理想的护士是医院的好员工。每一名护士都是医院的一份子，应该具有较强的集体荣誉感和团队精神。平时，要加强学习，提高自身的专业技能和综合素质，注重医院的形象，团结同事，关心医院的建设和发展。医院就是一个大家庭，一个好护士要知道爱这个家庭，除了要做好本职工作，更应该做好医院的主人翁，关心医院的利益，为这个大家庭的发展贡献自己的一点微薄力量。

理想的护士应该得到满意的报酬。当今社会，大多企事业单位都很注重“以人为本”这样一个理念，在医院里，它大多体现医务工作者对病人的服务至上。比如要关爱病人，强调整体护理。

I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel.

Gulangyu — A fairyland in the world

Gulangyu is a small island of Xiamen. It’s like a garden on the water. Cars and buses are not allowed to drive there, which makes the island so quiet that music played on the piano and violin can be heard.

Here the sky and the sea clearly meet on the horizon. When standing at the top of the Sunshine Rock, you can see much of the landscape of Xiamen, and when standing at its foot, you can gaze at the beautiful garden that surrounds it.

Gulangyu produces bananas, coconuts, sugar cane and so on. The people here, warm, simple and hardworking, are making every effort to make the island more beautiful and they hope to welcome more visitors in the future.

自从南丁格尔那盏小马灯照亮无数伤残战士生命的那一克起,便有无数巾帼志士受到那生命光辉的感召,纷纷放弃优越的生活来到各个需要帮助的人们身边,承担起守护健康守护生命的神圣使命.她们用勤劳的双手和博大的爱心,将人类的至真,至善,至美发挥到了极至,一如春风吹遍世界的每个角落.

我们的职业是被人尊称的"白衣天使",也许只有同行们才清楚这天使背后的苦和累.工作对我们的要求是苛刻的.白大褂一穿,什么情绪和烦恼都得抛得远远的.在医院消毒水的气味中,我们走过了清纯的少女时代;从血淋淋的伤口边我们走过了炙热的青春年华;在白色的氛围中送走了无数个宁静的夜晚;在爱人的期待和孩子的埋怨中把自己奉献给了一个个伤痛病人.众所周知我们的工作辛苦,没有固顶的节假日;没有固顶休息时间.工作琐碎,责任重大.有的护士还需要跟麻风患者,精神病患者,传染病患者打交道.我们默默无闻的付出了很多.然而我们却经常遇到委屈和误解.但我们无怨无悔.因为我们深知服务对象是一个个需要人帮助和同情,在病痛中苦苦挣扎的病人.

"医生的嘴护士的腿",不说别的,就是一个晚上,上急诊班的夜班护士全部走下来的就有四五十里路.腿都跑肿了.也许您不相信,但是请您看看护士姐妹们小腿上那盘曲的静脉曲张,您就明白了.在急诊科曾有一件这样真实的事情:下午快下班了,几声长笛送来了十几名乘坐小公共汽车出车祸的外伤病人.白班的护士都主动地留了下来,有条不紊地进行着抢救.直到晚上十点才回家.当饿着肚子拖着疲惫身体的小王问:"护士长,我们忙乎了一大顿却遭来一顿臭骂,那个醉汉还差点打着您!"护士长却大度地说:"那对小夫妻新婚燕儿,丈夫看到心爱的妻子伤得那么重,心里太焦急,加上又喝了酒.咱们就不要和他计较了."象五一这样的长假,大家都留恋在如画的山水和浓浓的亲情中时,我们的急诊科却经常发生着这样的事情.

记得有一件事情我终生都难忘.当时,我为一名气管切开的患者做处置时.他气管套管里不时喷出的血溅了我一身一脸,空气中弥漫着臭味和血腥味.我真有点支撑不住的感觉,可是我忽然间看到,不能开口说话的病人做了一个动作,一个我终生都难忘的动作——病人费力地合拢手指做成作揖状,眼睛紧盯着我,满是无声的感激.那一刻,我被病人感动了,被我的工作感动了,感到这点委屈真的不算什么!

我想您一定不认识我，我是杭州市临安区晨曦小学的一名普通的六年级学生，我的父亲在某种意义上是您的同事。在一个偶然的机会下，我从父亲的口中得知了您的英雄事迹，我只想说：秀娟阿姨，好样的。在现在这个平静的，没有纷争的世纪里，疾病才是我们最大的敌人，而我们的“战士”，“军队”就是由无数个像您这样的，满腹"医论"的人所组成的。特别是今年的新型肺炎无数的逆行者脱颖而出，现如今，武汉等一些地方爆发疾病，无数地区优秀的医生护士纷纷赶往一线城市。当然，您也是其中一个，但是在临安，只有您一个，您是我们临安的骄傲，在我心目中，你就是最美的逆行者。

您是一个女儿，是一个妻子，更是一位母亲，面对数百名主动请缨与武汉的人中，您脱颖而出，不仅仅是因为您的这份勇气，还有平时的工作与日常，您的同事对于您去武汉的事说这既是意料之外，又是情理之中。您认真仔细，不马马虎虎，性格内敛，工作上更是踏实负责，您在区人民医院ICU护士岗位上兢兢业业15年。您业务能力突出，仪器设备操作熟练，想必对于患者更是照顾有加。

胡向华同志强调，此次出征是代表临安区卫健系统，您充分发扬"一方有难，八方支援"的大爱精神，服从组织安排和管理，展现临安卫健人的风貌，在完成医疗任务的同时，也请您一定要做好自身防护，平安归来!

自从杭州市临安区人民医院的官网上发布了您出征武汉的消息后，评论区里无一不是对您的夸赞与希望，希望您能平安凯旋归来，您是临安的好儿女，大家虽然跟您素不相识，但都为你骄傲。您是一个天使，也是一位十分勇敢的人。我为我现在能为您写信深感自豪，倍感荣幸。在现在这个国家危难之时，我们能做的只是在家好好待着，不出门，如果能有帮得到您们的，我们一定义不容辞。

Today is Father’s Day. I got up early and I cooked breakfast for my father.

First, I boiled some water in the pot and cooked eggs and noodles in it for a

few minutes. Then I cut up some vegetables and meat, put them in another pot of

hot soup. Finally, I put the noodles in the big bowl, added eggs, meat,

vegetables and some salt. My father had the noodles happily. He said it was

delicious. I felt proud and happy, too. From now on, I will help my parents do

more housework. I hope my parents are in good health forever.
