Traffic safety is everybody＇s business. Records show that every year a lot of people die in traffic accidents. Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, and could be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn as they wish without giving signals. Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. While we may have previously regarded ourselves as equal to the trials that lie ahead, we reach a point at which they near and our anxiety begins to mount. But anxiety is not rational in nature, which means that in most cases we cannot work through it using logic as our only tool. Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. 我的护理成长路

理想中“人类灵魂的工程师”变成了现实中的“白衣天使”让我不免有些失落。不同的社会分工对于我们这样的普通人来说无非都是为了生活。就这样在平淡中过着忙碌而充实的日子，在习惯的程序中做着自己该做的工作。虽然经常能听到人们称呼我们白衣天使，但在我的心中却并没有太多波澜。因为受富群是医师的影响，从小我的生活色彩便是白色，尽管是乡镇卫生院，但父亲却是位不折不扣的医师。从助理医师到医师再到主治医师，父亲是一步一个脚印走过来的。从我记事起，我的乐园便是父亲所在的医院。我家家教甚严，在我的印象中，从小跟着父亲背诵汤头歌，我的玩具是止血钳，慢慢地后来学会了换吊瓶，静脉穿刺，测量生命体征。耳濡目染这么多年，在上护校前我已经学会了护理工作的基本功，这让我在后来的工作中更加得心应手。

毕业后，我去了县医院工作，被分到心内科任助理护士。在心内科工作和学习的日子里，我体验到了护理工作前所未有的艰辛与无助护士节征文我的护理成长路

在后来的工作中，护士长不时会抽考我科室里常用药的作用、规格、剂型、注意事项等，还经常教我看心电图。每天不定时的抽考、抽背。时间长了，我也习惯了这样的工作环境，为了不被她问得词穷，我常常逼迫自己翻阅专科书籍。因为这是在心内科，不同于其他科室，这要求我们医护人员更加谨言慎行。记得当时自己单独上的第一个晚班，14台心电监护，近十个病危的患者，我在病房来来回回跑了一个晚上，忙了一个晚上，没歇过一口气，到最后还要加班，我也适应了这样的工作状态。

后来，我因为个人原因最后还是离开了县医院，离开前，护士长第一次表扬了我，我感动的像个孩子似的在她怀里哭了，不是因为她的赞誉，而是因为我觉得自己所有的努力都得到了领导的肯定，这是我的安慰。我为自己之前顶撞她而深深道歉，她也只是笑了笑摇摇头，说只当我是个孩子。最后，护士长只交待了我一句话：永远做最谦虚的人。我牢牢将这句话刻在了我的心里。

回想过往，我除了对护士长有份愧疚之外，更多的是感激。感谢她在我刚走上护理岗位时给我当头棒喝，她用严谨的工作作风磨平了我的棱角，让我面对未来的激流迎难而上，乘风破浪!
