I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before

I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel.

Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a

人体的运动系统是由骨骼、关节、肌肉组成，经常参加长跑运动，提高关节的灵活性；有效的提高肌肉的力量和耐力。

冬季长跑可以重新塑造完美体形、体态长跑属于有氧代谢运动，在运动中需要大量的氧和营养物质来供给人体运动的需要，在运动中多余的脂肪被消耗掉就能使得原本臃肿肥胖的体形得到改善，达到重新塑造体形的效果。

在冬季长跑中由于受到季节温度和环境的影响会遇到很多的困难，如天气寒冷，空气干燥都是对人在跑步时形成的自然困难因素，在这样的环境中锻炼一方面在锻炼体质，另一方面也是对人的意志品质的锻炼。

The boy students in our clawere preparing to run for monitor. Hearing the news, we girls were full of iaterest and curiosity. We were in bigh spirits and went to listen to their competltive speech. We decided to put our sacred vote to the most suitable person after careful consideration.

The first one who stood up to speak was Yin Xing, who was very active in physical and recreational activities. He pledged to enrich our school life by leading us in singing and dancing and playing games.

The second speaker was Tong Sheng, who was smart and ceonomical and good at planning, He said be would arrange fox our budget in claactivities.

The speeches went on. My eyes fell on Jiang Xin, who sat in a corner, listening attentively. That boy was quiet and always readyto help others in their studies. He could play basketball and dance gracefully. I asked him why he did not run for monitor. He said he was no good. Hearing us talking, someone shouted,"Jiang Xin, why not join in and run for monitor?" Jiang Xin stood up. embarrassed,"I am no good. If anyone is in need of me, I am ready to help. Thats all."

The time had come for us to count the votes. And to my delight ,Jiang Xin received the most votes and was elected monitor.

The Culture of China is home to one of the worlds oldest and most complex civilizations. China boasts a history rich in over 5,000 years of artistic, philosophical, political, and scientific advancement. Though regional differences provide a sense of diversity, commonalities in language and religion connect a culture distinguished by such significant contributions such as Confucianism and Taoism. Confucianism was the official philosophy throughout most of Imperial Chinas history and strongly influenced other countries in East Asia. Mastery of Confucian texts provided the primary criterion for entry into the imperial bureaucracy.

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western cultures.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups. Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family. Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy, the central government has increased investment in minority areas and accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers, and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

我的妈妈是个美丽、善良的护士。

也许从生下来我就闻惯了她身上那股淡淡的来苏水味，所以在她的怀里我总是笑得很甜，睡得很香。

由于工作的关系，所以妈妈经加班和上夜班，每当我半夜醒来，发现妈妈不在，爸爸就会告诉我：“妈妈又有手术去加班了”。

有一次，爸爸出差了，那天晚上还下着大雨，妈妈上夜班，就把我带到医院值班室，这时来了一个急救病人，妈妈让我一个人先睡，我一个感觉到非常害怕，我当时真恨妈妈只顾别人不管我。

让我印象最深刻的是今年3月10日盈江发生了5。8级地震的那一天，救护车的声音整天响个不停，把盈江受伤的人不断送到县医院来抢救。那天妈妈从早上到晚上都没有回过家，连续了好几天，我都没有见过妈妈。

后来，我才知道，因为伤员太多，妈妈和医院里的许多叔叔阿姨们连续加班抢救伤员，饿了吃口盒饭。累了，坐在椅子上休息一会儿。几天的时间，抢救了几十位病人的生命。当妈妈满身疲倦回到家中，还没跟我说上一句话，就倒下床睡着了。当我和爸爸一起到医院，看到每一位伤好出院的病人时，我为妈妈感到骄傲。

妈妈，您是我们家的骄傲，您安心地工作吧!

20__年，注定意义非凡，对于每个孩子来说亦是如此。

疫情面前，如何陪伴好孩子，是“宅在家”的每一位父母绕不开的话题。有父母自创形式百样的趣味休闲活动，与孩子一起度过亲子时光;有父母趁此为孩子讲一讲敬畏自然的重要性……其实，父母做好防范，自觉遵守防控各项要求，就无形中为孩子树立起榜样。平日里许多父母希望能够找到培养孩子社会责任感的“灵丹妙药”，让孩子成为最好的自己，在这段特殊的时光里，告诉孩子在家里做些什么可以来支持疫情防控，向身边坚守岗位的叔叔阿姨表达祝福和敬意，就是对感恩与担当意识的一种唤醒。

对于冲锋在一线，需要坚守岗位的父母来说，孩子是最坚实的“铠甲”。有多少奋战在防控一线的“逆行者”，内心同样有犹豫与畏惧，但他们更想成为那个“孩子们心中最勇敢的爸爸/妈妈”。“想到女儿，我们就充满了力量”“保护好居民群众不受病毒的侵害，就是保护了我的女儿”……简简单单的朴素话语，道出无数为人父母者的心声，流露出“逆行者”的侠骨柔情。SARS肆虐的时候，许多孩子懵懵懂懂，被全社会小心翼翼地守护着;如今，众多“90后”“95后”挺进防控一线，反过来兢兢业业地守护家人和世界。当年的被守护者，成为今天的“逆行者”，这样一种身份的转变，这样一种爱与责任的传递，让人对“保护好孩子，就是呵护希望和未来”有着更为深入和动情的认知。

珍惜健康、做好公民、敬畏自然、懂得担当，是我们抗击疫情的“良方”，也是人生路上至为珍贵的.财富。此时此刻，每一位父母都可以通过以身作则、循循善诱，来将这些美好品质传递给孩子。在这个意义上，每一位父母，都可以是孩子眼中驱除疫情的“英雄”。

应对疫情，信心比黄金还珍贵，从孩子们的眼中，我们常常能感知这熠熠闪光的希望。抗击疫情，驱逐寒冬，守护春天。等疫情消除，春暖花开的时候，自信、无畏、感恩等充满温情与责任的气息，将流淌入孩子的心间。我们对此深信不疑，且充满期待。
