我们无论做什么事，都需要有一份责任心，天下无难事，只怕有心人，一份工作，并不是努力去做就不难，更重要的是一份责心！但是要怎么样才算是有责任心呢？就是我们每位员工在自己的工作岗位上竭尽全力，做好每一件小事。譬如我是邮政一名普通员工，我的工作职责是代收电话费、水电费、收寄包裹等。我的工作要求我以客户为中心，认真做好业务范围内的服务工作，让顾客满意。客户事情无小事，必须尽力尽责。因为不尽职，事绝对做不好，我们工作做不好，就直接影响到客户感知，容易引起客户强烈的不满，进而也会影响我们开展工作。例如在100次的任务中，我们完成了99次，可能会骄傲的说成功率是99%，但是顾客得到的1%却是100%的不满意！这就要求我们带着强烈的责任心，

自觉约束，担当起责任。

责任心它也是是一种担当，一种约束，一种动力，一种魅力。一个人有了责任心才能实现自己的承诺；有了责任心才能够正视困难勇往直前；有了责任心才能够得到别人的尊重，塑造高尚人格。每天前来邮政办业务的人很多，前台的工作更是纷乱繁杂，为做好客户的工作，我们此时需要有一份责任心，一份在繁忙之中保持一颗永恒的心，对每一个客户微笑，耐心回答客户的问题，认真完成每一单业务。客户的满意是对我们工作最大的认可，也是我们拥有责任心的重要体现。

对顾客微笑也是责任心的一种体现。我们邮政所经营的业务有速递、物流、金融、保险、报刊、杂志、电子商务等等，目前市场同质化的程度很高，加上我们的传统业务在日益的萎缩，目前市场的竞争是越来越激烈，而且同行各业更是不断把提升服务质量作为抢占市场的首要方式，我们的市场在逐步的被侵占、被瓜分。例如与我们邮政相比同为服务行业的沃尔玛每周可以赢取2亿客户的光顾，靠的是什么？靠的是3米微笑原则，它要求员工做到“当顾客走到距离你3米范围内时，你要温和地看着顾客的眼睛向他打招呼，并询问需要哪些帮助。微笑是最美的语言，是最好的名片，它给客户留下了深刻的第一印象，它也是我们做好服务工作最重要的一个环节，更是责任心的一种体现和需要。

在××邮局，无论是局长、还是员工，常说的一句话就是：不用把用户当成抽象的上帝，只把他当成对门的大妈，隔壁的阿姨。用平常心，为用户做平常事，用细心做好服务中的细节。××邮局刚刚开办国际通关业务不久，一位用户到邮局为在美国的儿子寄被子和书籍，用户觉得被子体积较大，寄水陆邮件划算，书籍急用，寄航空邮件。服务台的老师傅向用户提出了中肯的建议：被子体积虽大，但重量轻，把被子和书籍分开来寄，要花两个封装费、挂号费、起重费、报关费，不如放在一起寄航空件合适。用户将信将疑，于是工作人员与用户一起进行了反复的核算比对，用户发现，一起寄航空件不但省了100多元钱，而且缩短了被子的时限。此后，这位用户不但寄国际邮件到××邮局，就是寄封挂号信也要舍近求远跑到××邮局交寄，用她的话说就是：在这办业务放心。

随手拈来，××邮局的对外服务中，有太多这样的细节，它们就象是和风、象细雨，润物细无声中，把邮政人的诚信理念根植在了广大的用户心中。如果说，细节服务是企业诚信建设中的美丽的浪花，那么××邮局的延伸服务，则是诚信建设中的火石，不断地擦出诚信建设中的火花。

“不光是为这个钱包”。候小姐意味深长的话语，让我们感受到了肩上的沉甸甸的责任。诚信回归任重道远，邮政人责无旁贷。

护士，一个多么神圣的职业，一个救死扶伤的白衣天使，我也希望自己是一名护士。

每天，我穿着洁白的工作服，以微笑面对每一位病人以及他们的亲人。中午，我推着药箱车给躺在病床上的那一位位病人们换药。当我走到8号病床时，阿姨！一个甜甜的声音把我叫住了，这是个8岁的小女孩，她天真可爱，可前不久她被发现身患白血病。她每天都在受着病魔的折磨，晚上值班时都能听到她的哭泣声，但白天，她却以天真无邪的微笑来面对任何人。我走去摇摇她的小手，问道：小妹妹，告诉阿姨，痛不？不痛！她依然微笑着回答，但看得出带着一点儿隐隐约约的痛苦。我拉起她的小手给她轻轻地换药，然后盖上被子不让她着凉。阿姨，您能陪我吗？我怕我闭上眼睛就再也不能睁开了！她的口气略带恐慌。好！我坐下来轻轻地给她唱歌。虽然我知道她离死神不远了，但我依然希望她在死亡线上也能快快乐乐！
