守在病房。虽然我们平时做的是一件件微不足道的小事，而且还会碰到委屈和不理解，但是每当抢救危重病人成功，从患者家属脸上的笑容，我体会到一种满足，从病人来时的愁容满脸，到走时的眉开笑意中，我找到了自己的价值，我体会到了平凡中的伟大，选择了这一行，我无怨无悔!

有人说，急诊科的工作最脏，最累，这些我们都有可以克服，最让我们感觉委屈的是病人的责难，记得那天是我科一个姓夏的姐妹在上夜班，当时来了个醉酒如泥的患者，脾气异常暴躁，陪他的人给他仅仅挂个号之后就离开了，值班护士小夏不仅要帮他取药缴费，而且还要给他端盆接呕吐物，给他输液送药时他大发雷霆，躁狂之下，砸碎了我们科的窗玻璃，还一拳打在了小夏的身上。对于这些，小夏没有丝毫抱怨，没有退缩，更没有不理不睬，而是擦掉委屈的泪水，主动寻找办法帮助，嘘寒问暖，悉心照料，第二天，病人清醒后，主动向小夏承认了自己错误。

表达了深深歉意，并感谢昨夜她的辛苦陪伴。比大地更广阔的是海洋，比海洋更广阔的是天空，比天空更广阔的是心灵，作为一名护士，我们要拥有博大的胸怀，纵使受了委屈，我们的脸上依然挂着灿烂的微笑，我们知道：这微笑是阳光，能减轻病人的疼痛;这微笑是雨露，能滋润患者的心灵;这微笑是翅膀，承载了千万个家庭健康平安的希望!

朋友们，如果我们的医院是一棵参天大树，我们则是与树干息脉相连的片片绿叶;如果救死扶伤的事业是一条奔腾不息的河流，我们则是激流中悄悄绽放的朵朵浪花;如果说护理工作是战场，我们急诊科护士就是先锋队，冲在阵地的最前沿。

不知不觉中，已在神经内科工作了将近半年，作为医院的优质护理示范病房，我深深地体会着：用心护理，收获微笑与感动。

场景1： 新患者入院，责任护士首先为其递上一杯温开水，将患者带至病房，然后详细地向患者及家属介绍病区环境，住院应该要注意的事项，微笑地解答患者及家属的疑惑与顾虑，患者紧绷的眉头开始有些许舒展。

场景2：卫生员阿姨在拖走廊的地面，一爷爷行走经过，护士看见了微笑着提醒：“爷爷，您需要帮忙么，慢点走，小心地面滑。”爷爷会心一笑，“小护士，谢谢你的提醒!”虽然只是一个微笑，一句微不足道的提醒，却拉近了护士与患者之间的距离护士节征文用心护理，优质服务

而在我的身边，也有着这样平凡的英雄。我妈妈是一名药剂师，在这个特殊的时期，除了医院几乎所有的店铺都关门了，但是药店却依然开门营业着。妈妈冒着随时被感染的风险依然坚守在工作岗位上。每天，妈妈都要为大家提供口罩、消毒用品和其他常用需求的药品。要对每个进店的顾客测量体温，对体温异常的顾客及时提醒他们去医院检查。来药店的人特别多，大家的情绪也比较焦躁，妈妈和同事们的工作压力格外大。忙碌了一天回来，第一件事就是消毒、洗漱。这就是一位平凡的药剂师在疫情期间所奉献的一份力量。

我的舅妈是中医院的一名护士，从大年初一到现在，一直坚守在医护岗位上。我的舅舅是一名路政工作人员，从正月初三到现在，一直在公路卡点执勤。我的表弟已经二十多天没有见到他的爸爸妈妈了。我的舅舅舅妈也是在平凡岗位上抗击疫情的英雄。
