It is reported that ten big cities in China are being  among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.

Many factors are  to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air, the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the  use of plastic bags etc.

To my view, stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without  should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more, the media should play an important role in implanting a sense

of consciousness into people’s mind.

If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better, we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.

My idol is neither a big star nor a big hero, but my father.

My father is a driver. He is so smart that he can answer almost any question and answer question.

Dads last great effort, bought back the dishes, dad to show his strength, have to break into two plates.

Dad is big, and he likes to use his head and hands. The house is built to patch up his session. This year, the snow broke down the solar water heater pipe, and he climbed up the roof alone to repair it so that we could take a shower again.

在花红柳绿的五月，护士节象晚春的姑娘姗姗而至，五月是快乐的，她总是在护士的歌声中穿行;五月是惬意的，她总是在护士的足迹中溜跶;五月是无私的，她的心总是和护士的心贴得很近。在护士的眼中粉色的五月是最美丽的。

天使，是美的象征，我们渴望成为真的天使，不仅仅是因为她的美丽，而是因为她能给人们带来美好幸福的生活。护士，这个平凡的职业，之所以被人们称为白衣天使，不仅仅因为她们身着美丽的白衣，还因为她们凭着“燃烧自己，照亮别人”的坚韧信念，像春风，拂去人们的疾苦;用热血，温暖寒冷的心腹;用爱的丝线，缝合病人身心的创伤……我们目睹过无数悲欢离合的场景，感受过患者信任的目光，也遭遇过“秀才遇见兵，有理讲不清”的尴尬场面……但是我们无怨无悔!一名真正的好护士不仅是技术上的顶尖人才，而且是最有爱心、最有耐心的。这爱心和耐心是上帝赐给天使的翅膀，是天使带给病人的礼物。

在我们科室经常都会遇到术后病人，因绝对卧床、进食不多和运动减少，几天也未解大便，口服通便药及开塞露塞肛处理也仍然无效，只有为病人灌肠了，甚至有时连灌肠也没效，这时也会马上戴上手套，用手一点一点，为病人抠出干结的大便，减轻病人的痛苦。面对病人及家属的感谢，我们却说没什么，这是我们应该做的。这双手是辛苦的、忙碌的，甚至有时还会留下伤痕，但这双手却体现着人间最美好的真情。

面对渴求的目光，我们义无反顾;面对一惯的平凡，我们从容不迫;面对神圣的职责，我们兢兢业业;面对时代的召唤，我们一往无前。我们的双臂撑起的是希望的蓝天，我们的双手，托起的是明天的太阳。

若有人问我：“世界上谁最美”?我会自信地回答：“是我们护士”。护理工作没有轰轰烈烈的辉煌，却写满了简单而又平凡的爱，打针、发药、铺床、输液，我们在苦中呵护着生命;交班、接班、白天、黑夜，我们在累中把握着生命的轮回。在很早以前，就有人提出了“三分治疗，七分护理’，这很鲜明的指出了护理工作的重要性。护士的一言一行，一举一动，都直接关系到病人的健康。南丁格尔说过，“护理工作是一门艺术，护士要有一颗同情的心和一双愿意工作的手”。我们应该努力学习塑造新形象的护士，让病人得到更全面、更整体、更系统化的服务。以病人为中心，想病人之所想，急病人之所急，全心全意为病人服务是我们的宗旨。

I also like playing badminton very much. I am determined to learn from Lin Dan and grow up to win glory for my motherland.

六月的第三个星期天就要到来了，同学们那一天是什么节日呢？对！那一天就是父亲节啊！同学们你们知道父亲节的由来吗？原来它源于美国，在州士波肯市有一个杜德夫人，当她参加完教会举办的母亲节主日崇拜之后，杜德夫人的心里有了很深的感触，她心里想着：为什么这个世界没有一个纪念父亲的节日呢？

年那年，正好是斯马先生辞世之年，当杜德夫人参加完教会的母亲节感恩礼拜后，她特别地想念父亲；直到那时，杜德夫人才明白，她的父亲在养育儿女过程中所付出的爱心与努力，并不亚于任何一个母亲的辛苦。

杜德夫人将她的感受告诉教会的瑞马士牧师，她希望能有一个特别的日子，向伟大的斯马特先生致敬，并能以此纪念全天下伟大的父亲。

瑞马士牧师听了斯马特先生的故事后，深深地为斯马特先生的精神与爱心所感动，他赞许且支持杜德夫人想推动「父亲节」的努力。于是杜德夫人在年春天开始推动成立父亲节的运动，不久得到各教会组织的支持；她随即写信向市长与州政府表达自己的想法与提议，在杜德夫人的奔走努力下，士波肯市市长与华盛顿州州长公开表示赞成，于是美国华盛顿州便在年月日举行了全世界的第一次父亲节聚会。

Hong Kong is one of the two special administrative regions (SARs) of the Peoples Republic of China, along with Macau. Hong Kong is frequently described as a city where East meets West, a meeting reflected in its economic infrastructure, education, legal system and street culture. On one street corner, there may be traditional Chinese shops selling Chinese herbal medicine, Buddhist paraphernalia or bowls of synthetic shark fin soup. But around the next, one may find theatres showing the latest Hollywood blockbuster, a British-style pub, a Catholic Church or Ronald McDonald inviting passer-bys to a Big Mac. Some students like to participate actively in after class activities. They think after class activities are an integral part of school life. By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

We can get a Chinese New Year lucky money every year,but not all the reasonable use of it.I will get a part of to my parents,the other one is by their own bank.My parents also support me to do so.

In my opinion,this is a reasonable approach.Because many peoples self-control is not good,if all the money on his own,it will quickly spend it.But if he do not have any money,and no way to buy want to buy things.Therefore,it is to help parents keep a part of the money,other part of the money to retain our hands.

Its the third Sunday in June again, and its the holiday Ive been looking

forward to for a long time - Fathers Day.

"Mom, what do you want to give grandpa?" I asked my mother, resting my chin

on my hand. After thinking for a moment, Mom said, "Fruit basket!" "Mom, help me

think about what should I give Dad?" "Lets go to the boutique and have a

look."

So, we went to the boutique, and we picked left and right, carefully

selected, and we all felt that these gifts were not very good. "Ah, Dad is a

We walked over to the plastic and found a lifelike puppy which was very

interesting. Furry hair, piercing eyes, and a smiling face make people like him

I bought it, asked the waiter to pack it, and went home happily. When I got

home, I wrote a blessing on a piece of paper and put it by the bed with the

gift.

I discussed it with my mother and came up with a terrifying plan: We hid in

the place where Dad must pass when he entered the room, and when Dad came in, we

would scare him. So we quickly hid. "Dong dong dong..." "Dad is here!" Grandma

stepped forward to open the door, when Dad walked past us. "Wow," we jumped out.

"Ah, scared me to death!" Dad was shaking. A dignified man was frightened by

us, haha! "Mum sneered at Dad.

When Dad walked into the room and found the gift, his eyes were wide open,

I will never forget this Fathers Day.

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy

about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try

to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like

wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may

disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide

and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs

team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to

cooperate with others in this game. I should understand what my teammate doing

and what he needs me to do for him. On the other side, I should learn to show my

teammate what I need. At the same time, I need to keep an eye on the whole game,

knowing how is the situation of our team and how is the other team. It involved

more cooperation and strategy.

I played basketball more for about 5 years now. I make many good friends

throught this sports. It is proud to win honor for my team and my school. Also I

enjoy all games with my friends. Basketball will be my best friends in the

Not until I arrived at home after watching the movie ”Peddington Bear” with my family when a feeling of warmth and strength suddenly came to me. It’s about love, it’s about family.

The plot of the movie is really simple, even predictable and a little bit cliche. However, it’s so rare for me to meet such a snug film. Maybe there’s some resonance between the core topic ---- family and myself, or, it’s just relaxing and touching, depending on how you look at it.

The film has little input and obvious theme (dream, kindness, tolerance, trust, and love... Americans love that!), and you can even see it as an advertising video made by the U.K. Government! But, things always act like that---- the simpler the emotion is, the easier we forget. The film has it’s meaning to arouse something ignored by us. And treasure everyone, everything you have.
